If I had to describe Jorgensen Golf in one word, it'd be SPECTACULAR. We had beyond amazing service the Saturday we came in here. We were intent on going to Puetz Golf but had heard about Jorgenson and decided to stop in here on the way. They've been in business they said for like 26 years, and after having experienced their service I know why. We were on the hunt for a couple of Golf bags, due to an unfortunate rat incident in our storage shed. I really wanted a Callaway bag to replace my other, but the owner showed us around and pointed out some other great bags, and I ended up buying a Sun Mountain, which I love already. The hubby was filled with glee to see the PING hoofer bag in camo, so he chose that one. Having joked to my hubby about his horrible slice the owner suggested she analyze his swing, him being such a tall guy she said he probably didn't have stiff enough clubs for his swing speed etc. This indeed was proven true. Although we didn't buy clubs this weekend we both will get a new set this season and will get them at Jorgensen. This is our new golf shop, we won't go anywhere else. I initially went in thinking I needed to get my driver shortened. I have a terrible boomerang slice and couldn't figure out what caused it. Lucas spent an hour with me looking at my club fit and also swing speed, etc. We figured out that my 16 year old driver was too flexible and my swing speed was much faster than what my club could handle. Yes, I've outgrown my old driver. There was no pressure to buy anything and I appreciated the honest feedback about a couple of my bad golf habits. Lucas guided me to an affordable close out driver that was actually made this century (ok, actually within the last year), unlike my current driver. I held off on buying the driver that night so I could go home and "geek out" with Internet research on that driver and other models. I came back in the next day and Diana let me practice on the driver for a while. Julius even came out and gave me some impromptu pointers to help fix my swing. To cap this off, Diana offered to resize the grip on my driver at no cost to fit my hand size. I'm such a fan of small and local businesses. I don't think I would have gotten this level of service anywhere else, especially at those big box stores. I'm definitely a fan and a new and loyal customer. I've been a customer for many years and have played in their tournaments many, many times. I also played in Pro Golf tournaments which I will NEVER play in again. Pro Golf is constantly changing your tee times with extremely short notice. I once drove 1 1/2 hours to a tournament with Pro Golf only to get to the course and find it has been cancelled with ZERO notice from Pro Golf. This NEVER happens with Jorgensen. Also Jorgensen will match prices at other golf centers so why would put up with the big box stores typical poor customer service. read more

I was very turned off by the sales tactic. I went into the store with my wife just to look around, sense I've never been there before. When I entered through the door, we were welcomed and were asked if we needed anything (very nice) and I replied to be left alone to look around. The owner just couldn't resist to interrupt to explain the sale or inventory, every time I would point something out to my wife. It became very annoying and he had no clue, regardless how much I tried to ignore him. I will not be going back, regardless of how good a trainer he and his wife are. read more

I visited this store for the first time about two weeks ago. Diana was there that time and could not have been more pleasant. I was looking to buy a driver. She took me in the simulator room so we could see what kind of golf swing I have to make sure I bought the correct driver for my swing type. Spent over 15 minutes in the simulator room, getting nice, helpful golf tips while we figured it out. Ended up with a Ping G20 driver. This last Wednesday I went back to purchase some irons. This time Mr. Jorgenson was there. Now as far as what Kelly below said, its not that Mr. Jorgenson is mean or rude, he just has a unique personality. He gets to the point. I personally enjoyed it. Once again, I was taken into the simulator room and we figured out my iron swing. Once again, I got another free, 15 minute lesson while we figured it out. Then we walked around the store looking for a set that would work for me. My price range was much lower then most of the sets in there. Long story short, I ended up with a nice set of Callaways, which he lowered the price, over $100. They are adjusting them to my specs as I speak, also free. Excited to pick them up later! Great experience. Very knowledgeable golf store. I highly recommend this place. read more

Amazing customer service. We came in looking for an entry level women's set of clubs. My wife isn't sure that she'll play very often. The Jorgensen's treated us like we were buying a top of the line set of clubs. They took the time to assure my wife was properly fit for a nice set of used clubs. These people are serious about taking care of a customer regardless of the spend. They've earned our business. Prices are right where I would expect them to be for quality product. read more

They are nice to me and remember me... But they really nickel and dime me with charges. I've spent thousands of dollars there. But the prices are getting out of line. I bought a wedge with a shaft upgrade. I'm a member so I get a 5% discount. But the price was $50 over retail price. The shaft upgrade should have only been $10. I had the loft and lie checked on a digital loft/lie machine and it was off from what I ordered. I'm actually pretty disappointed. I could have bought the wedge off the rack, ordered the shaft separately, and had a club maker install and adjust loft and lie to the exact specifications for less than what I paid. Kinda sucks because I want to give them business, but they don't want to give me a reasonable price. read more

I will never set foot in this store again. Over the years I've gone in and made a few purchases, but I've always been poorly received for some reason and treated as if I have no reason being there. I recently went in to look at clubs and ask about getting a fitting & what if any cost were associated with it. I was advised that they have to charge for a fitting because so many people come in, get a fitting, then purchase online at a discounted price. Of course if you buy from them they apply that fee to the purchase which is great. I must have looked like I was destitute or something as he kept mentioning their closeout items were at the show, etc. The following week I attended the golf show & visited their booth. I was looking at a set of clubs that I was seriously considering purchasing when Mr. Jorgensen came up behind me and said " Oh, it's YOU again." Mind you his face looked as though he sucked a lemon. Now is that how you greet a customer? I just don't get it? I am seriously offended and will never give my business to this establishment again. It is a real shame because as a small business owner I prefer to support local small businesses. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Jorgensen Golf the other day. I was looking into a new hybrid and 3-wood and they took the time to get me all dialed in to make sure the new clubs were perfectly fit for my swing and consistent with the rest of my sticks. The launch monitor/fitting center is top notch. We even hooked up my 2 year old to the launch monitor and confirmed we'll be sticking with the plastic shaft for him;). Also picked up a great starter set for my 5 year old. Professional and friendly service and good prices. Up til now I've have never written a review but my experience with Jorgenson Golf was so bad I had to chime in. A few months ago I bought 2k worth of golf equipment. As I knew my specs I was not fitted. On Saturday I took my 3 wood in to fine tune it. When Julius, the owner, came in I asked him about my launch angle. All he could talk about is the wear and tear on the simulator. Then he said I'd already hit 25 balls and he had to limit me. When I told him I bought the club from him and the club was never properly fitted he wanted to argue. Then, when he realized the facts, he apologized and said he was having a bad day. As this poor customer service has happened before, i said he seems to have lots of bad days and walked out. I would stay away from this establishment at all costs. Sad read more
