On the first call for service a locksmith was sent right away. He couldn't resolve the issue and promised to send a different expert to come back the next day right away with different tools. The expert didn't come back the next day in the morning, he didn't come in until the afternoon. He couldn't resolve the issue and said he'd come back with different tools, but couldn't promise resolution with those tools. We agreed that he should give it a shot the next day. The next day, no one came out. I reached out to their email contact who said he'd send someone. Then nothing. Ghosted. I would have rather the company be upfront and say, we don't know how to fix this and can't complete the job. Ghosting is unprofessional. The techs who came on sight were nice guys...but that's the only positive. read more

The guy was so unprofessional he gave me a set price which was 250 then changed it too 429 and got mad at me because I was questioning why he didn't even try to inform me why I was paying that much he said he had to program they key but it's a regular key with no buttons he charged me that because I'm a girl and I was so confused because I've never had to deal with someone like that so I paid, they where so unprofessional they where rude I don't recommend.no I'm stuck with a key with no buttons and he took 429 with me that I work hard for. read more

The metal part of our original Honda key remote had broken from the plastic part of the remote. I had received estimates for a couple hundred $ to get a replacement key fob, and have it programmed for our Odyssey. Instead, my wife and I had purchased a couple blank replacement key remotes (minus the electronics--just the outer case and the blank key). I had removed the original electronic component from the original key remote, and placed it into the replacement shell. All I needed was a locksmith to cut the replacement key to match the original key--no programming required. I called Locksmith Knights and was told a locksmith would call me shortly. Five minutes later, Moses told me he'd be at my home in 20 minutes. He arrived 15minutes later with mask on, stayed 6' away, and asked me a couple questions to verify what I needed done. Messaged Locksmith Knights off Facebook Marketplace on Aug 9, 2020 for (3) key fobs. David Cohen responded within the hour to my home and proceeded to program (3) key fobs. I paid him $165 for all (3). August 10, 2020, attempted to use my key fob in one of the vehicles and it did not work. Contacted David, and he wanted me to bring my vehicle to his work location. I told him I didn't think that was appropriate since its only been one day. He messaged me back that he would try to stop by on August 11, 2020. No answer on August 11, 2020. I called David and he said he would be able to stop by August 12, 2020, because he was currently booked all day long, or I could stop by his location and get my money back. I also made David aware that a key fob on an additional vehicle stopped working as well. August 12, 2020, David shows up at my home at approximately 1030, he ask me to give him the key fobs. He said that its probably just a battery issue and then says "its a $60 fob, what more do I want.!" I told him we like out money back, and he said that I would have to pay him a $100 service fee and he would refund the $65. I asked him why would I pay his service fee, when the fob only worked one day. He reiterated again, "its a $60 fob, what more do I want.!" I asked him to leave my property. read more

Definitely a locksmith Knight, I used this service a few weeks ago after I thought I had locked my keys in the car. I found the knights on google and the service technician arrived about 20 or so minutes after the call ended. Had my doors open in less than a minute. I didn't lock my keys inside though; I had in fact lost them. I decided to take him up on the offer to make me another key, which works perfectly. He was very courteous and helpful and even followed me to pick up payment. I'm very thankful for his service. I highly recommend! read more

Stay far away from this company. We got locked out of our house and to get in, they drilled the lock which then had to be completely replaced. We ended up deciding to install new locks on all of our doors so they'd all be the same key, $700 later, we thought it was fine and good. We got a receipt but failed to notice there was no contact information for the company. Later that evening, one of the switch plates just fell right off the door, two of the locks weren't functioning (we'd lock them then be able to push the doors open). A call to customer service (call center...) led to me being hung up on three times when they heard there was an issue. We tried to stop the payment through our credit card, and when I told them this, they said "okay." And hung up on us. Call center employees are disconnected from the person who actually comes out to do the work, in an unmarked vehicle. Locks didn't even have a brand and were the poorest quality materials you can get. I don't often post bad reviews but this was a complete learning experience and I will always choose a local company that stands behind their work over this company any day. read more
