It's okay though. Good luck I took in a bag of clothing. I definitely didn't expect them to want all of it but the two things they picked out were a pair of jeans from Nordstrom that I wore 3 times and bought this last year. They also chose a pair of pajama pants but didn't want the matching top. They offered me $3. lol, I declined. I would rather donate. On top of the $3 offer I didn't see a single thing I would want in there. They're stuff is over priced which is also funny considering they're offer for my items. I wouldn't waste my time going back and would rather donate than get ripped off.

I love a friendly place, but a welcome is even better! Have to mention the friendly staff back my afternoon turn around. I know it's a dying skill for most or not a skill for others, to say hi and be helpful in a store, but u also want to feel like they want me! I was consignment hoping and went to one that had great finds, but the staff wasn't the best, anyways, and Cassandra's redeemed my mood! OK, just a tip!!! I almost gave up with the parking but I just kept circling around! If I was you, I'd park in the local parking garage, it's the best option! Sure, It's free parking on the street, but it took me twenty mins to find something! It's busy down there. But, hey you figure it out! Now, they do consignment everyday, but if it's your first time, seasonal items ONLY, tags on are great, but it might not always work out (meaning they may not take it because of the season). I suggest selling, we need more people to dig in those closets and bring your local items! Make some cash or purchase some items with the money you make! Win win Now, for those of you who like designer bags, but rather NOT pay alot.....totes, purses wallets, this is it! They take them and sell them! Check out the brand new Kate spade I scored! Have fun and happy shopping!!!

If I had to describe Jorgensen Golf in one word, it'd be SPECTACULAR. We had beyond amazing service…read morethe Saturday we came in here. We were intent on going to Puetz Golf but had heard about Jorgenson and decided to stop in here on the way. They've been in business they said for like 26 years, and after having experienced their service I know why. We were on the hunt for a couple of Golf bags, due to an unfortunate rat incident in our storage shed. I really wanted a Callaway bag to replace my other, but the owner showed us around and pointed out some other great bags, and I ended up buying a Sun Mountain, which I love already. The hubby was filled with glee to see the PING hoofer bag in camo, so he chose that one. Having joked to my hubby about his horrible slice the owner suggested she analyze his swing, him being such a tall guy she said he probably didn't have stiff enough clubs for his swing speed etc. This indeed was proven true. Although we didn't buy clubs this weekend we both will get a new set this season and will get them at Jorgensen. This is our new golf shop, we won't go anywhere else. Great service, super friendly, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable.

Lucas spent an hour with me looking at my club fit and also swing speed, etc. We figured out that my 16 year old driver was too flexible and my swing speed was much faster than what my club could handle. Yes, I've outgrown my old driver. There was no pressure to buy anything and I appreciated the honest feedback about a couple of my bad golf habits. Lucas guided me to an affordable close out driver that was actually made this century (ok, actually within the last year), unlike my current driver. I held off on buying the driver that night so I could go home and "geek out" with Internet research on that driver and other models. I came back in the next day and Diana let me practice on the driver for a while. Julius even came out and gave me some impromptu pointers to help fix my swing. To cap this off, Diana offered to resize the grip on my driver at no cost to fit my hand size. I'm such a fan of small and local businesses. I don't think I would have gotten this level of service anywhere else, especially at those big box stores. I'm definitely a fan and a new and loyal customer. I'll be slowly upgrading my 16 year old golf set by going back here. Thank you!

Recently instead of asking "You have rewards points, do you want to use them?" they started saying "Do you want a FREE snack/item?" and giving you a very small selection of items to choose. I chose a gummy worth 7$ and they used my 5$ in rewards without even asking and $2 of my money. I went back to ask what happened, but the employee just smirked and acted like he didn't care and told me "well the DM told me to say that". Another employee overheard, so i asked her about it. She agreed they were supposed to phrase it that way and not let us know we were using our stored points or our own money. The original employee I talked to said "I asked you if you wanted to use your rewards points on a snack and you said yes." and I immediately said "No you said 'do you want a FREE snack' then charged me for it." I understand they 'have to say these things' but he acted like I was insane and so did the other employee. I went home disappointed in this franchise I thought I trusted. I wasn't offered anything for the misunderstanding, not even an apology. I understand their probably not paid enough to care, but it just sucks and I honestly feel stupid. In better news, I love their items. I bought Official Murder drones merch and I absolutely adore the items I got. I just miss the old trustworthy employees.
