I chose this shop because of the good reviews, but I was completely misled. Eventually, I realized this place is a Highly Professional Scam Gang, Carlos and his fellows, working all together to Scam you wherever possible. Parts installed may not be what they say, and the Work Progress tracking and Reviews etc.. are Just Gimmicks. I was cheated and spent more Times and money than I should have. Please be Extra careful bringing your car here could turn into a never-ending money drain, time and you may end up frustrated with issues that are never resolved. This place is a complete scam. Please be extremely careful before leaving your car here, especially if you own a Tesla. My Tesla was lightly damaged after hitting a deer -- only the windshield and sensors were affected . I was still able to drive it while waiting for the replacement parts and inspection. My understanding was that it only needed a simple windshield repair, which should have been a straightforward insurance claim. However, this shop created an inflated repair estimate and turned a small issue into a major "full repair" project. Within three days, my car was completely taken apart. Now, I can't even drive it. Even though I want it be towed somewhere else for a second opinion but can't as they won't put it back. Because of their actions, my car was declared a total loss by the insurance company and is now being salvaged. This place cannot be trusted. It feels like my loss became someone else's gain. Wanted to get a scratch on the bumper fixed. I had a crack on the bumper cover of my Corvette. We all know how it is, if you go to the body shop they're going to tell you you need to buy a new bumper or they need to take off the bumper, sand it, ect and give you some ridiculous estimate that will basically be 1/5th of what your car is worth. Or if you show up in an older car or a car with a tiny scrape they're just going to tell you to throw some touch up paint on there which is basically a polite way of denying you service. The night before I went I did research here on Yelp and found this place. The quote was a reasonable $300 and I was told it would be done the same day since I was coming from Sacramento. I showed up as they opened and dropped of my car. They were done with it at the very end of the day. The final price was exactly what they quoted me. They were very professional and the work they did was great. I can't tell anything was ever there. The color match was good and there is no overspray or orange peel. They also kept the repair area as small as the possibly bould have. I am for sure willing to make the drive again if I have to. read more

Came back to install a new and improved lip but he messed this one up badly and wouldn't own up to his mistake. He even asked me to pay him via venmo before i even see my car and i trusted him so i paid via venmo. Went to pick up my car and the lip was terribly lined up. This new lip that I asked him to install came with splitter rods and I couldn't believe when I saw it. The splitter rods were making contact with my paint and scratching it. I personally believe he knew he did a bad job so he asked me to pay up first and also he wasn't there when i picked up my car so I couldn't address the issues immediately. I ended up calling and texting him about how i felt about the service and he could not have cared less. I was taken back by this because the first time i came the service was great. The biggest problem in my situation was that he didn't tell me he did not know how to install the new lip I brought to him and he actually texted me for advice *RED FLAG* so i sent him some youtube videos on how to install the same lip on a different car. It turned out so bad that the lip came off a week later. Do yourself a favor and go to a mechanic who KNOWS what he's doing! All Carlos had to say was that he uses everything as a learning experience, well don't use customers car to try learn new things! If you didn't know how to install it then you should have told me so I could take it to another guy who knew how! On top of everything, he accused me of hitting something while i was driving and thats why the rods and my lip fell apart. I couldn't believe he accused me of lying, he used his years of being a mechanic as an excuse, that's how he "could tell what happened just by looking at it". What an INSULT.
