I called Apex Lock and Key to schedule an appointment, and the locksmith that answered the phone listened to my problem description, asked me a few questions, and then suggested that a good shot of WD-40 would fix the issue. He didn't want to come out and have to charge me for something so simple, which I appreciated. Sure enough, a couple of squirts of WD-40 and exercising the lock with the key was all that was needed! The lock is now operating super-smoothly! I really appreciate the locksmith that answered my phone call and helped me resolve the issue on my own! Thanks a bunch!
