The company randomly charges different amounts and I kept telling them to not save my credit card information but they kept doing so and I have tried to call and email them to call me so I can talk to someone and discuss the issue but no respond until I canceled my service and I told them how I felt. They washed down the pool filters in the street creating a big mess of diatomaceous earth. I reported it to LVVWD with pictures. Guess they did nothing as usual, because this morning this company was doing it again. Called and left a msg that this is against the law. Next step is to call the health department. read more

I was with them for 11 years. They worked with my Mom who is a widow and did an ok job. Then suddenly he had workers come. Sometimes they would show up sometimes they didn't. Now after Christmas and I asked them to come back in March to service my pool, they refused to take my calls and told us they don't do pool maintenance anymore. ​Totally unfair and very poor business practices. We've had this pool service for about 2 years now and it has gradually got worse in regards to the times they say they will arrive once a week and communication regarding time changes. My biggest problem is they did not inform me of the service time changes. Most recently they changed the start time to 630 am. Didn't bother to inform me so naturally my gate was locked. I called to ask what happened and that's when I learned about the changes. I asked the owner/manager Juan, if he informed his customers of this change. His reply was "he would now." This was very disappointing. After a back and forth regarding my follow up pool cleaning, I cancelled my services. TL;DR- Inconsistent service times. Lack of communication from the owner/manager. I finally don't have to worry about my pool! I was so tired of pool guys that would skip a bunch of weeks, let my pool turn green, take shortcuts on cleaning, etc. I've never had to worry about my pool since using FPS. I've been using them for at least 6 years now. They keep it clean, clear, and never try to get me to spend extra money on draining, acid washes, filters, etc. They'll do all of that, but only if it's actually needed. On top of it all, the owners are exceedingly friendly guys whom I enjoy seeing every week. You're gonna love them! read more

I would give this negative stars if it would let me. WORST pool service!! He caused more harm then good! He is supposed to clean the filters every so often and he did not clean them, which built up calcium which made my filter crack. I spent $900 to buy a new filter because he did not do his job! He would come and go within 5 minutes which is not nearly enough time to clean the pool and do everything that he is supposed to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!! I have not been in my hot tub in 4 months because he messed with the valves which made the spa water drain into the pool. It took a repair guy to come out and tell him how to do his job. The repair guy told him that my air pressure in my filter was too high and that he needs to clean my filters..and well now my filter is cracked. I hired a new pool guy to come and clean up the huge mess he made. DO NOT USE THIS POOL SERVICE! Oh and to top it off with the broken filter, he forgot to turn the pump off and it ran all night until i noticed it was on. Now my pool is missing 2-3 feet of water!!! read more
