I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! At least we accomplished all of our goals... and then some!

The best part is the staff - they are ALL very pleasant and extremely helpful, and the store is well staffed. Their inventory changes frequently - if you find something you want, get it = it'll be gone the next time. Can't say enough good things about the staff, though. They were all busy but stopped what they were doing to pleasantly help customers. We'll definitely be regular customers.

Once we were in for a sectional I had seen online, but it was sold by the time we came in. Someone asked if we needed help and I figured why not see if there was another available. We told him we were interested in a leather sectional--he went to the back and pulled so many options for us. We found the one we wanted and were thrilled! Had he not been so willing to help we would have left without our lovely sectional. We have also found counter stools, pet items, light fixtures, rugs and garden tools that we couldn't pass up. However, recently I noticed that the price difference is negligible and you are essentially paying almost the same amount as if you were buying it at Walmart /Amazon /Costco. I rather pay one or two percent more and buy directly from Amazon/ Costco so I can get warranty, get it shipped to my doorstep, and make use of the return policy. The only downside is that I went online and found new Pegasus 35's from a big box store for cheaper than they cost at the Nike Outlet, which seems odd to me. I ended up exchanging the Free TR 8's for some Pegasus 35's because the Free's were not comfortable to stand in. Considering that this store is so far away from Seattle, and there are better deals online with free shipping, I don't think I will be back to buy shoes. After seeing their commercials on TV, I made the long bus trek to check them out, expecting a straightforward bargain-hunting liquidation experience. Instead, it was an absolute letdown from start to finish. The store was messy, the pricing structure in the bins was confusing, and to top it all off, the owner/staff member running the place was snippy and almost hostile when asked a simple question. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Between the misleading hype and the non-existent customer service, I won't be returning.
