I haven't written a review on Fullerton Ford in 8 years (when I bought my Fusion there) but wanted to again say that I am a fan of their service department and particularly Art Bravo. I always receive great customer service (a lost art these days) and Art always goes the extra mile in advising me and helping me to save money. This is in spite of the fact that dealer prices are usually way out of my budget. But I like the fact that this Ford dealership knows my car and is generally very honest and forthright about what needs or not needs to be done to keep my car "healthy." Bravo (no pun intended) to the service department at Fullerton Ford!

Stolen Valor - The owner of Fullerton Ford is NOT a veteran as advertised on signs & mural that states, "A PROUD VETERAN OWNED DEALERSHIP," "VET OWNED, and on multiple websites - Instagram, Facebook, etc. The first statement on an updated Fullerton Ford website states,"AS A LOCAL VETERAN OWNED DEALERSHIP." This statement should have been removed under new ownership. Using the "Veteran" status after the veteran died to sell cars is deceptive & is considered "stolen valor." It has NOT been owned by a veteran for almost three years as that true veteran is no longer alive. If the new owner is not a veteran, labeling your company as "veteran-owned" is illegal. Purposely misrepresenting a business's veteran status is considered fraud and is punishable under federal and state "Stolen Valor" laws. Where is your Veteran Business Certification if you are stating you are veteran owned? You state "F Ford has a strong reputation to uphold" on website yet you are using stolen valor to cash in on customers who may choose you based on the dealership's veteran status. Using this designation is a slap in the face to true veterans who are being celebrated this Memorial Day for their significant sacrifices, & individuals who have lost family members who served in. the armed forces. A woman bought a car there states in Yelp review, "Buying from a veteran owned business was a bonus!" I suggest you contact her and set her straight about this deception. This grift would never have been removed until it was exposed. Purposely leaving this bold and deceptive "veteran owned dealership statement years after the veteran owner died, and after change of ownership says something about quality of character. Please Stop the deliberate act of deceiving the public. Stop the con about being something you are not.

I searched far and wide for an f-450 diesel I found a couple but they're mostly out of state. I showed up to Fullerton Ford and everyone was friendly and had salesman greeting me outside the building before I even open the door. I've bought from Villa Ford in the past and Ken grody as well but I haven't felt this hospitality ever from any Ford dealership that I got from Fullerton Ford. Imad Ayyoub what's my salesman and he made everything easy to deal with and upfront. I know for my next purchase whether it be a truck or a car I'll definitely end up hitting Fullerton food beforehand. Side note bob is the goat! He worked with me for swapping out my old tires off my trade it in and putting them on the new truck.

We had a great experience. From Chris in sales to all the staff there. We were pre-approved b4 going in. They had everything ready for us. Super easy and convenient. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Fullerton Ford truly deserves to be shared. After purchasing a 2025 Raptor from a dealership in Orange, CA, I discovered a defect that came from the factory. Naturally, I assumed the dealership I bought it from would handle the repair--especially for a brand-new vehicle under warranty. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Their service department made it clear they were too busy to take on the repair for weeks, and it became apparent they weren't interested in helping because it wasn't a particularly "lucrative" job. That's when I reached out to Fullerton Ford, and it turned out to be the best decision I could've made. From the very first call, Chris in the service department was outstanding. He listened, explained the process clearly, and most importantly, treated me like a human--not just another ticket number. Chris went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of, and he did it with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He didn't hesitate to help, even though it wasn't a high-dollar service. That kind of character is rare, and it left a lasting impression. Thanks to Chris and the Fullerton Ford team, I'll be bringing all my Ford vehicles here from now on. I just want to start by thanking Juan Aldana for the hospitality from when he seen me walking around the lot just checking out the trucks. Very respectful and excellent customer service skills. Juan made sure to get me to where i was comfortable when it came time to talk numbers. I am pleased to say i will be recommending this dealership to all my buddies and sending them over to Juan. I called and spoke with Noah about a vehicle I'd seen online. He was very polite on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was welcoming. Noah was with another customer. Since it was taking awhile, Tony stepped up. We checked out the car then took a test drive. He worked out pricing and went through the process. He was very thorough and negotiated to my preferences. I worked with Omar in finance next. He was very organized and quick! They processed everything in a few hours on a Saturday and I drove home in the vehicle I wanted. I returned a few days later with some paperwork I had to finalize. Again, several employees greeted me and they recalled me from the weekend. Everyone I talked to was polite and professional. My 4th Ford truck, service wasn't bad just wasn't what I expected. I left my truck overnight because a software update was supposed to be performed and would run later than the day it was being performed, so they asked I leave it overnight to pick up in the morning. The next morning around 10am, I was informed they hadn't even started doing the software update. Picked up frustrated. McCoy Mills Ford exceeded my expectations and set a high standard for a dealership experience. I have dreamed of getting a S550 Mustang for a while now and I just happened to see they had a 5.0 6MT Coupe with the Performance Package. I came back to trade in my 2018 Ford Focus for a 2019 Ford Fusion. After some negotiations I finally got a deal. I'm happy Eric was able to help me with this deal. I was kinda upset Jim had been on a truck pickup because I like getting help from him when I come in. Art & Jackie in the service department are super helpful and always treat me with respect. I don't understand how places stay in business so long. I just bought by son a f150 and it needed an oil change. I make an appointment and go to the dealership on Monday at 9am. I ask how much for a synthetic oil change and the service advisor quotes me 130$. I ask her if they will match Ken Grody Ford's synthetic oil change price of 71$. She said no that's our price. I was shocked, I wanted to give them the business and decided to drive 1 mile down on commonwealth. I guess it was worth saving the 60$. The sad part is I have a f250 I bought that also needs service. Guess they lost the business. read more

