If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. R&E Trucking Express made what is usually…read moreone of the most stressful parts of military life feel smooth, and organized. I could tell that this crew was very experienced. I didn't personally select this company--the military hired them for our PCS--but I feel incredibly lucky that they did. I've been through three PCS moves now, and without question, this was the best experience I've ever had with a moving crew. From the moment they arrived, the crew showed up ready to work with great attitudes and good energy. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. They were more than willing to explain the process and answer any questions we had without making us feel rushed or confused. Truly great communication all around. We requested that everything intended for storage at our next duty station be packed separately, and they handled this perfectly. They packed those items into a single crate, clearly explained which crate it was, and even described what it would look like so we can easily identify it for the pickup crew at our next location. (We did have our storage items separated ahead of time to help, but they still executed it flawlessly.) They also fully respected our boundaries--any rooms or cabinets we had sectioned off were completely left alone, no questions asked. Every item was packed with care and labeled thoroughly and correctly, which is something I have never experienced with military-hired movers before. I am extremely grateful for that attention to detail. We separated our high-value items in one area ahead of their arrival, and the crew did a very thorough inventory. Their system is digital, and we went through each high-value item one by one as they packed it, logged it, and assigned item numbers. Even better, the inventory sheet was emailed to us less than 30 minutes after they left. This crew took so much stress off our shoulders. I was incredibly anxious going into this move, and that stress just melted away as I watched them work. Mahalo to the entire R&E Trucking Express team for your professionalism, kindness, and hard work. I wholeheartedly encourage any military family PCSing off island to specifically request R&E Trucking Express when scheduling their HHG pickup. You will be in very good hands.

An update to my previous review of Zeta Computers…read more.. When I first reviewed Zeta and Tim - I said that I had hoped to never see him again because that would obviously mean that I was having phone problems... Well, as fate would have it, I have seen Tim again, however it was for my wife's phone. Same comments as before super responsive, great service, quick repairs and in both cases, we were back on our phones within the hour - swiping left, right, up, down and selfies all around town! But seriously, as much as we rely on our iphones for work and personal life, it is critical to receive such great service. Zeta is highly recommended!

My iPhone 5 is my world. I use it for everyday use and for travel. GPS Navigation via my iPhone is…read morealways a must when I go anywhere I don't know. Imagine to my surprise when my iPhone started to not charge overnight and had to meander around New Mexico on a recent October 2016 without any assistance whatsoever. I felt lost without my iPhone to guide me. Asking for verbal directions wasn't going to help much. After getting back to Honolulu without incident, I went back to Zeta computers here in Chinatown and was amazed at the speed and effectiveness that the service was. I came to Zeta computers once before to an inflated battery peaking out from my iPhone sometime last year (2015 or this year 2016). I don't remember. While that was a distance memory, I returned here for a second time, since I remembered that they do good work here. While I had gone to the Apple Store at Kahala Mall the night before and they couldn't do anything for me - other than giving me the doomsday scenario of getting a replacement phone and losing all my data, I couldn't bear to lose all of my photos and already written reviews on Yelp on my Notes app (but not posted). I'm glad things didn't work out with the Apple Store, since I would probably have to send the unit to the back of the store or to the mainland to fix it. The risk of losing my data was too important, since I didn't back it up before my iPhone officially died while I was in New Mexico. The overall experience here at Zeta computers was great the second time around. While I could have waited for my iPhone to be fixed in a few hours after dropping it off on a Tuesday around lunch time, I needed to get back to the office and told them I could get it the next day after work (Wednesday). I was glad to have gotten my iPhone back, so I can get my life back on track. I arrived here at Zeta Computers here in Chinatown, Hawaii 96813. They are a small business that's located in Chinatown's Cultural Plaza. When I first came here, it was hard to find this place, but give them a call to make sure where they are location. If you are in the Chinese Cultural Plaza and found the statue of the lady within the fenced enclosure, follow the alley way and there will be a couple of doors that will lead you to Zeta computers. There is a sign above the door and you will need to press the button to let you in. Zeta computers is convienetly located at 100 North Beretania Street in Honolulu. They accept major credit cards, which is always a good thing, as well as cash. Parking can be a bit of a problem while in Chinatown, so best bet would be to use the parking garage connected to the cultural plaza or find street parking nearby. Either way works. If you are like me, many bus routes come through Chinatown or come close to it. Choose the right route that best serves you and get here for your iPhone or mobile phone repair needs. I'm grateful that the repair was fast and effective. I didn't lose any data or photos during the time it was being serviced here at Zeta computers and the price was quite reasonable, especially when you're without a phone for about 4 days and needing it back badly to function normally again. Oh, the sign of the times these days. Lol. The service here was phenomenal. Tim was awesome and he provided fast and friendly service. He notified me that the port was damaged and it wasn't emitting enough power to the rest of the phone. The guy at Apple said something else and that kind of made me angry that he was generalizing stuff and not giving me a straight answer. Thanks to Tim for diagnosing the problem almost instantly and I actually mentioned Pokemon Go and he acknowledged that 3rd party lighting cables and portable chargers are partly to blame for the bad ports for the iPhone. Needless to say, I am happy that everything turned out the way it should be and happy that the price was very nice. $65 for the port replacement + taxes was very reasonable, versus what Apple had recommended to me. 5.0 stars all around. Yah baby! Support local! A++

WestPac was in charge of my military move from Honolulu to DC. Honestly, I am blown away right now…read more I move every 2-3 years with the military and this has been hands down the best move of my military career. On top of that, my orders got changed again and they shifted very quickly to move my date to even earlier. They are very responsive, timely, thorough, and accurate. We did not have a choice of movers as this was a PCS move. Based on our phone interactions with the coordinator, we were hoping for and expecting a good unpack but that's not unfortunately not how it unfolded. Movers showed up to our apartment over an hour late than the time given, rushed during the unpack, did not abide by the building's rules of leaving items out of the hallway, broke and damaged many items, and left our house in a state I can only describe as a disaster. It took days to wash and reorganize the mess they left and I wouldn't recommend this company because of it. If you do have to use them, have them leave the boxes & just do the unpack yourself.
