The bar had a good selection of cocktails and beers on tap, and the bartender was friendly--again, great. I ordered fries to share and asked for them extra crispy. The woman who helped me seemed a bit frustrated about something, but she was still friendly, and overall the service and atmosphere were positive. Unfortunately, what happened next completely ruined the experience. About half of the lanes were empty, and there was maybe one child in the entire place--it was almost entirely adults. Another person in our group and I are clearly beginners. We noticed several bowling ramps (the kid assist slides) lined up off to the side and not being used at all. Since there were 4-5 of them sitting there unused, we figured it would be okay to borrow one. Before we could even line it up in our lane, an older man yelled from across the room, "NO!" Then he stomped over and yelled again, "Those are for kids," and grabbed the ramp out of our hands to put it back where it was. Sure, maybe we could have asked first. But it was sitting out in the open and not being used. Regardless, yelling across the room and storming over to paying customers is completely inappropriate and a huge overreaction. A calm, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing. This would have been a place I'd come back to, but that man--whether he was an employee or the owner--completely ruined the experience.

They were very supportive when we talked about trying a different class and offered another free trial for that class. My daughter did much better in the second class we went to. Besides the soccer classes this place is amazing. There are so many different things to do (arcade, jumping area, zip line, mini golf, laser tag, bowling). Perfect for families with kids or parties. They have separate party area and lots of seating throughout plus a restaurant and CLEAN bathrooms (huge plus).

In general, all ages are welcome until 8pm. Beer, cider, non-alcoholic drinks are available and a few other goodies. Including 2 groovy bathrooms on site that are of course covered with stickers. When we went to go pay we got bait and switched and the price ended up being higher. When we pressed the staff they said they couldn't correct it. We were upset but the amount was minimal ($20). We did however get a coupon (for the error) good for 2 hours of unlimited bowling for up to 10 people. Fast forward to this past Saturday. We called the store and spoke to Nicolas, the alley's GM, who was super friendly and welcoming. He said they typically don't take reservations for coupon holders but did so for me anyway. We walked in at 3:45 and Nic had two lanes for our party ready to go. He constantly checked in on us during our time to make sure everything was going well (this was night and day compared to our previous visit). We ordered several drinks and food dishes all of which came out fast too. I will definitely be back - Nic really made the experience whole and he's the main reason I'll continue to come to Bowlero.

However, it was pretty clean and the rink is well maintained. They have both rollerskates and rollerblades in an extensive size range, including kids sizes. They also have elbow pads, wrist guards, and knee pads that you can borrow for free. I saw them actively sanitizing skates after use, which was good to see. I think the $20 feet is a bit steep, but not terribly unreasonable. The staff was nice, they could've been a little more energetic but overall they were doing a good job. I liked the music selection, a good mix of everything! The flashing lights were a little intense for me, but it added to the atmosphere which I can appreciate. If you're looking for a fun indoor activity, check out Lynnwood Bowl and Skate! I'd like to try bowling next time and give a review on that part of the facility.

We decided to come here and while he was doing his tournament we would bowl and maybe skate and play some billiards. However, for two lanes, the total for 7 people it cost us $350 in total to bowl. What a total rip off! My son didn't even get matching shoes, the balls provided had many chips, and one of our consoles was not even working properly! When we told them of the problem they were not helpful at all. We just dealt with it. The skating rink was also very smelly and smelled like feet and the billiards tables were poorly kept as well as the sticks provided. For the price we paid the bowling wasn't even exciting as it wasn't even cosmic bowling. I can't believe people actually go here! We will not be coming back here to bowl, skate or play billiards!

Located inside Factoria Mall, the venue is large, with an arcade and prize game area in front of the mini golf course. My friends eagerly played some games to win novelty toys and tried the cotton candy maker. I played some pinball so if any of this sounds fun in addition to golfing, they have it here. The course as expected has about 16 holes, all with varying lengths, obstacles and angles. It's a lot of fun lining up different putts. The decor has a sort of comedic-horror art with a Washington theme and other mechanical props to add to the fun and ambience. The snag? The same issue I have at most mini golf places, people start to get bunched up behind you because their playing too fast/making their own rules or whatever. Were we playing too slow? Maybe. There were four of us and we played as quickly as we could but alas... Even the staff girl told us we're capped at 5 swings a piece at one point before we need to move on. Needless to say, by the end we had several impatient people waiting behind us. I know this isn't Monsters fault per se, but I repeatedly saw kids just putting the ball near the hole for easy shots to go faster or smaller children crying and jumping random holes out of order. Would love to do it again but perhaps on a weekday or a morning when there is less crowds.

The wings that were on it were crunchy and flavorful, everything else that came on it was decent( poppers, chicken tenders, onion rings and deep fried mushrooms).
