This place has it all. Great ambiance, great drinks, and great food. Everything we had to eat was very fresh. The buffalo cauliflower and Caesar salad were especially noteworthy. We ended the night with fruit for dessert and everything was so fresh. We didn't even have a single less than perfect grape. I don't even smoke hookah and I loved this spot. The experience my wife and I had here tonight was absolutely mind boggling. My wife and I came here for a cute anniversary date night. We are from Vegas and are in LA to visit for a weekend getaway and decided to come here. We walked in and we're seated right away since it was about 7ish and there was not many people there. We wanted to smoke hookah and have a drink and we ordered our hookah and then were told when we wanted drinks that we have to go to the bar to get our drinks so our waitress Galinda showed us where the bar was but told us we cannot bring our drinks to the table.... We were puzzled as to why but just said we would go back to our table to just smoke our hookah. Within the few hours we were sitting there we saw THREE different tables being served alcohol... we asked someone why we could not have drinks where we were sitting and she told us it is cause they did not have a license to serve alcohol out where we were sitting but we can go to the bar inside... Also they automatically charge an 18% gratuity charge on your bill. .. which is annoying. Anyways, on our way out after paying, we spoke to the manager who told us, yes they are not supposed to be serving alcohol out there and she would talk to the servers. She offered us a free drink each and we declined as we were so turned off to this place and upset they were lying to us!! She then brought us back to where the ring up the checks to refund us our hookah for the unpleasant experience we had, and we saw RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES, a back room where our server was pouring beers in a glass and she saw us and asked her coworker to close the door so we could not see and hide it!! How ridiculous and just such a terrible experience for our anniversary.... We are so upset and would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come back when we are in town. Hopefully this place never receives their license after going against rules. read more

This place doesn't even deserve any stars. Their service is horrible . The servers are not interested it serving you, seems like they are hating what they do and always in a mood. We ordered something that wasn't available and they decided to send something else without asking us. Despite of empty seats they made us wait almost an hour to be seated and sent us to the bar next door which belongs to them. They took forever to give us water and filters. The worst part is their behavior. The servers seemed so rude and the host told us the wait would be 30mins but it was almost an hour, even after that he was being weirdly sarcastic with a laugh that would piss you off. read more

This was my second time coming here, and I've received great service both times. It was the first hookah lounge that I've experienced in some time that I can eat, drink, and smoke openly without having to choose either way. The atmosphere is very bright but welcoming. Plenty of seating depending on your party size. My friend this time ordered the angus hamburger and it was delicious, and gave an extra large side sampling of waffle fries. Our waiters Jay and Louis were very attentive servers that made sure our glasses were never dry. I've been hearing good things about this place and finally got a chance to go yesterday for a birthday party. The place doesn't have a sign outside but it's next to Graff Restaurant. It's a long walkway to get to the front of the lounge but it feels like you're a Star and walking on a red carpet. The vibe inside is soo nice. They even have a nice screen at the end showing the inside of a house with a fireplace. It makes the place seem so cozy. Each table has a heater near it which is great for people like me because I always get cold. We got a bunch of food to share. The food was BEYOND AMAZING! We got Buffalo bites were were fries cauliflower dipped in Buffalo sauce!! Sooo good. We got the bluefin tartare which was so fresh! My absolutely favorite was the signature fries. The sauce and toppings made it sooo good and I'm not a big fan of fries. The short rib tacos were so flavorful and juicy. The Caesar salad was seasoned perfectly! First time at this establishment and I loved the atmosphere. This location was so chill and calm. It is located at the end of a beautiful walkway which really closes out the street sounds. Bryce was a great server with providing his own opinion on the different flavors and also on their wonderful cocktails. I had the pleasure of enjoying the Trouble Maker which is one of the few cocktails that contains tequila and let me say that it was so refreshing. I absolutely loved the hint of strawberry in it. I also loved the Waffle fries. They had plenty of heaters to keep you warm and if you were still freezing then they offered a blanket at no extra charge.
