I'm so glad that the tech here is so friendly and efficient! They arrived promptly to check out the problem on the computer, there was a virus and the anti-virus was way out of date. They promptly fixed the problem and helped them update what was necessary so my parents can access the internet safely. My mom streams her movies but watches them on the little monitor and it kills her back and eyes. At the same time, they don't want to spend a bunch to upgrade all the electronics. I told him to put it back together and I'll try apple. I finally took it to apple the other day and come to find he left everything disconnected internally. He only secured the corners to hold it together and left everything else inside loose. The nice guy at apple gathered all the loose stuff for me inside and told me to never go to his place ever again. Very unprofessional I could tell he was not happy when I told him I didn't want him to work on it anymore. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.!
