They were curb rashed, OEM paint peeling and looked like the 12 year 100k mile wheels from a young lady's first car. When I picked them up (new tires mounted and balanced), I was amazed how perfect they looked... brand new! Phil during the whole process communicated well, was personable and just an outstanding person to deal with. Terrible Service... Had issues at old location. I gave Aldwin a chance and went back to him. He did…read moremy Water pump 2 times, my valve cover gasket and timing cover gasket in 2020.... i barely drive the car and now 2024 he says i need another timing cover gasket. Ive also poured over $400 to fix my A/C and it is still not fixed and he wanted me to pay $1200 for 2 A/C lines now. He had my car for 2 weeks and didnt even work on it. When i called he asked me what i needed to fix on it and blamed his receptionist. Also scratched my brand new powder coated wheels...(he did pay for it). I complained that my coolant was leaking and he said he didnt find any leaks. I take care home and jack it up and sure enough its leaking from the water pump. I take it back to him and drop it off.... his new receptionist called me back to tell me i needed new control arm bushings and when i asked about my coolant leak... he said "what coolant leak". He had no idea. Terrible terrible server. Do not recommend. I picked up my car after a week and nothing was touched.
