This is our go to Mexican food shop. Inside there are booths and a fair amount of seating though be aware this is a popular place. The food is typical but still very tasty. The queso is to die for! They have breakfast too and that's all day. Shrimp and mahi-mahi can be included in tacos and more. Check out their menu for what to order and almost all of it is good! During the pandemic we've ordered online and just went to pickup the food but when we are back to normal we will once again eat inside. Parking is limited but there is public parking about a block away. Given a choice this is the place for good Mexican food and prices are reasonable. Absolutely it rates 5 stars from us and is well worth considering if you are in the area. read more

I love Fuzzy's Taco shop! First of all, I like a great margarita that isn't too sweet and a little tequila-y. I really love the variety of tacos. My family usually orders one of every taco available, sometimes two, and an order of shredded chicken taco nachos. The tempura shrimp taco, and the shredded brisket tacos are my go to! Service is terrible and management treats their employees horribly. I've never seen more than two people working the front and it's almost always busy. One of the female managers with glasses won't even make eye contact with customers and her attitude is always negative and standoffish which makes the ambiance of the entire store falter, it's obvious she is not happy in her job. They're lucky their kitchen knows how to keep the food consistent because it seems like it's the only thing bringing people back. Well, we went here because it was recommended by friends from the area...but pretty disappointed the first time, decided to give it another try, and... disappointed again...so...review time. The food is very mild spice-wise, they have a couple of table salsas as well, but the flavor didn't impress on those either. Chips and salsa, mild and bland...and to make it worse....costs extra. The first time, we bought them and they never brought them out. Tacos and burritos have minimal meat on them, I'll add a picture of that. Presentation is pretty decent, but it lacks all imagination on the flavor front. It's counter order and counter pickup, self serve drinks, but they still use a tip line on their reciepts. On the whole, the food was below average, and low on flavor, and you're only paying a little less than a real sit down restaurant for an awful lot less. I love this place and almost always have a great experience. That being said, there is an employee there named Colton who is simply a jerk. We ordered margaritas on the rocks and he filled the glass with ice and I mean the ice was falling out of the glass because of how much he put in there. I kindly asked him to take some of the ice out since I didn't want to pay for a glass of ice and he gave me a dirty look and forcefully dumped the drink out. My girlfriend asked to talk to the manager and he stormed off and returned with a business card for corporate. Who knew they had the handheld burrito ? My friend introduced me to this place because I had so much to say about how I don't like smothered burrito. It seem like that's the norm here in CO. I normally love Fuzzy's, but boy, did they drop the ball for Cinco de Mayo. They shamelessly advertise on their website "Ready to guac on Cinco", yet they were completely unprepared for the influx of orders. Online ordering is disabled, no one answering the phone and appearing to be closed early. People on Facebook have complained that their orders were delayed by hours. I'm normally used to the subpar service here, but this is ridiculous. At least when I called R Taco, someone answered the phone and explained that they were no longer taking orders for the evening. I'm definitely going to be protesting the location for a bit. read more

Ordered chips & queso, and two tacos. Chips were delicious, queso was pretty good, but cold... tacos were tasty, but average. Customer service wasn't great. There was a cashier/table clearer girl with fake eyelashes longer than her nose who absolutely didn't give an eff. She gave me a buzzer and made me wait for a side of chips - something that could have been done in 2 seconds and completed without waiting ten minutes using a buzzer, in addition to waiting for our food with another buzzer. The restaurant works similar to a Panera - you walk in, up to the counter to order and pay for your food and drinks, then find a seat. They call your number once your order is ready and you pick it up at the food window. I had the Chips and Queso as an appetizer. The queso looked and felt very thin/runny, so I thought it may lack taste or be bland. But I was surprised to find that it still had that strong cheesy flavor you find in thick queso. I had the Taco Plate for my meal - it comes with two tacos (choice of meats) and two sides of your choice. The food came out hot and filled me up. The portion sizes are great for the price. I lost my job because I had no one to watch my daughter, I explained since i started I have no one to watch my kid on Saturdays, but that's my problem in Amelia's eyes and I'm scheduled anyway. I lost my job in which I need to provide for my kid and find us somewhere to stay. I explained that too. So eat where you want but I like the world to know that this job let a single parent go while he's homeless just because he has no one to watch her daughter. Had a really poor experience at Fuzzys for dinner last night. The young guy helping take orders could have cared less about his job, was really unenthusiastic and the couple questions I had on the menu he didn't have the answers to. Luckily what looked to be the manager was standing next to him and he stepped in to answer my questions. The kid didn't say anything about the process of where to sit and collect orders or drinks, we grabbed all the food trays and drinks from the counter ourselves (which is fine but just explain that) we were standing awkwardly at the kitchen window and even the girl who appeared to be running the kitchen window didn't say anything to us. In covid times we're all doing our best to be patient with places and service but it doesn't help when you have staff who could care less to be helpful to your customers. My friends who I brought for the first time said the taco meat / chicken was very dry and needed seasoning and the salad bowls have changed drastically since the last time I ate here. read more

This is a causal order at the counter and pick up your own food sort of place. the two item combo is a great value. There are not many places where you can get a MX combo under $10. They serve beer and margaritas. (Probably wine too but I don't remember) the porn star margarita is excellent. Perfect combo of booze and mixers in a GIANT glass. I really liked their soft tacos, they filled them so full that they were messy and glorious! The spicy pork was my favorite. I was really surprised how good the queso was...made my favorites list. Wasn't a huge fan of the chips, they would've been better served a little warm. The service was quick but you had to go get your food when the buzzer went off but they were very good about clearing the table quickly. There is plenty of seating in and around the bar area. The bar is slightly in its own little nook which is the most intimate part of the restaurant. I would go back, especially for happy hour. read more

This is a good little place but I have to say the red chili powder that they sprinkle on their chips is pretty nasty.. I have been here before and had their tacos which are tasty and robust. So I brought my wife in and she is a chips Ald salsa snob and originating from New Mexico, she has reason to be. She and I were both disappointed with the salsa which had a paste like consistency rather than chopped up tomatoes additionally all of the tortilla chips we're not salted but had a eventually powder sprinkled all over them generously which we shook off one chip at a time. Additionally, a little salt and lime on the chips would add some depth to the flavor. If they got the chip and Chile powder thing corrected, they will get a better rating in my book. read more