So I started conversation about three weeks ago with Steve. I had contacted several dealers to try and purchase a GT 500 which is a rare car and many dealers asking $40k over. However, Steve was very reasonable and beat every offer I brought to him. The only reason I didn't jump in the beginning is because I had my heart set on a particular color but when I decided to go look at the Grabber Lime at the Dealership I was sold. BTW- they were not open But Steve opened the dealer for me too look at the car. We basically did the deal on line and my time at the dealership for the transaction was less than an hour. Great people all around. They don't have a freeway location but worth driving a few blocks off the freeway. This is the way car buying should be. Steve Leibrecht is a class individual and you can trust him. I would buy my next Ford with them without a doubt! read more

I bought a new Ford F-250 from Fullerton Ford, Bryan was an excellent sales person, energetic, knowledgeable and made the purchase very easy. If he didn't know the answer to the question he promptly found the answer. He was great showing me all the features of the truck. Gene the finance manager was awesome as well. I traded my Honda Ridgeline in initially but had some second thoughts about it once I got home. Gene and the team were gracious enough to let me have my Honda back without any problems and redo the sales/finance contract. He went even more above and beyond and got me a better finance rate when we re-did the contract! Over the last 12 years, I've had to deal with many car dealerships for myself and for family members. McCoy by far has been my favorite one. When I reached out to inquire on a specific F150 platinum I was connected to Eric. Eric went above and beyond to get me the information, he was courteous and easy to communicate with. After confirming all of the features and the price I scheduled an appointment with Eric to test drive the truck later that week. I didn't get the "if you don't hurry it will be gone" baloney that other salesmen tend to do. Eric held the truck for me until I was able to stop by. When I arrived, I was greeted very kindly and Eric had pulled the truck around. After test driving it I had ample time to think about it. I even had several other requests that were met with the utmost professionalism from Mike the manager. The finance fella didn't try to upsell which I was expecting to have to fight off. After my purchase was complete I had an additional request that was taken care of at no cost. Eric, Mike, and the service team just wanted to make sure I was happy! The customer before profit, they have the right mentality here. Overall, I came away with a truck I love and a dealer experience that was amazing! 563 days....that's how long it took from reservation to delivery for my Ford Bronco ordered through Fullerton Ford (formerly McMoy Mllls). The journey required a lot patience and communication with the dealership. My point of contact was Drew Harris who provided excellent customer service and guidance the past year and half. Drew always provided me the most available updates and if there were no updates he was transparent about the process. I was concerned that with the change of ownership and a possible ADM with new ownership. I have heard horror stories out there about dealerships adding ADM once your Bronco landed at the dealership. I was assured my msrp price was locked in and new ownership honored that. This dealership just has great people working in all departments. Thank you to Steve (GM), Abraham (Owner), Jim Albright (Sales), Daniel (Service) and Henry (Body Shop). This is my 2nd purchase from Fullerton Ford and I am loyal customer. read more

