This was appreciated because it was 29° out and I had just arrived home from vacation. John assessed the options, and got me inside very quickly through a back door without a smart key. Although he did have to drill out the cylinder in the deadbolt, he was able to replace it & rekey it on the spot. I'm comparison, when I called the only locksmith open at 7:00 am when I arrived home, he showed up with a crow bar and his solution was to break the door frame then drill out the smart key and replace it with deadbolt. John was worth waiting for! Not only did he respond quickly, resolve the issue quickly, he did the entire job at a very reasonable price without damaging any doors or their frames.

To make matters worse, management did not seem to be bothered nor concerned with this highly unfortunate situation and stated "they could have made more" on another job. I recently purchased the BRZ used and it came with only 1 key. There were two potentially tricky parts to the transaction - I wanted an OEM Subaru Fob - not a cheap aftermarket clone, and I also needed the service billed back to the car dealer, as the dealer had previously agreed to provide a second fob. Some locksmiths that I contacted didn't want to be bothered figuring that out - they either didn't have an OEM Subaru fob, or they couldn't be bothered contacting the dealer separately to get paid. Unlike the rest, Geo said 'No problem!" - he called the dealer and made arrangements to get paid AND he showed up PROMPTLY with an OEM Subaru Fob. Using his professionally equipped van, he came to my house, quickly programmed the fob, cut the backup key blank and verified everything worked.
