Fuzzy Chicken Sando Spicy Grilled with side of potatoes
    Larry H.

Been here a few times and they have yet to impress me with their food or beer. I ordered a full "Baby Hazy" and a fuzzy chicken sandwich, grilled spicy with side of potatoes. The Baby Hazy was meh. We went on a Thursday and found out the drafts were a dollar off for the full. The full comes in a pint glass. The Baby Hazy did not have a lot of flavor that I would expect from a brew pub. The chicken sandwich not a chicken breast that was intact, it was three pieces of chicken on the bun. When I bit into it, the pieces would pull out of the bun, leaving the bread there. I would have liked to have seen a whole chicken breast in one piece. I ordered it spicy and it did not taste spicy at all. The side of potatoes was decent, but it was served with four small potatoes cooked and seasoned in the basket next to the sandwich. When I ordered the potatoes, the server asked if I wanted any dipping sauces. I said no, just plain ketchup. On previous visits, I learned that they charge for the dipping sauces and were not worth the money. When the food came out, I was missing the ketchup. I asked the server for ketchup and he brought out for a small packets of ketchup. I was expecting a tiny cup of ketchup, like the specialty dipping sauces came in. This was a little disappointing, since I had to tear open the ketchup packets and squirt them on a plate or directly on my potatoes. I feel like everything here is a slightly pricey for what it is. This restaurant is good for downtown Highland, but I feel like it wouldn't make it in Valpo. The outdoor patio was nice. The server was friendly, but I'm not sure if I'll be making another trip here.

We had a good time here. We sat at the bar, but there was plenty of seating at tables too. We ordered flights and glasses of beer which were all really good. We also ordered food. I've never had a hot dog made like they do there. It was soooooo good. We also had the loaded tots. Get those! You won't be disappointed. The staff were friendly.

The Bourdain was fabulous ! Just like he loved it!!

Kitchen got a bit overwhelmed. Food took a minute. Staff was amazing. That took care of everything and food came out hot and delicious!! Highly recommend!! 10 stars!!

The food here is really good and the beer is exceptional. The staff is all really friendly but suffering from the weird post covid phenomena of breweries packed with "beer tenders" who've never waited on customers in a busy bar environment and are now taxed with table service as well. Everyone always looks completely rushed and stressed out even when staff outnumbers costumers. Definitely worth a trip but we've got to get past this weird era of people sitting with empty beers in breweries. Also the pizza is very solid for a brewery. Good crust. Heavy on the cheese though for a thin per region doctrines.

A friend of mine has been saying that FUZZYLINE has some of the best food in the region. That's a pretty high bar to say, but FUZZYLINE met the challenge! I stopped in for lunch this week and wow, the food is so good! We started with their weekend special tater tots. It was basically poutine on tots and it was amazing. I had the seasonal salad for lunch and could barely eat half of it. Could have been the tots, but the salad was huge... and delicious. My daughter had the grilled cheese sando and chose to add bourbon apples. OMG, it was basically grilled cheese made with French toast. Ah-mazing! I can't wait to go back and try some other menu items.

I can't believe I have waited so long to try Fuzzyline! I have heard so many good things from friends and family about their food and drinks and was able to finally try this past weekend on date night. We started with some Pork Katsu Bao Buns. I really enjoyed the crispyness of the chicken and the toppings worked so well. I also had some sparkling white wine which was semi-sweet and not overly dry. For my main, I ordered the Mr. French burger which came with a side of their French onion soup/dip and crispy potatoes. I loved trying a more unique burger and it's on my list for one of the best burgers I've ever had. Their service was great and attentive, and the ambiance is perfect for a casual night out. I really enjoyed our night there and would go back so many more times!

Cute spot While in the area, decided to stop in to fuzzyline. Staff stopped us as soon as we got to the patio to offer us seating. 2 staff took care of us. I had the josey Ipa. I gave a taste to my fiance and he actually liked it! (He hates ipas). Very fresh orange taste. They offer half pours which is always good. Give them a try! They have a wide variety of beer options.

