Went with crown because it was the cheapest quote . I asked to fix the bumper and that looked good, but there are gray pieces going down the side where the paint doesn't match at all. read more

A few local car guys recommended this shop for high-quality fairly priced paint work. I brought my car in to have them match and paint a helmet fairing and mirrors. They did a great job (quickly) for a very reasonable price. Pop is a great guy, and also pointed me to a mobile guy to take care of a door ding. read more

Highly recommend! Crown Auto Body did an exceptional job for exactly what I wanted- and for an affordable price. My car was claimed as a total loss even though all the damage was mostly cosmetic (car functioned just fine). My car is also very old, so I just wanted a simple fix on the trunk/bumper that fell off and the left rear panel needed replacement. Their friendliness and professionalism was consistent from the day I walked in for a quote to communicating in-between, and the final pick up. They listened to exactly what I wanted, worked with me with pricing, and still went beyond my expectations. Other shops would try to upsell or add things I didn't want. The best part was when I picked up my car, they gave it a nice car wash inside and out. Excellent service and experience. read more

Had a fender bender on my front bumper and grille and was able to get an estimate and the fix done. Jeremy and Pop are friendly, straightforward and do great work! Appreciated the rec from a friend and would pass along the same recommendation. This fix was like 1/3rd the cost compared to a Toyota dealership where the Crown team assessed certain things didn't need replacement and they didn't have a bunch of random add ons. Payment options via Zelle or added fee % for processing a credit card. Accurate communication on timing for parts arriving and the repair. Front looks good as new! Plus they were nice to try to pop out part of a cosmetic dent on different part of car and washed my car for me too! read more

Superb service! Took my car in for an estimate after wheel well trim strip damaged backing out of driveway and hitting the gate. Technician looked at the problem, replaced mounting clips and reattached the strip while I waited! Could not ask for friendlier or better service! Highly recommend! read more

I took my car here after a garage door damaged the roof and radio antenna cap on the top of the car. The roof was dented and the cap no longer was flush against the top of the car, risking water damage if it was to rain. They explained the issue in detail and were transparent about factors that could impact the cost and time to repair. In the end, we got our best case scenario and they were able to carefully tap out the dented portions without damaging the paint. I appreciate their skill and also the honesty in letting me know the best/worst case scenarios and making sure I understood what was going on. They're also quick answering texts for updates on the status of the work. I strongly recommend Crown. read more

Pop was very courteous and efficient when I visited Crown Auto Body for an estimate to remove unsightly white scratches on the roof and trunk of our car from a gate arm coming down on the car. Not only did he quickly buff out the scuff marks with some polishing compound, he declined to accept any payment for the work. Hence I'm leaving a 5 star review. I'll be back for any future auto body repair needs. read more

I'm an uber/lyft driver and got work done on my hyundai. Jeremy Li did the job perfectly, so fast, and at a great price. He's been my go to guy since. I highly recommend. read more

Place is a fraud! Preface - I have a brand new bumper, uninstalled, pre-primed. Literally the easiest paint job a shop can ask for. Requires zero prep and no installing. $1,000 for a front bumper color match is crazy. The neighbor next door (Laguna Auto Body) quoted me less than half of that. Same ratings on Yelp. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I recently got my door and quarter panel replaced and painted on my Kia Telluride and Jeremy and his team do great work! Paint matched perfectly and the best shop I've used for body work out of the 5 in the past. Thanks Jeromy and team! read more

First of all, they sure have the skills to fix autobody and frame. But I cannot recommend them. So my car was given to them for assessment for body damage. It's been there for two weeks, and in the meantime I followed up with them. During that time, They told me the car's frame had minimal damage impact( by Jeremy). I believed it. Once I was dropping a part of to my car, and saw the damage which kinda shocked me. The front impact bar as well as certain part of both side frame-rail got bent. They didn't even took the panel out to assess the damage inside, which I thought they did since they have two weeks to work on it. I was shocked and text Jeremy. I tried to keep it cool. But Since then, Jeremy's attitude became terrible compared to before, not picking up calls and rarely reply my message. I got mad too. So eventually I took my car back, which sits there for over two fucking weeks eating dust and I have to Uber every-fucking-where. What a waste of time. But, like I said at the beginning, I believed in them and I still do now, and I told them I will let them know if I want to bring it back. Unfortunately, they thought I was joking. So they lost a $10,000 business opportunity, cause I meant it, and I contacted them multiple times. Eventually I fixed it with a much cheaper price. $3000 cheaper than they quoted me. read more