I have a 09 F150 that I wanted some painting done for the grill, Tailgate, and mirror caps. Brought the truck to the body shop and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Henry the Manager of the auto body department led me through the process, gave me a excellent deal and worked in a timely matter. McCoy Mills Ford is GREAT with calls, texts, and emails but not that great when you actually walk in for help. I came in during their business hours one morning before I had work. I explained that I was in the market to buy and had seen a pre-owned Ford Fusion Hybrid or Energi online and that I wanted to see it and go for a test drive. Met Jim, he's a nice guy. It took a few minutes to get helped (aka find the right man who would help me) and when I told Alan that I was a bit pressed for time he tried his best to check on the computer to locate the car. Technology isn't perfect and I get that sometimes computers are slow or don't function properly so I don't mind that he said it wasn't working, no big deal. What I am surprised by is how they did not have any Fusion Hybrids or Energis on the lot. Then, as I was walking out they told me a 2015 leased Energi was just returned and would be available after inspection. I asked them to email me to let me know. Nothing. Fast-forward to me emailing Alan, going to the see car, and meeting Rex. He seemed polite and helpful enough but he was unaware of the scandalous Ford trucks starting on fire years ago and another more recent newsworthy Ford story. Sadly, I didn't like the trunk space or color of the car and it was charging so I didn't test drive the Fusion Energi. If you come here I recommend a weekend or at least when you have no time limits and do your own research at home. read more

Update.....it turns out it was a bad starter the whole time....took it too a LEGIT mechanic First time the car started..ok after a couple times Nothing. He inserted the scanner device and within seconds it gave starter error... he popped the hood checked the starter and what do you know!!!! One of the termlinals of the starter solenoid was loose!! Dealership is not true to their word, what a surprise, after making a deal through text with their sales team. I sent a picture showing them what car I was interested in and we made a deal. Only for them to text me the day I'm supposed to go in with a bunch of texts trying to verify what vehicle we were talking about. Wasn't that supposed to be done before making a "deal?" Rude, incompetent and will outright insult you. Don't buy here. The general manager, Bob Faulkinbury, told us we were able to return our lease. Then the day we scheduled a drop off, we were more or less told to "go fuck ourselves". I'm not someone that bothers with poor reviews, but this was appalling. read more

