    Chad was fantastic to work with. He gave me an absolutely stellar deal on a projector (WAY better than retail) and upgrades on a few audio components. He did a very professional install to create the home theatre setup I envisioned. He was responsive, friendly, and helped guide some key decisions we made in setting up the room. Would absolutely recommend him without hesitation!

    Chad once again did an amazing job. 7 years ago he wired and mounted a Vizio M70". I recently upgraded to a 77" LG C3 and we repurposed everything, didn't have to move the mounting gear (we both admitted a little bit of luck). His knowledge of how careful you have to be with these TVs really reinforced his experience. Highly recommend.

    Eric did such a great job at my house. My home had no ethernet wiring and I wanted to wire up a…read morebunch of POE cameras and also provide 10GBE to ethernet jacks upstairs and in my office as well as add 2 10GBE APs for my ubiquiti setup. Eric's quote was reasonable, well thought out and easy to understand. Of the 4 bids I requested, Wire Genie came in the middle in price but Eric was heads and above in his consideration and scoping of the task whereas many other installers seemed to be guestimating effort. Eric had a number of helpful suggestions both from camera positioning to running lines for future use and he did a phenomenal job on running a POE Doorbell camera behind brickwork and only needing one access cut that, at his suggestion, we put a 2-outlet blank faceplate over for future access/maintenance if needed. All cables were carefully labeled and terminated into my server rack patch panel. Awesome work!

Eric is now that guy for me with networking. My home has never had good internet. It was built before internet was much of a thing, it's stone, has radiant barrier, outdated connections, nonstandard shape, etc. I prepped Eric for these challenges among others and told him I had very high standards. He was undeterred and we set up a consultation. Eric had to have really impressed me, as I let him drill through stone which is highly uncharacteristic of me. I now have rock solid WiFi both inside and outside my house ~600Mbps for an extended distance and constant speeds over Ethernet even faster than that. I highly recommend Eric to bring an old home up to modern technological standards.

We spoke with several companies, both big national providers and smaller local ones, and ultimately went with Securimax. What stood out was their local presence and the hands-on approach, especially from Jack, the CEO. The installation itself was fairly involved and took most of the day, but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Since then, their service has continued to impress. They're very responsive whenever we have questions and have been flexible in helping us adjust or expand the system as our needs evolve. Overall, it's been a really positive experience.

The installer showed up late, seemed completely unprepared, and didn't even know how the system was supposed to work. Sensors were crooked and one camera works only sometimes. When I asked about it, I was told "that's how I was told to do it" and "most people think it's ok". The system went offline multiple times, including once while we were out of town. What's the point of paying for the services if it doesn't work when you need it most? Customer service is a joke. Calls go unanswered and when someone finally responds, they act like you are the problem. Every issue was blamed on my internet, my phone, or "user error," even though the system wasn't working rights from day one. How is it my fault when the app says that a camera is offline? What am I supposed to do but contact them. I pay them monthly for the service, so if something says it is not working then I think it's reasonable to say I can call them. What is not reasonable is for there to be no customer service when the system is malfunctioning. To make matters worse, I was locked into a contract and threatened with cancellation fees instead of offered real support or a fix. If you care about your safety, your money, or your sanity, stay far away from this company. I regret ever signing up. I thought I was doing good by going with a small company, but I should have called ADT, Vivint, or someone bigger.

    I'm updating my original review because, with the benefit of time and additional troubleshooting, I…read moreno longer believe it accurately reflects my overall experience. After the installation, we experienced ongoing audio and video issues, including intermittent black screens and audio dropouts. At the time, the problem was extremely frustrating because it persisted for months despite multiple attempts to resolve it. Looking back, I want to acknowledge that George put significant effort into helping us. In addition to mounting TVs, installing network outlets, running cables, and setting up our amplifier and speaker system, he spent time troubleshooting the issue both remotely and on-site. George's conclusion was that an existing HDMI cable that had been installed before his involvement might need to be replaced. We chose not to pursue that option at the time due to the additional cost, which would have been an unnecessary expense (a few hundred bucks). I decided to contact the vendor directly myself and eventually resolved the issue by changing settings recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Once those settings were adjusted, the audio and video problems disappeared. Because the problem was ultimately not caused by the installation work, I feel my original review was unfairly critical. While the troubleshooting process was frustrating for everyone involved, I appreciate George's professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of the installation work he performed. I wanted to update my review to provide a more accurate and balanced assessment of my experience.