Went here to get some paint work done and Jeremy was super friendly and upfront with the estimate (lowest out of the 4 autobody shops I had contacted!) Turnaround time was quick and reasonable for the work I wanted to get done. Definitely recommend this shop! read more

After getting in two car accidents within 24 hours (neither my fault) I was BEYOND upset. Jeremy reassured me that he would take care of everything and boy did he! He was great at communicating, friendly, would send me updates here and there of how my car was coming along and he even helped me with the whole rental car situation. Not to mention my car looks like it did the day I drove off the lot! Thank you so much to everyone at Crown Auto Body and though I hope I don't ever have to come back, I know exactly where to go if needed. read more

Fastest service and definitely satisfied with the outcome of my repair . So long story short , I took my car in on Monday for a pipe and exhaust replacement due the collision I was in last month . I was recommended to go John for the quick auto body replacement . Went there , got greeted , looked at my car and got quoted for the exhaust and pipe immediately . Next day John calls me to say that my car is ready for pick up :) . Couldn't believe how fast he works especially when I made a last minute request to have my windshield replaced as well . If you are around this area and needs auto body work done , I recommend this place a lot !!! read more

Very detail check and all the work they have done. Price reasonable and nice with great attitude with all info.

Did a wonderful job on our repair. You would never know it was in an accident. The owner is very friendly and professional.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! So recently my baby was hit while parked. Sucks, right? Any how, I was recommended to Crown Auto Body by a couple friends and went with one of them to talk with Jon. He gave me a really good price. Was afraid that the price was going to show on the work that was put in, but my buddies told me not to worry. I dropped my car off and had it done in a few days. It looked BRAND new, like she has never been in an accident at all. I could not even tell it had been repainted. Jon painted all the way from my front bumper to the end of my driver side door. Thank you Jon for making my car back into pristine condition! read more

This place is awesome for auto painting My mom's 1997 Toyota Camry had very bad paint oxidation on the hood and roof. It was embarassing to drive that car. So I had 4 different estimates from various body shops. Cheapest was Maaco.. but I've heard bad stories about their quality. Other estimates were very high because everyone wanted to paint the whole car, claiming that it's an old car and they wouldnt be able to color match the old and new paint. Gabe and John at Crown gave me an honest assessment and said that I can only paint the hood and roof with great color matching. Their price was very reasonable, compared to my other estimates. So I left the car there (John even gave me a ride home). Four days later, I went to pick up the car, and my jaw dropped. The car looked out of the showroom new. I could not tell which parts were new and old paint, since the side panels were in pretty good shape with the original paint. I jokingly asked John if he had painted the whole car, and he smiled and said, "you tell me". Honestly, I couldnt tell, since the color matching was so perfect. John is a magician when it comes to body work and painting. Gabe should have a new name "Honest Gabe". Great team.. highly recommended. read more

I've been going to Gabe for years now (formerly under "Angel Body & Paint") and he is the only one I will trust without any doubts. I've taken my cars to other body shops as well, but I know when I go to Crown Auto Body, I can leave with confidence and know that all of the repairs will be done quickly and done well. Most recently, I took my dad's car here because some stupid kid decided to back into the side of the car. I was really pissed off because the insurance estimator tried low-balling us and I was worried that it wouldn't be fixed properly. Thanks to Gabe, less than a week later, the car was back and looking great! read more

Several weeks ago I brought my old convertible in to have new window regulators installed and the windshield insulating trim replaced. While Gabe was very friendly and worked to find a good deal on rebuilt regulators (the factory new ones were very expensive) the quality of the work was not very good. The trim was not installed well on one side (it does not line up with the frame) and one window is not adjusted to close correctly. I have tried for some time to get an appointment to get the window readjusted. Most of the time nobody answers the phone, and there is no way to leave a message. When I do get through I am told that the guy who does the work isn't in today, and I need to call back some other morning to check to see if he's going to be in. One time I just dropped in and someone did try to help me, but he couldn't find the tool he needed, so I was told to come back. Pros: Friendly service, low prices. Cons: Poor workmanship, difficult to reach. read more
