I've tried different meals here, from app to entree, and no matter what, I'm always disappointed. The food is bland! I wish I could say different, but nothing taste like anything. Duck sauce, soy sauce, hot oil, literally nothing adds flavor. The dining area is a bit run-down, but it's a place to sit and eat I guess. More often than not, the tables could use a wipe down. I want to like this place more, especially since Chinese food seems to be a bit lacking nearby, but I don't think I need to come back here anytime soon. read more

Decided to try a new place rather than a favorite a couple blocks away. Certainly abiding by COVID guidelines. You can't get within 10 feet of the counter in the restaurant! Service was fine. As for the food, 4 stars! Based on the flavor, I thought my chicken in garlic sauce was chicken with broccoli! It may have been, but there were some carrots mixed in so I don't know! Everything was fresh and the portion good, but it had no hint of garlic sauce taste! Roast pork lomein came with rice, which it sometimes doesn't depending on where you go. Again, fresh, decent portion, and neither salty nor oily. The pork fried rice actually had pieces of roast pork in it. A rarity these days! The lomein was kinda short on flavor, but nothing a packet of hot sauce didn't fix! Soups were good too! Wonton soup broth was light and tasty, with 3 wonton. Hot & sour soup was decent too. Been coming here for 20+ years... don't know how this place has reviews saying the food is bland. Grew up on the chicken and broccoli from here (a generally bland dish) and I've yet to find any other Chinese spot do a chicken and broccoli with as much flavor to the sauce. Honestly very good spot. I'm usually very picky with Chinese takeout as most of us are but this is a potential go to spot. We just moved in the area and they are very friendly making sure we had everything to go and giving a ton of food. Very reasonable price wise as well. I am very happy with the fast service at this place. After looking around the area for a Chinese restaurant that was actually open due to covid, I happened to come across Funland on Yelp and decided to give it a try. As I called in on my drive there, it took no more than 5-10 minutes for the food to be ready. I also appreciate how well the employees were handling the pandemic, with every one of them wearing a mask. Additionally, they have it set up so that they bring the food straight to you and you can pay with Apple Pay, making the whole experience contactless and quick. I was at the restaurant no more than 1 minute picking up the order. The portions are very generous and lasted me 2 meals. Worth trying. Growing up, this was one of the top Chinese places we would order from. I always get either General Tso's Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli or Beef and Broccoli. I love their egg drop soup. I ALWAYS order egg drop soup when I order Chinese and I have had some very bland and mediocre egg drop soups in my life. This place is always on par. They also have good egg rolls (I've never had an egg roll I didn't like, luckily). There are many other Chinese restaurants with a higher food quality but this place is more of a classic, affordable joint. I'm sure I'll be back one day. read more

I grew up eating this food. Its cheap and delicious. After the new ownership they got rid of there secret hot sauce, but the quality of the food is still delicious. favorites are chicken lo main and sweet and sour pork. also there hot and sour soup. And they never fail to stay open late, even if there are no costumers you will see them open at 11pm when the entire town is dead. read more

Fun land is pretty good for what it is, the prices are reasonable and the portions are big. I've been going here since I was like 5 years old and they've been pretty consistent in their mediocrity. The first few times we ordered it was 4 stars. The last couple of times we give it 1 star. Why you ask? The food was extremely bland. My family doesn't eat too salty but when we say bland it's bad. This place is absolutely the worst place - do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I ordered from them and it took them 2 hours to arrive. When I called to check on the status of the order, they never apologized and just kept telling me it will be there soon. After 2 hours, when the delivery man arrived, I asked him why it took so long and he gave me an attitude and threatened to just take the food and go back, which he did. funland! hometown favorite for chinese food. ive been eating here since 1998 and it's still the same taste as it was back then, if not better. they recently started doing delivery, thank god. food is cheaper than most chinese food restaurants i've been to, especially for lunch special. 5 bucks gets you a very hefty meal. chicken wings with pork fried is the same price, day or night and that's probably the best deal on the menu. but in terms of the restaurant itself, looks like any other ordinary chinese food place. very nice people working here too. read more
