It was dropped off at the end of May on a Tuesday and I was told it would be ready by Thursday or Friday morning. They had it for 9 days and I had to bring it back 2 weeks later to have a part replaced on the transmission!! This is AFTER I was told they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and to just come and pick it up and drive it and see if the problem gets worse and then bring it back. They replaced the part and then I had to bring it back in a 3rd time only 1 week later because it overheated and it would not come out of gear. They told me they would order some parts, and I could bring it back next week. When I tried to leave, I could not get it out of reverse. I have driven it a few weeks now and it seemed okay until it began to shift hard and gave me multiple transmission codes. I had full intention on bringing it in this Monday for a 4th time and upon attempting to park it in my driveway the shifter cable broke. My husband fixed it, and it will still not engage into gear so it will now have to be towed. I do not know if the parts are refurbished, if there is a communication barrier or if they are putting band aids on bigger problems, but the service here has been something I have never experienced in my life. There is no amount of discounts or credits or warranties that will make up for the amount of time and money lost by not having this vehicle working properly after working on it 3 different times over the course of 3 months.
