    '95 Mustang Cobra SVT 5.0
    Daryl S.

I don't know where to start! Brian, Zach and Ray @ FTK are simply a god send. Truly. Today I brought home my '95 Mustang Cobra after having FTK go through an EXTENSIVE list of problems, fix its and requests that I dragged them through for the past 2+ months! At no point did their passion, determination, enthusiasm and extra effort wane. You just don't find people and places like this anymore, or they are very few and far between. And, their work, knowledge, thoroughness and expertise is 2nd to none. Brian listens. Work begins and proceeds. Updates are given and everything is documented. Any and all hiccups along the way are immediately addressed directly with you, the vehicle owner. Professional opinions and recommendations are given by request and YOU decide the direction your vehicle goes in. There's no up-selling, no B.S., just straight forward communication and ultimately, results! And the end product? Stellar and top notch professional. 100%. I could go on and on about how appreciative, how grateful and lucky I am they I found out about them....and how confident I am in the quality of work and workmanship @ FTK for hours , but see for yourself. Brian is just amazing and Zach's work is top notch. I wish I had words deserving enough of the quality and expertise of FTK, but I'm stymied and too giddy driving my lil' SN95 Cobra! THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL!!!

2009 Holden Ute SS-V programmed by FTK

Ray McClelland is a gentleman and a scholar. I've had a check engine light for over a year and a half on my Holden Ute, so when I started to learn about tuning and flashing PCMs, I was dumbfounded how hard it was to find a solid shop in the Ventura area with the right interface. I drove up to Fillmore around closing time and this nice man dropped everything and took me right in to change codes P0803 and P0502 to a checked box and NO MIL on the drop down. He knew exactly what I was talking about and strongly recommended that we don't do that to P0507 which is 'Idle RPM higher than expected' as it was likely a side effect of the first two. He allowed me to try it anyway and I ended up returning at closing with my tail between my legs, where he graciously took me back in and nailed the fix. Thank you FTK, you came highly recommended from Magnuson Superchargers and I know why!

The results are flawless: paint has insane gloss and insane water beading, stays cleaner longer. Tint is perfectly even, no bubbles, and the heat rejection is noticeable--interior stays much cooler in this California heat. Shop was clean, staff friendly, and car was ready on time. Communication was spot-on from booking to pickup. If you're looking for ceramic coating or tint, this place delivers excellent work and great value. Definitely coming back. 5 stars!

I had planned on being a returning customer and have custom wrap done on my car, interior lighting, and a few other things. I had even started referring different friends to the business who also wanted to have work done on their cars. Sadly it didn't turn out this way, as I randomly got a text message on February 27, 2023 from his wife suddenly banning me from returning since apparently they had marital problems and decided to involve me in their personal lives. I was absolutely blindsided and quite frankly disappointed at how Alonso and the "co-owner" went about their issues. I wanted to let this go however since his team replaced my car's dash screen, CarPlay system, tinted my windows, the sound system has been absolute trash for taking calls. Callers say they either can't hear me or hear an intolerable echo that makes it hard to listen to what I'm saying. I have not been able to have clear calls ever since the work they did. So l was left with an unusable phone audio system in my Mercedes that required an added expense since I clearly am "not welcome" to fix the crap they did to my car in the first place.

The car came in brand new in black, and we had them apply a stainless steel-colored satin wrap, ceramic protection, window tint, and smoked taillights. The transformation is incredible. The satin finish makes all the high-gloss black and red elements pop in a way they didn't before. It's striking. We've already had multiple people stop and comment - including someone at a gas station who said it was going to be his next car. Now the Volvo. It's over seven years old but still in great shape with under 38K miles, and I wasn't ready to part with it. Instead, I refreshed it. The original two-tone white and black is now wrapped in a British racing green-colored wrap, and it has completely changed the car. The existing black and red accents stand out in a whole new way and paired with the rare lava-colored interior carpets, it feels like a brand-new car again. And yes, it's also getting plenty of attention on the road. The craftsmanship at Diamond is top-notch. The technicians clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. But the standout is Cooper in the front office. He's an excellent communicator and is fully focused on making sure everything is exactly as expected. You can tell he cares deeply about the customer experience. Highly recommend Diamond Auto Salon. We'll definitely be back.

