I chose this shop because of the good reviews, but I was completely misled. Eventually, I realized this place is a Highly Professional Scam Gang, Carlos and his fellows, working all together to Scam you wherever possible. Parts installed may not be what they say, and the Work Progress tracking and Reviews etc.. are Just Gimmicks. I was cheated and spent more Times and money than I should have. Please be Extra careful bringing your car here could turn into a never-ending money drain, time and you may end up frustrated with issues that are never resolved. Again, Remember what I said "They are a Professional Scam Gang", you won't even realize you've been cheated unless you have a certain level of knowledge about your vehicle read more

10/10 I highly recommend this shop to any Lamborghini, Audi, Ferrari or McLaren owners. I own a high-end supercar with complex engineering, and after discovering catastrophic frame damage due to faulty factory welds, I began searching for a shop that could handle such a serious repair. Every other shop I visited quoted me astronomical prices -- until I found Fix auto Fremont Warm Springs. From the moment I met Carlos (the owner) and Pancho (the technician), I knew my car was in the right hands. Not only were they confident in tackling the job, but their quote came in at nearly half the cost of what everyone else was charging. They didn't just stop at the frame -- they also took care of the suspension repairs, air conditioning, and expertly repainted a few panels that needed attention. The quality of their work speaks for itself. The repairs were done quickly, professionally, and under budget, which is almost unheard of in the world of exotic car repair. Throughout the process, Carlos and Pancho kept me informed every step of the way, making the experience smooth and stress-free. If you own a supercar or any high-end vehicle and want honest, skilled craftsmanship at a fair price, I highly recommend Fix It Auto. These guys are the real deal. An in depth chronology of the project can be found here: https://www.r8talk.com/threads/need-part-for-rear-space-frame.185795/?utm_user=UkJGQ09NQWphTTJuaU9xd0VyTWpOUT09&utm_campaign=watched_thread_reply&utm_medium=email&utm_source=alert read more

This place is a complete scam. Please be extremely careful before leaving your car here, especially if you own a Tesla. My Tesla was lightly damaged after hitting a deer -- only the windshield and sensors were affected . I was still able to drive it while waiting for the replacement parts and inspection. My understanding was that it only needed a simple windshield repair, which should have been a straightforward insurance claim. However, this shop created an inflated repair estimate and turned a small issue into a major "full repair" project. Within three days, my car was completely taken apart. Now, I can't even drive it. Even though I want it be towed somewhere else for a second opinion but can't as they won't put it back. Because of their actions, my car was declared a total loss by the insurance company and is now being salvaged. This place cannot be trusted. It feels like my loss became someone else's gain. Think twice before you leave your car here. I would never recommend this shop to anyone -- not friends, not family, not anyone. read more

Accidents are so stressful, but it helps to have an amazing facility to repair your car. Fix Auto was suggested by my insurance. I worked with Linda Ugarte. She was kind, patient and transparent about the process. She kept me updated about the status of the repairs. The technicians and staff are very skilled and professional. Everything was completed as agreed upon and they were kind enough to detail the outside and inside of my car as well. It looked like a brand new car when I picked it up. I highly recommend Fix Auto for repair work. read more

Someone backed into my car, and left a minor scratch. (only visible upon closer inspection up close). Brought in to the their garage for an inspection. They had someone just for car detailing, guy looked into it and buffed it in 5mins. Excellent place, service and great people. Highly recommend!! read more

Linda is the BEST!!! I had horrible multi car accident on highway and I just picked this place randomly. Surprisingly, Linda did a good job. After I dropped off my vehicle, she provided status updates regularly, and also cleaned inside of the car. Car gets repaired perfectly. Try this body shop, you won't regret! read more

Highly recommend! Carlos took care of our SUV repair needs. He was knowledgeable, responsive and honest. He went over and beyond to give exceptional customer service and competitive pricing. We hAve an older SUV and it was harder to get parts to match. However Carlos was able to make things work and the SUV looks great. We got quotes from others ranging 2x more than what Carlos quoted. Carlos also completed the work within 1 weekend. read more

