The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.

(3pm-7pm) Miguel, my installer, arrived @ 6:15PM and was polite and courteous. He phoned prior twice and informed me he was running late and would arrive closer to the end of the appointment window. Once here, the mobile setup was quite awesome to see. Unfortunately, it seems the van needs a bit more power or room for the installer to operate but Miquel was able to mount tires on 2 sets of wheels and balance them in under 2 hours. He took time to do things right, and along the way made every attempt to avoid damaging any of the wheels. I think the entire process would have taken an hour or less in a traditional shop, but the fact they came to me and I didn't have to leave home was worth every penny.

A 4 wheel alignment was first done yet I needed both rims machined and clear coated to maintain the like-new appearance of this vehicle. After considering several other wheel refinishing shops in and around the Passaic/Clifton area, I chose G V Wheels due to the manner in which the owner freely shared his methods for working on both front wheels. Also, Ownership was easy to talk to combined with my being able to see his shop located directly next to his office. Also, it should be pointed out that the cost estimate given to me was significantly lower than the "other" wheel shops I had spoken with. We dropped off the BMW around 9AM. All work was completed by 4:30PM the same day. The two front rims were machined to look like new, balanced, and clear-coated as requested. Guelermo, the Owner made it easy for me to choose G V Wheels and we highly recommend their work.
