This is the hottest spot to be in Glendale/LA area right now! Visited here with my best friend, and our previous expectations were blown away by our personal experience. Masks are required to walk in but you may take them off when you sit down. ATMOSPHERE 4/5: It's absolutely beautiful. The walkway into the lounge is draped in flowers, willowing trees, and string lighting to create a garden tunnel effect. They provide all kinds of different seating environments to cater to every kind of group, so it is definitely a place that you would want to celebrate a special occasion. My only complaint is that the tables in the middle are way too close to each other.. the woman's head behind our table was practically resting on my shoulder. It was really uncomfortable to be that close to other tables. I understand it's a new location and they're trying to fit as many people as possible, but both customers and staff were tripping over the chairs because it was practically a maze in the middle of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable to breathe other people's air because it felt like they were right up in your bubble. SERVICE: 5/5 only for BRYCE! He was an absolute gem! From the moment we sat down, throughout the night, at the end of the night, he took care of us so well. He made sure our drinks were on point, catered to all of our needs, and gave us a great amount of attentiveness with humor to make it even better. My only complaint here is for the hookah side of the restaurant, it seemed like they forgot that hookah is one of the big reasons people come to this place, the staff on the hookah side was lacking big time. We came really early so the main hookah guy was on top of his stuff, but throughout the night, the coal guy barely came. It seemed like he didn't know which tables to give coals to and which not, he would fill up a tray that already had coals and leave another completely empty. He was partying around with some of the guests, and for us to flag servers down for coals, was a little disappointing. FOOD 4/5: Food was great! I ordered the Bluefin Poke Salad because I wanted something light, and it was delicious! They said they didn't have cucumbers so it was fine, although I found one in my salad, makes me think if the salad comes pre-prepared... - My girl ordered the Falafel Wrap, but it comes unwrapped, and you practically have to make it yourself, that was a little interesting. For an appetizer, I recommend the Buffalo bites (buffalo cauliflower), my friend is Vegan, so that was perfect option for us to share for the table. DRINKS: If you're a cocktail kind of gal, and you like a subtle drink to sip on and not taste the alcohol much until it creeps up on you, get the Watermelon Fizz! It's originally crafted with Kettle One Vodka, but you can definitely sub it for your own preference of spirit! But if you do want a drink that will knock you off your feet, order the Blanton's! EXTRA NOTES: They have valet parking during the evening time, however we came early so we just found parking right in the front spots of the building! Facilities are clean, but only one bathroom for the amount of people capacity they actually hold is a bit of an issue. Overall, I wouldn't come here just to smoke hookah.. I would come here more for the ambiance, to dress up a little, celebrate an occasion, and have a few drinks. It is a more upscale lounge than the rest of the options in the Glendale area, however I would without a doubt choose this place 9 times out of 10 for a more upscale experience. read more

WOW. This place was perfect from beginning to end. Let's start with the fact that it was open, (when everything else was freaking closed on Sunday around 10), then there was the beautiful, dreamlike entrance which is what made me bookmark the place in the first place. The staff was great, service great, food great, drinks great, the G-men (thats what I called the servers )--Great!! Hooka --great! (And I don't even like hooka; it was so smooth it's insane). I really wanted this to be my go to spot but after 3 times visiting, I don't think I will suggest it to anyone who asks for a hookah lounge recommendation. 3 stars is for their decor & the food but I'm wasn't happy with a couple things and I think writing this review might help them improve. It's a meh, OK place. You have to make a reservation especially if you are going with a group of 2+ or even on a F/Sat/Sun. Don't just show up they are pretty packed and you won't get seated. **If you're younger than 21 don't even try to go here because they do ID in the front before entrance to the lounge** big + on this. Moving on to the wait time. I literally had to call the second time around after being seated for 30+ minutes so the restaurant can send our table a waiter. Put your orders in fast because you won't see your waiter for some time after you order. Highly recommend the Tuna Tartar and the skewers are good too, they sell out fast because they are the most requested, trust me on this. Order 2 plates of each. Drinks - the bartender sucks, they really try but they aren't doing a good job, I've tried everything on the drink menu. Missed it every single time. Get straight shots or order a bottle if you're with a bigger crowd. Hookah - ok here's where I am most upset about, it's a hookah lounge, you'd expect the hookah to be top tier but it's actually not too good. Firstly, they aren't washing it well or cleaning it thoroughly. This is not only super important just for sanitary reasons but it is something that needs attention to. When you ask for a flavor for example white peach, you will smoke it and it will taste like liquorish. To ask for a repack and you'll probably wait 1-1.5 hours for it, order it in advance and also you have to call your waiter to ask for them to tell the guy or girl walking around with the coals to bring you warm coals. Service/staff in total need to be retrained and more staff needs to be hired. I really believe in you guys! read more

The management is extremely attentive and the hosts Tess who supervises was so nice that my night was flawless. We had the steak skewers and the Buffalo cauliflower. Both so good.