I literally just bought this Escalade, and Philip and his team treated it like it was their own. That alone says everything. I brought it in for tints, front PPF, smoked taillights, and full emblem replacement, a lot of work and they really took their time to make sure everything came out perfect. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cars, and Philip didn't rush anything. The attention to detail shows all around. Clean, dialed, and exactly how I wanted it. Super thankful for Philip and his team for coming through, especially since this was for my wife's birthday. She loved it!!! I'll definitely be back for more upgrades. If you care about your car and want it done right, I highly recommend Alpha Auto Haus

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. I do not want anyone to go through what I have gone through with this shop…read more They are simply not capable of performing quality work. God forbid they damage your car, they may just gaslight you and make you feel dumb for wanting it fixed. I originally inquired with Philip about having my M550i wrapped in PurePPF. It seemed like the highest quality colored PPF brand on the market with a wide array of colors. Philip told me he could not confidently stand behind PurePPF as a product because it is "too new" in the industry and cannot put his warranty behind them, even though PurePPF has a 10 year warranty of their own, he said he questioned their longevity as a business that could even last that long. I found out much later on that he is not able to even get PurePPF because they only allow certain shops within a mile radius of one another. He heavily insisted on Inozetek and even took $250 off to further convince me to not use PurePPF. I decide to trust him & location was convenient. I end up having them wrap my car in Inozetek's Dynamic PPF Satin Midnight Black. I also added 20% tints and had them install a front lip and rear diffuser. I drop off the car and in a week I am told it is ready for pickup. Philip quickly leaves in a hurry and I am left with Noah to go over the car with. Immediately, we notice a large rip in the rear bumper which he quickly assures me will be taken care of. At this time, we are inspecting the car in shop lighting which was a bit hard to see super clearly because it was getting dark. The next day I look at my car in the sun and notice much more of the quality of work I received. I notice many areas of peeling, wrinkling, a lot of weird blue stains throughout the wrap, a mesh section under my grille is visibly melted from heat gun or mini torch and my brand new carbon exhaust tips are damaged (Photos attached). I send all of the photos and video to Noah and Philip. They assure me it is normal and say "we both think your car looks great!" and all will be taken care of. I told Philip I wanted to show him in person because he had left rather quickly as I mentioned, and there were obviously a lot of issues. I told him I would come in a couple days later. I arrive and he is not there, but Noah is. We go over everything and again. Noah is very apologetic and assures me everything will be fixed, they will pay for the exhaust tips and order the replacement plastic piece. I am very skeptical at this point, but I remained hopeful and was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. He tells me to come back in a week for "touch ups". I come back a week later to drop the car off with Noah. This is to redo the front and rear bumpers, and address all of the lifting/wrinkling. He also told me he ordered the replacement plastic piece. I leave the car for over 20 days (Sep 4-26). I was out of town for a ~6 days of this so I was not super concerned being without a car, but he kept pushing it back which was odd and said he had to redo the front bumper 3 times, which obviously does not sound great. He also claims the plastic piece 'he ordered' from BMW never arrived but he was going to "go to BMW" to get the part. The next day Noah tells me the car is ready, so I arrange a ride out there to pick it up. When I arrive, the rear bumper was not even redone. He said he didn't get a chance to do it and ran out of film because of redoing the front bumper 3 times. He did not even mention this until I arrived which was confusing and frustrating. We also immediately notice the front bumper was still significantly stained blue (even more than before). The plastic piece was also no where to be found as he claimed it was lost in transit and he's trying to contact BMW (I later find out that he never even ordered the part, more later). He tells me he will reach out to me when the new PPF film comes in and the BMW plastic part. I also have no idea where Philip was. I hadn't seen him at all in a while and Noah kept telling me he never comes in and that he is in charge of this situation. Philip had also said this at the earlier stage that Noah would be taking care of everything. About a week goes by and nothing from Noah. I try calling him but no answer. He finally texts me out of the blue and says he is quitting Alpha and he is at home sick with food poisoning. I am now very confused and upset and starting to feel hopeless. I ask him what do you suggest I do? He says Philip should honor your touch ups and everything, he knows the situation. I send him a few more messages but no response and this is the last I hear from him. (Oct 3) I immediately call Philip and he told me Noah was fired for stealing (allegedly). We schedule the following Monday (Oct 6) for me to come in and I have to re-explain everything to him and show him the condition of the car... First I have to say that I contacted every top-rated dent repair business on Yelp to compare…read morequotes, and took my car to a couple of respected local businesses that specialize in paintless repair. Express Dent & Paint was THE ONLY business that had the confidence to try and repair my car. The dent was in a very difficult spot along the edge of the fender, right on a crease. They were totally honest and transparent from the start that they couldn't guarantee a 100% repair (that would require regular body work/respray). But they were confident they could get it at least 70% repaired. Chris arrived and was very polite and professional. He got to work but after a while it was proving to be more challenging than expected due to the thickness of the steel and the location on my fender. It was looking better but not up to the 70% he had hoped, so he said he would only charge me 50% of the quote for his time coming out if that was the best he could do. But he didn't give up, and with more glue pulling he made it look tons better! Now the dent is barely noticeable, and you'd have to really look for it to find it. In my opinion it was $300 well spent, and the remaining imperfection is not worth spending $1200 at a body shop on a 23-year-old car. Chris is a magician and I highly recommend Express Dent & Paint.
