I brought my car in Sunday, and luckily even though they were closed, someone was there and said I could park the car inside. That was super helpful because the car wasn't drivable. I came back the next day and Linda and the team took care of everything. I gave her all the information, and once the repairs were approved, they got started immediately. I received constant communication and updates from Linda on the status of the repairs. I was kept in the loop which I really appreciated. The repairs were estimated to take over a month, but they were done in half that time. Once I went to pick up the car, everything looked pristine and new. We did a walk around and Linda walked me through all the repairs that were made. I felt really good about the work and the car drives exactly like it did previously. The damage was pretty rough--the wheel, tire, front bumper, and right fender were all scraped up and banged around. Total hot mess, and completely my fault. Just one of those lapses in attention. Thankfully, I had the presence of mind to take the car straight to Olsen Brothers Auto Body while I was in the area. John, the estimator, was incredibly upfront. He said they weren't sure it was safe to drive and asked if I'd be okay leaving it so they could take a closer look. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he prioritized my safety and my family's. The very next day, they called with an update--no frame damage, nothing major structurally wrong--and said they could likely have it ready in about a week. I was already impressed by the quick turnaround and clear communication. Then today, I got another call--days earlier than expected--letting me know the car was ready for pickup. Honestly, what companies communicate like this anymore? Not only was the car finished ahead of schedule, but it also came in under the original estimate. I had a mixed experience with Blossom Valley Collision Center…read more On the positive side, the communication was good throughout the repair process, and the paint matching on my 2025 Toyota Camry's replacement front bumper was excellent. The vehicle looked great when I got it back. Unfortunately, the problems started about a week later when one of the bumper tabs came loose and the bumper began hanging. Since the repair was covered under warranty, I returned to have it fixed. They reattached the bumper by tightening the tabs, but only four days later the bumper came loose again and started hanging for a second time. I returned for a third visit because I couldn't keep coming back for the same issue. Before the first two warranty visits, there was no damage underneath the bumper that could have explained the problem. I asked whether they could replace the damaged tab or replace the bumper altogether since simply tightening it wasn't solving the issue. During my third visit, I was told there was "fresh damage" underneath the bumper from scraping that supposedly caused it to come loose. They even mentioned contacting my insurance company to determine whether it was significant damage. In my opinion, the scrape was very minor and unrelated to the repeated failure of the bumper attachment. What was especially frustrating was that another employee, an older gentleman at the shop, looked at the same area and stated that the damage was not major and that it could be repaired. I understand that bumpers can be damaged from road contact, but after three visits for the exact same problem, it felt like the responsibility was being shifted away from addressing the underlying repair issue. While the paint work was excellent, the repeated bumper problems and the handling of the warranty repair left me disappointed. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and focuses on fixing the root cause instead of repeatedly applying temporary fixes. And yes I'm still in the process of this issue
