First time at Renegade yesterday, and we will definitely be back! The staff was extremely nice - we had to order a few items for our family to go and didn't know all the answers immediately. They were very patient with us! Our food was great - consensus was that the fajita veggies, Renegade chicken, and the queso were a hit. I especially liked the addition of potatoes in my burrito. Unfortunately one of the guacamoles was left out of the bag for our second veggie burrito, but I would still definitely come back here! Prices were reasonable for the portions. read more

Hubby and I stopped at this fast casual Mexican restaurant for some breakfast burritos for our first time. He got the T's Gunslinger breakfast burrito ($7.99) and I got the Lola G's bandit ($11.99). The place was setup exactly like a Chipotle i.e. assembly line style, but it was nice they also had the options for a bunch of customer favorites so you could pick a pre made option. So it was a very fast process! The burritos were also huge - I was only able to eat about half of mine and save the rest for leftovers. I liked that they had a non traditional tortilla flavor, the Jalapeño cheddar tortilla was tasty. The carnitas in my Lola was Very dry but the other sauce helped hide that a bit (do wish I asked for more salsa or sauce). Overall a good breakfast option and would come back for a burrito. read more

This has been my joint for years. Those crispy potatoes, and the renegade chicken hit perfectly together, and their chipotle ranch dressing is icing on an already perfect cake. Renegade Burrito is a great place where the meridians of convenience and quality meet, without breaking the bank. Their preconfigured burritos are already fire, but the option to customize it to your liking beats those larger brands. We checked out this location for the first time today. We normally go to the Renegade Burrito that's in Thornton but we're in the area and happen to see this when we were driving around. This location was really nice, clean and the staff was extremely friendly! We were there around noon on a Sunday and it was completely dead so I'm not sure if people know about this place or not, but I highly recommend it. It's just like chipotle except they actually mix all of the ingredients together before they wrap it which is my favorite thing about this place. read more

I came here for a breakfast burrito because I was nearby, but cannot recommend. The tortillas are chalky and dry, though are big like Chipotle's, but asked for green chili and to my surprise it was 50% of the burrito upcharge. An $8 breakfast burrito is already crazy but $4 to add green chili is criminal, the whole breakfast burrito was $15 after tax and the green chili was not even green chili it was like salsa verde. Customer service was terrible as well, was the only person in the store and waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, and then felt like it was a chore to take my order, this is why food in CO gets a bad wrap, poor service, insane prices, and mediocre at best food. read more

This is so much better than your typical fast food burrito joint. With flavored tortillas like jalapeño cheddar and hot sauces like like strawberry habanero, it's a lot more sophisticated. A lot of their burritos have potatos as an option instead of rice and they are generous with the guacamole.I would recommend big al's bananza. Will have to come back for their breakfast burrito that has been awarded best Westword best breakfast burrito several years in a row (and one of the few places that sells them all day long). By far the worst burritos I've ever ordered. The Lola G's Bandit burrito was stone cold and nasty. The Mile High Burrito had mainly potatoes in it. Never received the bottle of the Strawberry Habanero hot sauce. The best items were the bottled Mexican Cokes. I'm gonna stick with BadAss Burritos. read more

I honestly thought the food wasn't going to be taste very good, maybe it was the fact that I was ordering a breakfast burrito 30minutes before closing time, and the eggs looked like a bunch of little instant egg bits, or if it was the country music playing in the background, or if it was the fact that the place was empty besides us in line. But I got a breakfast burrito to go and I reheated it when I got home and was pleasantly surprised by the good taste. We grabbed take out on Friday night. My husband got Lola G's Bandit with chips and queso. I got a veggie burrito. I like being able to choose my burrito fillings and they had a good selection of veg friendly toppings. The service was prompt and personable. I thought it was really interesting how they mix the filling in the tortilla before they fold it. My husband really enjoyed his burrito. The chip portions are on the smaller side it is a personal size. I thought the flavor my veggie burrito was just ok. I might mix it up a bit more with the fillings next time. read more

But then, like a shining light over the hill and wrapped in a gigantic tortilla - I found Renegade. These burritos are legit the best I've had since I moved here. The numerous tortilla styles is immediately a great sign. And then covering that bad boy in cheese and putting it in the steamer you know you're in for a treat. I use to frequent a Renegade Burrito by my old job so when I saw this location on my way to the dog park recently I knew I needed to stop! I love renegades unique tortilla options outside of the regular flour tortillas you see everywhere else at the build your own Mexican spots. I tried the Lola G Bandit and it really hit the spot... so much so I couldn't eat dinner because I ate the whole thing as a lateish lunch! If you haven't been to Renegade know that you're going to get a BIG burrito for a really great price! The carnitas was super juicy and you can't go wrong with seasoned potatoes in your burrito! Renegade is my local go to when I need a solid wrapped up meal. The choices are plenty, the freshness spot on and for me, the fried potatoes instead of rice is the way to go! They up charge $2.79 for guacamole without posting it anywhere or letting you know. $1 up charge for extra cheese when you're getting none of the 2 included sides.