Wow! We really enjoyed our lunch here. The Italian smash sandwich was next level! Great service and we had a nice talk with the chef. Excellent all around. Can't wait to go back for pizza. A must try!

Stopped in for a snack and a pint on my way to Chicago. The brussel sprouts were delicious and the portion was massive. I had the Josey IPA and it was fantastic as well. Light and refreshing for an IPA, with a very pleasant blood orange flavor. If I lived closer, I'd definitely drop in regularly!

No problem but why did I have to go ask after waiting 15 min for a drink when the place had about 11 people in it? Also, we went for drinks/food before a show at the Hard Rock (20 min away) after it was highly recommended by people doing the same as us- stopping before a show. We really wanted the cheese curds. Maybe a burger but none if it was available for some reason or another. Could you update your website? The website indicated none of this which would've been extremely helpful. We were hungry and wanted a cocktail!! Otherwise, I'd given all 5 because it is a cool place and friendly. Our waiter was great.

We got out and saw the sign on the door at the old building that they moved. So glad we got out the car and saw the new address and we went to check it out! We LOVED THE VIBE! Reminds me of downtown Las Vegas where I used to live. It's a cool spot! The staff, Michelle and Greg were so awesome! We enjoyed hearing some downtown Hammond history. The smash burger? OMG! The best I've had since I've moved to the Midwest! It was cooked right on the grill! Fresh! Hubby had the Caesar wrap and it was delicious! We so enjoyed the space, our time and the conversation! Can't wait to return!

Their most popular beers (ZD and Gumballhead) were available in Wisconsin, so I've tried both when I lived there. The brewery began in 1996, and moved to its current location (Munster, IN) in 2000. They opened a brewpub in 2005, and this was the destination my wife and I were heading for, as we were seeing a relative that night but had arrived early. Unfortunately, I didn't get the memo, as the brewpub has been closed since 2020 (that's six years ago), which is now blindingly obvious as I read more information about the brewery on my computer while researching for this review. Luckily, the folks working there were exceedingly kind, appreciating that we had come a ways to visit. Their small retail store is open, and we were able to pick up some merch (mostly stickers), a pack of playing cards ($12) as well as a six pack (in bottles) of their Robert the Bruce Scotch Ale (I knew about this beer but never had a chance to try it...quite good, especially for $11 for a six pack). I had also picked up some Scotch Ale earlier in the trip (Warped Speed from Lake Louie Brewing) so this trip was becoming beneficial to add to my beer collection at home...now need to find Founders Dirty Bastard (which is sold in my area) as well to have 3 of the Scotch Ale variety that I've tried and enjoyed. It was clear to the employees that we talked to, that they like the brewpub to reopen but don't know of any plans to move forward. 3 Floyds is doing quite well, expanding their distribution business, so sounds like that's the focus. There were many stories I found about plans to double the size of the brewpub and open a biergarten adjacent...but they were from 2023. As of now, couldn't find any other stories explaining the lack of movement since then.

We thought we would have to wait till we drove to Chicago for good food. This place is welcoming, charming and modern. I ordered the sea bass with vodka pasta and my husband the lamb lollipop with roasted potatos. Both were 10/10. We are very picky and self proclaimed foodies. For dessert we shared the tiramisu. It was good. 9/10 for small size and a tiny bit dry. The flavors were well balanced though. We sat on the Fiori side but had a choice of sitting on either side and can order from both menus. Their standard menu does not feature their vegan options, so we had to wait for the waitress to come back around again to ask for this. Unfortunately, the Vegan Chicken Breast was crossed off, so I'm not sure if that will be coming back. I went with the Vegan Reuben, a reliable standard, but it was terribly disappointing. It prompted me to pull up my photos from our previous dining experience there, and the sandwich looks so much more unappetizing. The current sandwich is wet, pale, and oddly sweet. The color and texture are so different, so I'm not sure what they've changed from their original recipe.
