Our meetings mapped out the specifications for both the system as well as the room construction so they complemented one another. I appreciated being included in the communications so I could understand the impact of the changes on the final design and offer input. What I appreciated most was Chris' expertise in matching the equipment to my budget. While I did a ton of research on speakers and projectors, I lack the practical experience of pairing devices together into a system. Through numerous conversations, Chris was able to understand what I was looking for and tweaked the equipment list accordingly. I started the process looking for an Atmos 9.1 system and am incredibly happy with the 7.2 setup I have now. I also appreciated that he didn't go significantly over-budget and I never felt like he was trying to up-sell anything to me. These systems run the cost gamut so there is always an upgrade to be had. The equipment cost was at the high-end of what I wanted to spend, but the end result completely exceeded my expectations.

They called in their master tech, he came in with a condescending tone he questioned me about my system and how I wanted the system to run. The master tech unplugged some wires and said the receiver is broke and he can't do anything else about it. They charged me $224 for that. So I was sold a broken receiver for $380 and $224 to confirm it was broken, a $604 dollar loss. They said , "call us when you get a new receiver." I asked, will you install it for what I paid today? Thinking since he was charging me for an install but did really install anything. He was like no, I will charge you again.

When I asked why my wall has a plethora of necessary holes, a terrible patch job and what I have to do to get them to fix it, they decided to charge my card 113 dollars for the repair (no notice of clarification by the way), after I spoke to a rep about it, they told me that the charge didnt exist (you can clearly see that a charge is pending in the last photo). I implore you, go grab a drill, screws and a leveler and do it yourself. At the very least, if you do damage to anything you can blame yourself and not be charged for someone else's terrible service. Forgot to mention, the techs sat outside my door for about 2 hours. I had to call them and ask them if they would do the service. I suspect the reason why they do this is to void any other jobs and charge the person regardless of service.

I was concerned about timing and scope of the project, so she brought on another journeyman electrician. They finished within the estimated time and their work was tidy! Outstanding service! Initially I requested Pueo to wall mount an existing 50" TV in the living room…read moreas we were trying to make more space in our condo. We were looking for a clean look with no visible wires. Long story short I learned that Chad, the owner at Pueo, was also a Sony dealer and I decided to upgrade to 75" Sony XBR TV for the living room and had the existing TV mounted in a bedroom directly behind the living room wall which worked out perfectly. As part of the deal they also wall-mounted a 72" floating shelf below the new Sony XBR 75. I got the shelf from Amazon (Chad's recommendation). Everything turned out perfectly. No wires! They made sure they got it exactly as we wanted. They hooked everything up and showed us how to operate the new TV. I bought a Harmony 650 remote to control all A/V components with one remote. Being not at all tech savvy, Chad came by on a Sunday and helped me program the remote and showed me how to use it. Highly recommend Pueo Audio!

They left it unfinished and said they would come back some other time to finish it. I decided that I would stop while I was ahead and find a company that knew what they were doing. I contacted Pueo on Yelp and within 30 minutes Chad responded. He came over the same day to look to see what still needed to be done. We set up an appointment and they arrived on time. I had ordered an entertainment center from Inspiration. They picked it up from the store for me and assembled it. They also completed the installation of the speakers and hiding of the wires. I am very happy with the way it turned out. It looks so much nicer now that the TV and most of the speakers are wall mounted. My grievance is that they left two holes in my walls (one in the a/c closet and one in my wife's bedroom closet). I went to City Mill and patched the holes myself. It was easy to patch but I am disappointed they left the walls that way. I also would have preferred if they had brought their own vacuum rather than use mine to clean up the drywall dust. It was messy trying to clean the dust out of my filter. I could hear them making fun of some of the older equipment that I had but I do have some older media that I still use from time to time. Overall, it was a positive experience. They were friendly and worked efficiently. I would recommend them but I hope they invest in a vacuum cleaner and repair any damage they cause.