Never thought to crawl under the truck because who needs to look under a brand new truck right? Wrong. Emailed my salesman Paul Smock about this, he never bothered to reply. My experiences with McCoy& Mills Ford of Fullerton is nothing short of excellent. Over time I have purchased several vehicles with zero concerns or problem areas. As a car buff I have had the privilege of purchasing two muscle cars of signification value obtainable only from McCoy Mills. The first car purchased is a 2004 Lightning and the second is a 2007 Shelby GT 500. The main reason for my selection of the McCoy Mills Ford Dealership in Fullerton, is the service department, They have an impeccable repartition of being able to repair not only any Ford product but most others outside the Ford line. My wife's car being a GMC Envoy, has had several problems none of which were related to design flaws, but were related to the lack of original Dealer quality control. Most of our complaints were relative to support elements that were never corrected. Each of these repair problems relative to the Envoy, were fixed by McCoy Mills within a reasonable period of time. I might also add, each were fixed the first time around. I'm very satisfied with the excellent help and knowledge of the service department employees and the management team headed by Joe Green, that oversees all the work. Two of these repair jobs were very involved and required an in-depth knowledge of the vehicle design. I have been very pleased with each job and know that the original problem are gone for good. Bottom line, I used to have a repair and restoration business for over 30 years. I know what is involved with the repair and design of most every cars built. I also was a race competitor in NHRA for years. I did it all including engines and transmission rebuilding. At my age I can no longer attempt to work on even my own cars anymore. I'm happy I found McCoy's to take over in the repair market. I also send a lot of my old customers and my relatives to McCoy Mills for their automotive needs. I have a 2002 Ford Thunderbird that I used to get serviced at Norm Reeves in Cerritos every six months. As I have every low mileage on the car this only involves changing the oil, checking the fluids and making sure the tires are at the proper inflation pressure. Each time I had this service done at N.R. I was told it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. However, I never got out of the dealership in under 3.5 hours, with +4 being the norm. I also had a leaky valve cover gasket replaced. At a later date (about two months later) the opposite valve cover gasket started leaking. Although I prefer to have this car serviced by Ford mechanics I took it to an independent shop. They saw that the one gasket was replaced but only one. They told me that you never replace just one valve cover gasket and they replaced both gaskets, using genuine Ford parts, and charged me less than N.R.. I decided to try McCoy, Mills Ford for my latest vehicle service and, boy, what a difference. The Service Advisor, Andrew Nau, told me what services were going to be done, which were basically the same as N.R., and said the service would be done in an hour to and hour and a half. I was amazed that Andrew came and got me from the waiting room in a little over and hour and told me that my vehicle was ready, washed and all. I have since had some body work done by McCoy, Mills and am completely satisfied. My Service Advisor, Andrew Nau, kept me advised continually about the progress on the body work I was having done. Sure, Norm Reeves has a newer waiting room and a fancy coffee machine but I'm more than willing to give that up to get my car back in a decent amount of time and get quality work. I became familiar with McCoy Mills Ford through their Service Department. Excellent there. When it was time for a new vehicle, I went looking for something mundane because I'm not rich. Bonnie Martinez is their internet sales contact. Very kind and patient. Once I arrived, she hooked me up with Vincent Castro on the sales floor. Vincent was very pleasant and enthusiastic. No pressure. He just wanted me to find the right fit. We quickly found common ground for conversation. The vehicle I initially came in for turned out to not quite be what I wanted. While he checked inventory on the computer for something comparable, I browsed the showroom floor. A gorgeous Mustang GT sat there which had been marked down because it was a leftover from 2019. Vincent asked if I'd like to take it for a drive, even if just for the fun of it (I sold my '03 SVT a year ago, and missed it). I thought, sure why not. Fell in love with the car. Vincent and management worked with me to make the car affordable. Quick and easy - no prolonged haggling. Gene in Finance helped me to understand options, with no pressure. Some I took advantage of, some I didn't. NO PRESSURE! Follow-up has been great, too. Michael from Sales helped me set up FordPass with the Ford HelpDesk (also great) while Vincent was with another customer (I didn't call ahead). Every way I turned, their friendly staff was concerned that I was getting the service I needed, and wanted me to be happy to be there. And I was. The owner, Mr. Miller, introduced himself to me and likewise wanted to be sure I was getting topnotch treatment. Which I was. I sincerely recommend McCoy Mills Ford for Sales AND Service! read more

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Ford Fullerton when I went with my son to purchase a Ford F-150 Lightning. Despite informing them a day in advance that I would be coming to buy the truck, they failed to properly prepare the vehicle. The truck was not charged, waxed, or had its tires filled. Additionally, they did not include the complimentary free charger that is supposed to come with the car. What made the experience even worse was the dishonesty of the dealership. They claimed that certain options were not paid for, even though my contract clearly stated otherwise. This deception was just a tactic to get me to sign another contract with extra charges that had no relation to the original deal and provided no value to me. I was also promised a free LoJack theft tracking system and $2,500 off the car, but these were not included in the contract. Unfortunately, I only realized this after signing. When I confronted the dealership about these missing items, they were careless and dismissive, showing no concern for their misleading promises. I chose this dealership because of their good reviews, but I found their high rating to be very misleading. My experience was far from satisfactory, and it's clear that their reputation does not reflect the reality of their service. Overall, I found Ford Fullerton to be extremely dishonest and untrustworthy in their treatment of customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to be very cautious and thoroughly review all documents before signing. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope others can avoid the same issues. read more

