Me and my husband saw a cute puppy wed be happy to purchase and have been actually looking for a while with reliable breeders (just don't have the color we want) I asked the guy what the purchase was he said 7500, we walked out I ended up calling the place to see if they would give me the same price as their website didn't say and the guy said 6500... through a breeder it would have been 2500 AKC registered, papers, medical and all included. This place is heartbreaking and should be shut down. The pets are in such tiny holding areas. It smells so bad in there that they now have heavy duty air fresheners that are so strong you can smell them when just walking past the doors, that can't be healthy for the dogs. I asked how much a corgi was as I was curious since I own a full blood corgi that I got from a reputable breeder. They wanted $4500. I asked what that included and they said they pay for all the "medical stuff", not really sure what that means, considering vaccinations and spay would be far less than $500. I really hope families are doing their research before purchasing a dog from here. A full blood corgi from a reputable breeder is $600-$1200. I paid $750 for mine and the parents were on site and I was provided with all health docs and registrations. This is a puppy mill - an unethical store with questionable breeding, vet care, behavioral/medical history, and harmful sales practices. Any reputable breeder would not sell a well bred dog without stringent background checks and a thorough review of the would be owner. If you are wanting a full bred puppy, find a reputable breeder that can show clear lineage, health history, parental behaviors/health, and training. The dogs available for sale here will not have that and you have no idea what issues you can expect from any puppy sold here. Sold, not adopted, because these are shop dogs. These animals are kept in abysmal conditions and it is heart breaking to see dogs kept in small cages, with harsh lighting, no privacy, and what appears to be a paper litter. I was there this weekend checking out the outlets and I saw this place and thought it was a pet store so I walked in, what I saw was horrific. "Purebred" puppies in clear tiny cage with no food or water they put multiple to a kennel and try to sell them for thousands of dollars, I work at a non profit no kill shelter and to see this is distgusting all those puppies are gonna be bought for kids or given as a gift and then end up in a shelter probably less than a year later please do not support whatever this business is idk why they would even allow this puppy mill to be there, these dogs are not well taken care of, they probably don't get proper medical care and they definitely don't cut there nails as most of the puppies were over grown, this is a SHAME read more

I went in this store not knowing the rate in this place , I seen a puppy that caught my eye and took it , when we asked for the price they said "2,500" for a basset hound that's crazy work , but seeing how sad the dog looked inside the small space they had made me want to take the puppy to give her a better life . Well I took the dogs home and she sounds like he has phlegm, then she coughs a lot . Also she has so much diarrhea with blood . Then I bathed her and the water looked so dirty poor baby I checked her ears and they were unbelievable! They were so dirty . I was going to return the dog due to her making a hole in our apartment and my partner didn't like it , that's when I saw the reviews on this place . I am NOT taking her back to that horrible place ! Furever pets Update furever pets has stopped all communication with me over maggie. I was there to protest today, and they called security on me and had me removed from in front of the store. Absolutely disgusting place. Went in to see the conditions of the dogs and these poor guys should not live this way. No food, no water, just paper bedding with sometimes 5+ dogs in a tiny glass box. Saw a puppy eating another puppy's poop, would've recorded but they conveniently don't allow photos or videos. Wonder why? All I can say is YIKES. Some dogs had poop all over their rears. Cramped in tiny boxes with I'm sure even smaller cages to go into at night. They have signs posted that you are not allowed to take pictures inside without permission for obvious reasons of the conditions the animals are in. Prices are concealed and not posted to gather people in to look at the "cute puppies". A lot of them look sick and not treated well coming from a background in veterinarian care. Adopt don't shop. The employees who work here look like they are either fresh out of high school or not even out of high school, so what are the chances that they know what they are doing or even know how to answer your questions? All I saw many of them doing were talking to each other and playing with some of the puppies that they take out of their confinement. Please make this known so that this place can be closed down. Puppy mills just push out puppies by the dozen, not caring whether or not they pups will have debilitating health conditions, and not even caring about the well-being of the dogs being used to breed non-stop. read more

We went there today and there is no working AC. They have several fans blowing hot air throughout the store but every puppy was obviously very hot and panting inside the kennels that didn't have the fans blowing on them since the glass separated them. Since my last review was taken down, I am back to write on my experience shopping for a "furever pet," without talking about the horrid nature of puppy mills (which is where these pups are certainly from.) Anyway, the dogs are cute, that's about the end of the good things about the shop. For starters the living conditions are terrible, the dogs have almost no room to move around (they're DOGS for crying out loud,) and have to share with another pup, I also noticed that they do not have access to to food and water. The one dog that did get to run around was being harassed by the patrons, to which the employees didn't care. That leads to a good point about the workers, they are rude, and uncaring. Also the dogs are way over priced, especially since they are not pure bred and likely have deseases and PTSD. I'd also like to take a moment to point out that there are only one star and five star reviews, why no three or four star reviews? Probably because no one actually had a good experience, the five star reviews are fake to raise the rating. Even if you have no moral concerns, this place is just a bad business and a scam. ***DO NOT BUY DOGS FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!*** On Oct 21, 2023, I purchased a male mini dachshund from Furever Pets. Before adoption, I had noticed the dog had some congestion. I specifically asked before purchase if the dog was sick and was told by the employee "it was normal to have sniffles sometimes". AFTER purchase, his medical records were shared showing he was battling an upper respiratory infection for most of his young life. We took him to the vet on 10/24/23 (per the adoption contract to activate the "healthcare warranty") where he was given very light/mild antibiotics because the vet was concerned he would not be able to handle anything stronger due to only being 2lbs. Antibiotics did not work and we had to go back to the vet on 11/7. At this point the vet ran a full blood panel and chest X-rays that confirmed he had severe pneumonia and also tested positive for bordatella. He was put on another round of antibiotics. The total for the second vet visit was $638.46. I have asked the business to reimburse me for that invoice as we were knowingly sold a sick dog that would have died without treatment. This also had an impact on our daily lives: have had to keep him isolated to not spread his illnesses to my other dogs; have had to take unplanned time off for multiple vet appointments (this continued after the 2nd visit - he had to go to the vet 2 other times for the same issue that I am not asking for reimbursement for); we had to pay for vaccines he already had because the illness postponed his vaccine schedule; etc. I have reached out to the business several times to resolve this through reimbursement of that 2nd invoice to which they have only offered 50%. If we were to consider these living animals as "products", then I was knowingly sold a "broken" product and they are practicing business in bad faith. If we consider them to be the living creatures they are, then they are not taking care of the animals very well as full blown pneumonia is not "the sniffles". Its abuse to have allowed him to get that sick. read more