Carlos was extremely helpful and even though there was a chance that we wouldn't need them to do the work, he provided info and expertise to help me make an informed decision. Will go to them for future body work. read more

Wanted to get a scratch on the bumper fixed. Carlos did an amazing job of communicating over Yelp, working around my time constraints of being able to only drop the car off on the weekend and was up front about price and stuck to the estimate. The work itself was completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work was very good. There were other Fix Autos much closer to me, but I would choose to go to Carlos again because of how friendly and trustworthy he was. read more

They quote you $3900 +600 for jambs then when you get there they estimate repairs for around $9200+ I guess all body shops are cynical but avoid these guys. Just my experience waste of time dropping off the car for a week and it was nothing close to the estimate they gave initially read more

This place was was great! Priscilla gave me an estimate and stuck with that! I was able to get a super quick turnaround with my tight work schedule. She found the solution that was a win-win for everyone. Great communication thru the entire thing, and professional and my car looks amazing! She and the entire team helped me out a lot and the end result I can't stop staring at my car. Highly recommended! read more

Great experience overall working with this shop. They are very responsive. Carlos responded immediately and was able to come in for an estimate. Work we done the following day and they did a great job. Communicated throughout the whole process and car was done in a timely manner. I had a crack on the bumper cover of my Corvette. We all know how it is, if you go to the body shop they're going to tell you you need to buy a new bumper or they need to take off the bumper, sand it, ect and give you some ridiculous estimate that will basically be 1/5th of what your car is worth. Or if you show up in an older car or a car with a tiny scrape they're just going to tell you to throw some touch up paint on there which is basically a polite way of denying you service. The night before I went I did research here on Yelp and found this place. The quote was a reasonable $300 and I was told it would be done the same day since I was coming from Sacramento. I showed up as they opened and dropped of my car. They were done with it at the very end of the day. The final price was exactly what they quoted me. They were very professional and the work they did was great. I can't tell anything was ever there. The color match was good and there is no overspray or orange peel. They also kept the repair area as small as the possibly bould have. I am for sure willing to make the drive again if I have to. read more

I came across Bumper express on Yelp after my oldest daughter had hit her front bumper in a minor collision. Carlos was very prompt and professional and fixed my daughters Nissan like it was brand new. Second time around my youngest got rare ended . I contacted Carlos for an estimate & was very glad to have him take a look at the car as we discovered there was additional damages to the car that are not apparent. What was so impressive with Carlos him handling everything from the estimate to the delivery of my car. My daughters car looks amazing, clean & beautiful. He shined it, cleaned the headlights which really didn't have too but that showed me how much he cared to leave that meticulous impression with his customers. He always answered my calls & questions on time and with great customer service. I am truly appreciative of you hard & great work. read more

Absolute 5 star experience. Responsive friendly customer service from the first phone call. Were able to squeeze me into an estimate and repair date within a few weeks, unlike some places I tried where it was months out. The workmanship so far seems perfect. Price was actually great, I checked one other shop who quoted me hundreds more. And the cherry on top, they washed waxed my car and cleaned the interior as an included bonus! Sorry to the team, for my car was in bad need of cleaning. Thanks Linda and Fix Auto! read more

Priscilla was the estimator I worked with twice. I hit a pole in January and in February I was in a hit and run accident. Both times Priscilla assisted me with my repairs. She was very thorough, kind, and efficient. The body shop communicated throughout the whole process. They even took care of minor scratches unrelated to the accidents. When there was an issue with the lock from the first accident they also took time to get it fixed to my satisfaction. I am really happy with the customer service and the work they did on my car. I am happy I finally found an auto body shop I trust. read more

What a great find this place is. It was a little hard to actually find but believe me it was well worth the search! Linda Ugarte helped me with my car and I couldn't believe how helpful, thorough and professional they are. When I got my car back it was spotlessly clean. They had detailed every inch of it and even though it was in for a small problem on the passenger side. It's about the only good thing my insurance company (Travelers) has ever done for me. I am so happy I found them! read more