The AC on my 20 year old Lincoln stopped working. After reading through reviews on yelp regarding nearby Ford dealerships, I made the decision to try McCoy & Mills in Fullerton. When I pulled up my car to drop it off for service, I saw a Black and White from Anaheim PD - I took it as a good sign. Jacquelynn, the Service Advisor promptly came to inquire what my car needed. As my car is old and parts usually aren't in stock, I had to wait a day. She arranged a courtesy drop off and pick up service. Meanwhile she kept close contact to update me on their latest findings. When my car was fixed a day after, she showed me what has been done, and for what reason. Also, she mentioned which components were still good to be used. This builds trust. She is very knowledgeable, very professional and offers an excellent service with a smile. Jacquelynn is easy to talk to and she actively listens to you. She pointed out a couple of things, which I knew would be the next in line to get serviced. She had the projected amounts for those parts and labor ready. Very transparent. Over the years I have been to a number of dealerships throughout the nation but Jacquelynn's performance was very impressive. I am glad I went to McCoy first and that she approached me. Well, now they have a new regular customer. I am very picky about repair shops and how they perform. When there is grease stains on my seat/steering wheel or floor mat, I sure will not go back again. I recently purchased a 2018 Explorer XLT from McCoy Mills Ford and what a great experience it was. I have purchased several cars from them over the last 20+ years and I am happy to say that all of my experiences here including; Sales, Finance, Parts Dept., Service Dept., and Body shop, have been excellent. This last purchase was maybe the most enjoyable of all. Sean Waggoner is a first class sales representative and was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed our interaction from the beginning. We are both Veterans and I think that we shared a mutual respect from that even tho our service was decades apart. From our introduction, Sean was very helpful with selecting the right model, explaining all the features, locating the right car for me, negotiating a deal, and delivering the car. In addition he has made follow-up texts and calls to insure I'm happy with the vehicle (including walking me through set-up for the tech stuff like Sync 3, Ford Pass, Apple Play, phone connect, etc.) All in all, I am happy to say McCoy Mills continues to be a Family Owned (3rd generation) ,customer friendly dealership. Simply put... Go and see the folks at McCoy-Mills. First rate group from sales and thru service. Art, Ron, and all the guys back there are GREAT. Second vehicle I have acquired thru them and they were exceptional. In both purchases I spelled out my desires and my budgets (I dealt with Steve Leibrecht & Peter Marin, but in all cases you are dealing with the entire organization) and they respected my wishes. In one case I came in with a "dream" (super low offer) and they at least looked into it (that is they could not make a deal) but when a opportunity came up that would work with my needs Steve contacted me and we worked out a deal. Everyone in the Service area has be exceptionally helpful and ALWAYS looking out for me (The customer). I was an early adopter of the MyFordTouch system and there was ridiculous amounts of return trips and chasing down solutions but in all cases they made sure I was looked after (free loaner cars when necessary, getting in and out of service quick and easy etc.) As a result I have continued to keep them as my service team even though I live in Ventura and they are in Fullerton. Give them a shot, they will earn your business for sure! read more

I have purchased two vehicles from McCoy Mills Ford, the most recent from salesman Ron D. Ron was professional, courteous, patient, and listened to what I wanted. When the right vehicle came in, he knew I would be interested and called. I took a look, test drove it, and Ron was right on the money. He did not waste my time, or his, trying to sell me a vehicle he wanted to sell as opposed to a vehicle I wanted to buy. McCoy Mills worked out a great price and I bought the car. A welcomed difference from the average car salesman / dealership. I have also used McCoy Mills' Service Center on multiple occasions over the years. Each time they performed the work needed, they fixed it right the first time, and they did not create mystical problems that suddenly needed emergent repairs that cost thousands of dollars. Straightforward, honest, and get the job done. Again, a welcomed difference from the average service center that uses your $$$$ to probe around and guess at the problem, create more problems than your car had when it arrived, and then guess at how to fix all of it. Tim McCann was my salesperson. He had patience with my questions and he was very informative. The process was a smooth one. I had looked at Mustang's at this dealership over the past 3-4 years and last Friday the 11th I Finally took a test drive. Everything went well. I told Tim I needed to go to work and that I would return after 2:00 pm. I did so and I was a little late but Tim was still there when I arrived about 3:00PM and he was very helpful and he was a very good communicator. Turns out we are neighbors in the La Mirada/ South Whittier area where I live. Very smooth meeting with the Finance person who also was very professional and patient with me. I have brought the mustang in to install the Lojack Tracking device to help with my Mercury Insurance Premiums on the Mustang. Everything went well at the service experience. Everyone was very friendly and positive. The mechanic who was installing a battery to open the trunk lid that did not work when I first tried it on Saturday the 12th. They replaced the battery and ordered the part . I was impresses. I am happy with my choice of McCoy-Mills in Fullerton. read more

