Average. Tandoori chicken had extra spices like a coat after the initial cooking. Palak paneer had extra oil, smelt bit of fish. Tandoori roti was good. Service was fast and good. Ambience was very nice

Fusion Nine INTRO: Restaurant located off of Morrisville Parkway. Chicken Lollipop, Dal Tadka, Sizzling brownie- food was delicious and was definitely enjoyable. Food was plenty for two people. Sizzling brownie was an exciting dessert and was a great way to end the night. Parking/ location: Hard to find since it is tucked right next to the badminton club and is not visual from the actual road. However, there was plenty of parking space but arrived later at night so not at the busiest hours to see how that may be. Ambience/Service-There was an outdoor and indoors part of the restaurant. Despite these sections it was on the smaller side. The indoor section included a bar. The outdoor section was lighted nicely and tucked within trees and leaf décor which gave it a romantic atmosphere. The waitress was excellent and very attentive, but the food arrived too quickly including dessert was served while we were beginning to eat the actual meal.

Ok so my family and I have been struggling to find good Indian food where you can adjust the spice level and still remain authentic. We found it absolute love this restaurant. So yummy and different - we will be back for sure.

Came here after the badminton game next door. Cool vibes and great food. We ordered few beers and wine. Beer was served in very chilled glasses and a perfect wine as well. Ordered a chicken and Gobi Manchurian appetizer and a Fried rice. Every dish is perfectly cooked and very nicely done. Glad we stopped by and found this place. Definitely coming here again.

3.5 stars. The good - the garlic naan and the palak paneer were delicious and flavorful. The bad - the portion sizes are less than half as much as other Indian restaurants around the area for about the same price. The texture of the lamb Rogan Josh sauce was too pasty like canned tomato sauce and lacked depth of flavor. Our lamb Rogan Josh was 20% small lamb cubes and 80% pasty sauce. There are several tables right beside the door and when the door opens a rush of freezing area blows by.

Ordered Vegetarian food, it was cooked in non veg vessel. Gobi Manchurian had fish smell. I would have ignored writing but what is surprising to me is they add gratitude for 4 people

Have been curious about this place for awhile. It's a bit off the beaten path - just around the corner from Park West. We arrived at about 6 on a weekday. Found another couple eating at the bar that were repeat customers. We love spice but not real familiar with Indian food. Based upon the suggestions of the bartender we tried this peanut dish - it was amazing! And the ginger chicken was delicious too! Can't wait to go back again to try more of their delicacies.

Until a friend's meetup group scheduled an afternoon "let's have cocktails all afternoon" Friday. Yup, count me in! I got there right at the appointed time, and the early birds were already halfway into their wine. There is a large patio area outside with chairs and tables in small groups. A sunshade and some nicely placed trees help a little There are a few 2- and 4-tops scattered around as you enter. To the left is a large square bar that projects into the room. Behind it is a veritable library of liquors, towering to the ceiling, which is about 9-10 feet high. Seeing the bartender climb up the sliding ladder and fetch a spirit was part of the show. Further to the left are two seating areas with round tables. We had one of these. The Cabernet proved to be the darling of the group (I think we had three bottles and a few extra glasses, but no one was counting! There were eight of us, so don't think we're a bunch of drunks!) I had looked over the menu online and started with the "Up in Flames". It's a Tiki drink, served with a squeezed lime shell garnish that has a sugar cube and some kind of liquor in it. The waiter lights it while still on the tray, and then sprinkles in cinnamon, which sparkles into the drink. He then extinguishes the flame and serves it. It was quite a show and very delicious! If I ever go and sit outside, I'm going to film it! After a bit, we were getting hungry, so food started appearing. The fig & prosciutto flatbread arrived first, (with a single plate and napkin). It was a 12" x 6" flatbread spread with honey, figs, prosciutto, chèvre, and arugula. Another of these came out later. Quite delicious. Someone else had the nachos, which they said were amazing. After asking, the server brought out more plates and napkins. Other cocktails that we tried and enjoyed were the Perro Perdito (Lost Dog) and the Drastic Measures. The Mango-chili shrub in this one packed a bit more heat than the Jalapeño dip! But it was tasty, with the salt/tajin half-rim. After a few hours of fun food and drink and a lot of laughter, we decided to release our hold on the table. The dinner crowd was champing at the bit to take over, and we were pretty sated. Everyone was safe to drive, so we hugged all around and parted ways, well fed and better friends. Thanks, N&S. You may drag me back to Apex again any time!!

For starters, our waiter(if I'm not mistaken was also the bartender) was very attentive and gave excellent recommendations since it was our first visit. I ordered the rose water lemonade and my son ordered the strawberry lychee. Both were delicious so much so I asked could the two be combined without the carbonation that the lychee drink had. It was a hit!!!! For appetizers we ordered the Duck Egg rolls and asked the waiter to surprise us with the second appetizer. He chose the Pork Bao. The egg rolls were our favorite out of the two but both were great. For our entrees, my son ordered the General Tso Chicken. I couldn't decide between two dishes so I asked the waiter once again to surprise me. I ended up the whole fish(black bass) entree which was a phenomenal choice. The flavors were like a party in your mouth. It was seasoned to perfection and the sauce: OMG!!!!! Both entrees came with a bowl of fluffy rice. For dessert we got the mooncakes. They were ok.