Came back to install a new and improved lip but he messed this one up badly and wouldn't own up to his mistake. He even asked me to pay him via venmo before i even see my car and i trusted him so i paid via venmo. Went to pick up my car and the lip was terribly lined up. This new lip that I asked him to install came with splitter rods and I couldn't believe when I saw it. The splitter rods were making contact with my paint and scratching it. I personally believe he knew he did a bad job so he asked me to pay up first and also he wasn't there when i picked up my car so I couldn't address the issues immediately. I ended up calling and texting him about how i felt about the service and he could not have cared less. I was taken back by this because the first time i came the service was great. The biggest problem in my situation was that he didn't tell me he did not know how to install the new lip I brought to him and he actually texted me for advice *RED FLAG* so i sent him some youtube videos on how to install the same lip on a different car. It turned out so bad that the lip came off a week later. Do yourself a favor and go to a mechanic who KNOWS what he's doing! All Carlos had to say was that he uses everything as a learning experience, well don't use customers car to try learn new things! If you didn't know how to install it then you should have told me so I could take it to another guy who knew how! On top of everything, he accused me of hitting something while i was driving and thats why the rods and my lip fell apart. I couldn't believe he accused me of lying, he used his years of being a mechanic as an excuse, that's how he "could tell what happened just by looking at it". What an INSULT. I wasted $600 on buying that part and another $400 for him to mess it up! DO NOT COME AND SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. read more

We worked with Linda Ugarte to repair our Tesla at Fix Auto and are very happy with our experience. Getting into an accident is a headache in itself; a hit-and-run made it worse. However, Linda ensured we were in good hands using Fix Auto and was transparent about the timing of ordering the parts via Tesla and completing the repair at their facility. It put me at ease that there were many Teslas under repair with them, lots of good reviews on different platforms, and they came recommended as an in-network body shop with State Farm, who was qualified to work on Teslas. There was the utmost professionalism in every communication via email and text, giving us updates on how the repairs were going and finishing our vehicle before their estimated completion date. We are happy with the quality of the repair to our Tesla. We appreciate the kind gesture of Fix Auto doing an exterior and interior detail of our vehicle; they went the extra mile to put a smile on our faces. We highly recommend Fix Auto Warm Springs to anyone who needs body work for their car! read more

The good experience at Bumpers Express almost made up for the bad experience of backing into a parking lot pole! Carlos answered my call promptly, texted me his email to send pictures of the damage and then responded with a very reasonable quote in a matter of a couple of hours. I was able to bring my suburban in when it worked for me and it was done beautifully in a day. Carlos and crew are very friendly, attentive and you can tell they pride themselves on doing a professional job. No wonder they have been in business for such a long time. This has been the best auto shop experience I've ever had, and I'm not exaggerating. Whenever I've gone to shops it's a little inefficient with the wait times, but taking my car to Fix Auto Warm Springs in Fremont, CA was the best decision. They painted my front bumper and had it ready in less than a day, which last time, at another shop. Took a week. But besides that, their customer service has been so excellent and they go above and beyond. The girls are very nice, welcoming and they really listen to your needs so that you can get your car fixed and going in very little time. Thank you Fix for making my life easier. read more

I can't express how awesome this business is! I was rear ended in a parking lot and the person wanted to pay out of pocket. I'm from Livermore and shopped around and the prices were very steep. I decided to look further and I came across Bumpers Express. The reviews were awesome so I stopped by. From the estimate process I was sure they were the team to complete the work. Carlos was very transparent and worked with the other driver and myself. He was timely and very detailed. My car looks brand new. I was so pleased and recommend them for your repair needs. Carlos and his guys are amazing! They did the bumper repair perfectly! Very responsive via email and yelp app. I was able to drop of the car in the morning and have the job done by 5pm the same day! On top of the phenomenal service, the pricing was unbeatable! I got quotes for the repair from about 10 shops and the quote prices I got from other shops ranged from 800s-2000s.