I just purchased my first Vehicle from McCoy Mills Ford and it was the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. The customer service I received from Steve L, Rex, Bob and Phil was excellent. It was the first time I have ever left a dealership and felt like I just received a great deal and completely happy about the vehicle I purchased. . The service department is also excellent. The day after I purchased our car, Fusion Energi, a wrench check engine light came on. Bummer for a new car, but it happens. I called Steve, they got the car in asap, put me in a rental no problem and handled the issue thoroughly. Arthur in the service department is great guy. I could tell he wasn't happy this new car was in the shop right after we purchased it. He took the car a couple days to make sure what they fixed was correct, he did not want to do a quick fix and make me have to come back. Very thorough and professional. Let me start by saying how much I dislike car shopping. After a week of going from dealership to dealership I decided after church on Sunday to go down to McCoy ford right here in my neighborhood. The atmosphere was relaxed and non-pushy. I was shown several cars was able to drive one and when I told the salesman, Tim McCann, that I was not going home with a car that day I need to think about it, there was no pressure. It turned out the car that I was interested in ended up looking like it was gonna be sold to another couple. For whatever reason that deal did not go through. Tim called me and I even spoke with the owner. A great deal was made. I was having an incredibly busy week at work and could not sit for hours being wheeled and dealed and going through credit apps. They took all that pain away. When I came back in to pick up the car it was gassed up and ready paperwork was ready to be signed. All in all an fairly effortless, fun adventure. Once again, McCoy Mills Ford earns my Business. I purchase a vehicle every 2-3 years for either my family or work with this time being for myself. The professional way McCoy Mills staff, treats customers is outstanding. It is a pleasure to look at new or used cars at McCoy Mills without the sales tactics used by many dealers in the industry. You can look at vehicles around the lot without pressure if you want, or you can have the salesman walk around and talk about various vehicles and the questions you have. McCoy Mills Service department is excellent! I've been taking my cars there for about 7 years, now. You get to know the people there quickly - their staff are all long-term people, friendly and fair. I recently got a letter from Ford telling me there was a recall on my rear brakes. (The car was safe, but the brakes wore down prematurely.) I took the letter to McCoy Mills, since I just had the brakes repaired a month prior. At first, they said it didn't apply - the service records indicated the front brakes had been serviced. They could sense my surprise was genuine, and that's all it took. They searched their computer system for the parts requisition from the repair, and saw the part number was uniquely for the rear brakes. The mechanic made an honest mistake when writing up his repair description. The McCoy Mills team took care of all the paperwork, and I had a $300 check from Ford Motor Company within a few weeks. One of the nicest salesman I have ever met. Not one time during the entire time I was talking to him did I ever feel pressured, or disrespected. No matter how many questions I threw at him, he had an immediate, helpful, and educated answer. If you are looking for a ford (or a good used car) I definitely recommend going to McCoy Mills and try getting hooked up with Peter Marin. I guarantee if you do, you will have a very pleasant experience! Although, I actually ended up purchasing a new car from another dealer, it had absolutely nothing to do with the service I was given, but more so that I just fell in love with another car. Ordinarily, I avoid car dealerships like the plague. But Ford-McCoy & Mills represents a panacea for anyone paranoid about taking their car to the dealer for repairs. These guys are a breath of fresh air. The entire staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Smiles and patience abound. Talk about good "bedside manner." The service writers are very conservative about recommending repairs. They only do what's necessary. I once even got talked out of a repair. They said I didn't need it, after all. But the best part is their prices. Amazingly low. I don't know how they do it. Given the reasonableness of their charges, and the extremely high competency of their mechanics, I no longer see a reason to take my Mercury to an independent repair shop. This place has the best cutomer service that i have ever seen in a dealership and I have bought several cars..I called all the FORD dealerships in the area and not one dealership has the new edge sport and Mccoy Mills did. I went in there to see it and was met by Steve Leibrecht who answered all my questions and was very polite and trustworthy which meant a lot to me, he talked to me like he knew me for years which made me feel right at home. I have owned this car for 3 years now and Steve still calls to make sure everything is okay. Jackie in service is so nice and very trustworthy. Steve's family owns the dealership which is maybe why I got such a great deal on my edge. So if anyone is looking for a FORD or a used car Steve will get you a great deal on it and will give you the best service there is. read more
