I used this many years ago when I was having washer problems. He told me that I had a good washer and that it should be fixed rather than replaced. He was right! I'm still using the same washer, at least 10 years later He also have me recommendations on other appliance brands that were good. Great service read more

I have a very old Thermador double oven (circa 1997!) and was trying to find someone to fix it. I saw reviews for QAS via GOOGLE that took me to YELP. After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews there for QAS, I called it. I had a very nice talk with the owner, "Jason," who, alas, does not service the West Chester area. However, Jason appears to be "old school" concerning customer service and earning "good will" and so offered some very good advice and gave me a referral for a long-established family appliance store near Trooper that I'm now speaking with about my buying a new double oven. So...sorry I could not get Jason over to WC to fix my Thermador BUT I will remember him if anyone I know in the Collegeville, Phoenixville, Norristown areas need a very nice and seemingly very experienced appliance repair service to call upon! Thanks, Jason! :) read more

It is so tough to find a local repairman that you can trust, QAS delivers! Using in-house developed technology (I know because I asked him about it), QAS is quick to respond to confirm an appointment that was made online. He will let you know when he is at the stop prior to yours and when he is on his way to you. Yes, there is a 2 hour scheduling widow, but you won't be left in the dark as to when he'll be there. He is an honest repairman, he will give you his opinion if something is with fixing or not, and is fully capable of repairing your appliances. If you're local, use QAS! read more

Jason was really fantastic to work with, and he appreciates the power of technology! From scheduling an appointment online, automated phone call appointment reminders, and text message updates, this company is perfect for the phone-phobic millennial like myself. We initially needed the dryer in our new home to be repaired, as it made an alarmingly loud banging noise when it was run. Jason took a look and quickly determined the issue, ordered the part, and got it fixed ASAP. While he was there, we threw him a curve ball - the pilot starters on our gas range were shot when we bought our new home. Jason was able to get the correct part ordered and installed the day before Thanksgiving. Miraculous! Pricing was fair, and the communication was fantastic. He kept me updated when a part was taking longer than expected to arrive and was prompt with his appointments. We will definitely use him for any future appliance repair needs. read more

I was referred to QAS via the Nextdoor app. I used their online scheduling, found an appointment within 2 days to fix my ice maker and water dispenser. I received an email confirmation and text updates on the status of my technician who arrived exactly on time. My window was between 1-3 and Jason arrived at 1. Great service. Replacement parts on his truck and fixed within 45 min. So excited to have a quality repair technician local to me for all my appliance needs. Work comes w a warranty too! read more

Quick service and very professional. I appreciated receiving updates to confirm my appointment, provide a two-hour service window, and to let me know my technician was on the way. Jason (the technician) was very knowledgeable and able to fix my electric stovetop burner in no time! On a side note, I called three appliance companies to help resolve my appliance issue. One never called me back, the second called the next day. Quality appliance repair was the only of the three that I was able to talk to someone on the first call. Not only that, they scheduled Jason to come out the same day to look at my stove! Definitely save time and give them a call first....I know I will next time! read more

Our refrigerator broke on Sunday; called first thing Monday and I was able to make an appointment for that afternoon. Jason was our tech and he showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions. He had to get the parts from the Allentown warehouse but came back a few hours later and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. No issues since! read more

Our dryer was not able to spin. We called the company up and was please from the time that we talked to them. The service was very good and they were very diligent with keeping us informed with the status. They were able to diagnose it without taking us of our money. We would highly recommend this company. read more

Jason was great, he identified the issue and fixed the problem with our dryer the same day. Jason also gave us tips on how to make our dryer and washer last longer. I work in the service industry and Jason was outstanding. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! read more

I have a number of apartments and I have struggled forever to get competent appliance service. I have become so desperate that I have chosen this week to NO LONGER use the Home Depot extended service plans that I have paid for in over 50 appliances :(. Jason is an amazing tech and teacher. He not only fixed my problem after careful and logical diagnosis but walked me through every step. I will continue to use this amazing company. Thank you Jason. read more

Recently I had the misfortunate of my Samsung washer failing on me. Based on the symptoms I believed it was the drain pump not pumping the water out of the machine. I called on Jason from Quality Appliance Repair and based on the symptoms Jason gave me a quote and told me right from the beginning what it would take to fix the machine and how much it would cost. Jason came to check the appliance in the time window which was communicated earlier via email and also an automated call. Mines was a stackable system, Jason had a dolly to lift the dryer and get to work on the washer. As earlier suspected, it was indeed the drain pump which Jason replaced and put the whole machine together. Jason did impart some very useful information regarding washing machines in general during the time he was at my place. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the entire process of engagement. Would always recommend this comany! read more

Very satisfied. Tech quickly found and fixed oven problem. He also took the time to clean up the area behind and under the stove, which had a lot of dust bunnies and dog hair (how embarressing!). Cost was reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the appointment was scheduled for 9am and the tech didn't arrive until after 10am. read more

