(3pm-7pm) Miguel, my installer, arrived @ 6:15PM and was polite and courteous. He phoned prior twice and informed me he was running late and would arrive closer to the end of the appointment window. Once here, the mobile setup was quite awesome to see. Unfortunately, it seems the van needs a bit more power or room for the installer to operate but Miquel was able to mount tires on 2 sets of wheels and balance them in under 2 hours. He took time to do things right, and along the way made every attempt to avoid damaging any of the wheels. I think the entire process would have taken an hour or less in a traditional shop, but the fact they came to me and I didn't have to leave home was worth every penny.
