From there, he helped me order the right parts and took me step by step to doing a PC rebuild to make sure everything works and none of my data was lost. The parts came in and Korey came and picked all the parts up and began the rebuild, taking me step by step through the process. Communication was Excellent and he sent photos of the assembly. Korey did an awesome job with this rebuild, entire setup was clean, cables were very organised, and he gave me specs and even offered advice on how to make the rebuild more efficient. He delivered the PC back to my house and the rest was history. Highly recommend Korey for all your PC needs. He really knows his stuff.

John is knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem and wrote a professional letter to use for my warranty issue (My computer failed 3 days after the strict 90- day return window). I am going to update my old computer (after talking to John) from Safari Tech now. I know that you can get friendly tech support (which you will need because all computers eventually have problems) and great service from a local company.
