From Google: I just…read morefinished working with TigAlex for my dryer repair (Frigidaire). I could not be more pleased. They were very polite, diagnosed issues efficiently, and worked efficiently. They were very patient with my hectic schedule, including when bus delays held me up coming from where I work, and left me with vital knowledge (I knew there were issues with the vents, but not that it was a total blockage and that the hose had burst in two places - this is a building management issue and a fire hazard). Now, the dryer works very well and once the battle with building management is over, the dryer will be a breeze to use, instead of acting as if a small breeze could dry my clothes. Thank you so much!

The technician diagnosed a bad control board, fan, and relay, and I moved forward with the recommended repairs. Unfortunately, even after a second visit, the issue wasn't resolved. That said, when I called to discuss it, they immediately offered a refund for all parts, taxes, and the diagnostic fee -- no pushback, no excuses. That level of professionalism and accountability really impressed me. While the repair didn't fix the problem, they stood behind their work and made it right. Because of how responsibly they handled the situation, I would highly recommend their services.

Refuses to work with you in any aspect, when what you are working on is due to a problem from the store. I did speak with someone else to fix all her messes and they were nice. However, I feel like it is a little too late and I cannot recommend this business. She also does not like it if you express an opinion such as I don't like this particular model. She does not seem to like older people as she was rude to my mother. I can't find anything nice that she did. I went there to support local and regret it!

And thank goodness I did! I went in and they were very helpful. Ill be honest I wasn't very picky. Like does the washer wash clothes? And does the refrigerator keep my food cold? I had pre done measurements prior to coming in so that helped a ton! When they came to deliver the appliances I was worried for them. My steps are tricky. They're those half up from the front door and then a turn to go up and then the second set of steps is off the main floor. They got everything in! And they installed it all for me as well. They test everything and make sure it works and that there are no leaks. Lowes and/or Home Depot wont do that! What surprised me the most was that the bumps they put in my drywall they spackled and sanded! Again, my steps are crazy so bumps were bound to occur. And theyll come fix things if they break on ya! Ill definitely be recommending them!

Shannon, our service tech, may look like a bit like Reservoir Dogs' Michael Madsen ("Mr. Blonde"), but he was a master Mr. Fix-It more like Tarantino's problem-solving Pulp Fiction protagonist "Winston Wolfe" (infamously played by Harvey Keitel). He diagnosed the challenging problem and on the spot called into Samsung for specialized parts. Shannon was back a week later and did the fix, restoring our fridge to it's factory freezin' glory, and giving our suspenseful story the happiest of endings.

The first time he came later in the afternoon and said that he shouldn't have been schedule for this time because he had a personal appointment to go to; he left without installing it. He came back two weeks later and improperly installed the icemaker, which flooded my basement the next day. He came back a third time to tell me I had the wrong icemaker, I should order another one, and I should also hire a carpenter to create an access panel when the new icemaker gets delivered, it would be easier for him to install the icemaker, which should prevent the leaking that happened when he initially installed the other icemaker. I had a carpenter come by, and he said that any decent plumber could install this icemaker without an access panel, and that the Mr. Appliance technician is clearly incompetent. I then hired a plumber to install the icemaker properly for $250 in November, almost three months, after I hired Mr. Appliance of Doylestown and paid them over $400.00 to do nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB has informed me that Mr. Appliance won't engage with them. Please be careful dealing with these people.