Jason was great! The follow up to the appointment was amazing. I knew when he was coming and he came in the time frame that was given. He was honest with what was wrong and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. Would recommend him and have already done so. Will be using in the future! read more

This is the second time that Jason has been out to address appliance issues for me. Each time he has been professional and trustworthy. He takes his time to explain things in detail so that the customer can understand exactly what the problem is and what the solution is. The automated appointment scheduling and calls to confirm and let you know when he will be arriving are awesome as well - since I work it is nice to not have to stay home during the 2 hour window. I will recommend him to anyone that needs an appliance repair service. I would give him more stars if allowed!! read more

Had a great experience with this company recently. They were able to assist us within 36 hours of the call which was a relief to our family. Jason was very polite, considerate and professional. The dryer was repaired quickly, price was fair, and Jason explained everything that he did and provided suggestions for additional safety precautions. I hope we don't have a need to call again but if we have another issue with an appliance, this is the group we will be contacting. read more

I can't comment on the quality of a repair. I can report on issues I had both online and by phone while trying to schedule a repair. I first tried scheduling a repair online. I had all the information including the appliance serial number. When I went to choose a date for a repair, I saw a prompt that said I couldn't schedule for more than two weeks out. I was actually trying to schedule 11 days out due to a work commitment. The following day I tried to schedule by phone. I gave the customer service person all the information only to be told she couldn't schedule that far out and that she would transfer me to another service department. That line rang and rang with no one picking up. I hung up and redialed. I spoke to another customer service person who said she could only schedule through their website and couldn't schedule out that far-now a 10 day window. There was no other way to assist me making the appointment. I hung up and scheduled an appointment through someone else. Total fail on Quality Appliance for their scheduling issues. I'm happy to edit my review and give Quality Appliance Repair Service five stars. Jason reached out to me after the initial scheduling snafu. We scheduled a service appointment and Jason made the necessary repair. I received an automated call in the morning reminding me of the service time and he arrived on time. I really appreciate the steps Jason took to turn the situation around, it's evident that customer service is important to him. I would definitely recommend Quality Appliance Repair Service. read more

I called several places to fix my Samsung fridge and they all said no. Thankfully quality appliance agreed and even though getting parts from Samsung is a pain, they continue to push for the parts and keep me up to date on when the parts arrived. Refrigerator all fixed and working nicely. Their communication via email and text is the best. read more

We have had issues with our oven over the past few months and it was time to get it fixed. Jason was able to diagnose the issue and show us what part had failed. He was very informative and walked us through what he was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an honest and friendly business to service or repair their appliance! read more

Great experience all around. Was professional, kind and took time to talk with me about ways to keep my appliances in the best condition. Really recommend. read more

Fantastic appliance repair service. Jason is extremely honest and knowledgeable. He's very organized and thoughtful when evaluating appliance repair. In addition, he's not like your typical repair company because he owns his own company and he's a very honest person. I will go to Quality Appliance Service for all of my future appliance repair needs. read more

Our oven gave out on us. Jason came at the appointed time and determined that we needed a new heating element. He had to go get the part, but was back later that afternoon to install it and verify that it was working properly. Very satisfied. read more

Very professional, knowledgable and thorough. Left no stone unturned in diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher. Got more accomplished in one visit then other service companies accomplish in three. Very patient and Answered all of my questions in detail. I will not go anywhere else and recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Found QA on Yelp and have to say, all reviews are spot on. Very professional and knowledgeable. Jason's honesty was refreshing, he could have fixed my dishwasher for $350+ but told me that I should think about getting a new one, as the panel on my current one might be a problem down the road. His honesty took business out of his pocket- which shows the kind of man he is. He fixed my broken freezer with no problem and I ill pass his card out and use him again! read more

Great service. I would recommend Jason. He arrived on time and did what needed to be done at the advertised price.

I originally gave this company 0 Stars but after speaking with the owner of the company, Jason I have decided to give it 4 even though our problem isn't resolved yet. He has been more than willing and accommodating to try to help us with everything that's gone wrong and I really appreciate it. The issue at this point is beyond his control (GE is dropping the ball) yet he is still trying to help us any way he can. Awesome customer service on his part! read more

I haven't had this company come out for service yet but I must say that Jason provided me a wealth of information and great advice on a problem with my 3 year old LG refrigerator over the phone today. Its at the point where I am considering a lawsuit against LG because they are not honoring their warranty. Anyway, Jason called me himself to explain the issue but also took the time to give me some great advice on where to buy a replacement and what I should be looking for. I wish I got to talk to him before I made that tragic mistake buying an LG. I will definitely call him if I ever need service in the future. I take it from these other great reviews his work is just as great as his customer service. If I can just let the other readers out there know something...PLEASE.... STAY AWAY...NO..., RUN AWAY.... FROM LG APPLIANCES. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!!! NO REPUTABLE REPAIR COMPANY WILL WORK WITH THEM ON WARRANTY ITEMS. read more
