I adopted 2 rescue puppies and had my hands FULL, everything was an uphill battle. Since working with Charlotte this summer my dogs have morphed into joys to be around. I now enjoy our off leash walks using an e-collar knowing they will reliably recall, sit, and stay on command; even with distractions like other dogs, cats, deer or squirls. It has been so fun to see the progress they have made in such a short amount of time. My female, Chole, was really bad about chasing cars and now immediately sits when she hears one coming. Everything has been at our own pace, which has been really great with my busy work schedule. She also boards dogs and takes care of my pups whenever I'm out of town. I was so excited to welcome this precious baby into our home but the very first morning my boxer bit the puppy while I was holding her. I was devastated and heartbroken! My vet suggested I call Pat. We dropped off on a Saturday and got a call Wednesday night that our 14 month old was found passed away in her kennel. We picked both our girls up and got a necropsy done. Our 3 year old was in bad shape with sores on her, covered in urine and 6.5 pounds lighter. We later found out that our 14 month old died from dehydration and possible starvation. She had absolutely no food in her stomach or even small intestines. Please stay clear and protect your fur babies. We have asked for refund and have not gotten it.

He starts with the fundamentals that allow you give quick corrections as the training gets more complex. He's great at walking you through each step, explaining the 'why' behind it, and then moves at the pace that you're comfortable with. If you're consistent and you practice often, you'll see the rewards! He is very patient, great at explaining and showing and correcting if you're not doing it quite right, and as I said before, he gives you the 'why' behind everything which I think is so so so important.
