Completely over kill in Chemicals that 2 let me repeat that TWO different pool companies would not touch the pool until it was drained because it was so high in chemicals. They were SHOCKED at how high it was. We have dogs that swim in this pool daily! This should have been the easiest pool you all had as it's smaller and VERY well taken care of. Literally, your pool company was basically there to keep the chemicals in check and to make sure the pump and filters were good because we are out there constantly sweeping the pool and cleaning it and taking care of it. You should be embarrassed! To the woman that answers the phone, learn manners don't talk over people just because you are being told things aren't right and you wanna take it personal well Why don't you take it personal that your people aren't doing their job, Take the loss, accept that your company made a huge mistake and Apologize. read more

Spoke with Sharon, part owner, 2 weeks before our appointment. Assured pool was going to calibrate my pool pump for us to get the rebate. Fast forward to the appointment date, no one showed up. Called Sharon and she said she was going to follow up then let me know. After that, she stopped taking my calls and Assured Pool completely flaked out on us. Next day, she emailed me back and said the tech tried to call me and unreachable - which was a plain lie as I didn't get any missed calls or voicemails. She also told me they can't come out to complete their commitment. Overall experience was horrible. Lies lies and more lies. Be careful with this company, do not trust them if you need to get things done right in a specific time frame. read more

I definitely recommend Assured! We got a new energy efficient variable speed pool pump that needed calibration so we can get our NV Energy rebate. I scheduled my appointment with Sharon who was very friendly. She said she would call me within the hour to give me a time frame of arrival & she did so as promised. She also asked if I would like a call from the tech 30 minutes before he is on his way which is very convenient. The tech Alex called before heading over as mentioned. He arrived on time & was very friendly. We take care of our own pool & my husband picked his brain about the pool equipment while Alex did his thing. He was very knowledgeable & was kind of enough to answer my husbands questions. In short, we thought the two people we spoke to at Assured was honest, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly & should we need anything done that my husband can't do himself we will definitely call on Assured! read more

After refusing to give me a credit for an unauthorized charge I contacted my cc company and they will take care of it. Clearly, Sharon does not understand that the review is 1. Based on result (which is 0) 2. Based on pricing -that is 30% higher on monthly service than another 5 companies I checked pricing with and what I paid for that same pool in the past. One time services were priced 50% higher than other companies 3. Customer service - you are aware you have done nothing for me but still fight it and instead of apologizing Sharon's email when I told her they are done was "I hope you work with licensed ppl" which I considered borderline racist. I am done wasting time on this company and I would definitely never recommend them. So many other honest companies out there with friendlier and better customer service. read more

We have worked with Assured Pool since June 2019 and I could not be happier. Sharon is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls and always makes me feel like a valued client. I have compared pricing with my neighbors and find that they are not charging more than anyone else that services my neighborhood and always confirm any "extras" ex. filter cleaning, shock, etc... that need to be done before charging me. They are always willing to spend extra time explaining things to us to make sure that we truly understand how to get the best experience from our pool. Alex even spent time showing us how to use the Pentair app to control our heater, spa & lighting. I love this family and can not imagine using anyone else. Anyone complaining about pricing is obviously looking for a discount pool company and needs to remember that you get what you pay for. My previous pool service could never get my pool sweep working right. Assured pools found the sweep line was clogged on the first visit. The sweep line became clogged because the previous company was using the sweep line to vacuum the pool instead of using the skimmer which is the proper way to vacuum the pool. This company had been taking care of my pool for a few years. They did a good job (Chandler and the Dad), but when they raised the price for the second time in two years I had to go somewhere else. I had recently spent 1700 on a brand new pool pump from them. They installed it but never showed me how to use it. When I called to ask if someone could come out and show me how to use it, Sharon in the office was totally rude and hung up on me. Well that is wonderful customer service. Personalized and professional service! I was searching for a dependable pool service and maintenance company for a home I purchased in Las Vegas. My challenge was that I live over two thousand miles away in Hawai'i. I was fortunately referred to Assured Pools. Finally, a pool repair person you can trust not only to find the problem, but to come up with the solution! Randy is very detailed and methodical, and I doubt with all his years of experience in his business that he comes across something that he hasn't seen before. He was the 3rd pool maintenance person I had over to diagnosis my pool problem, as the others had no clue as to what was wrong. They had me paying for repairs that did not fix the problem, plus their "driving" fees and their house call fee. $25 for a driving fee? Randy is reasonable in his charges, and a very pleasant and honest person. His wife, who helps run the business, is wonderful to speak with on the phone. I can't recommend them enough. What a great company! The heart of any great company are its people, and Sharon, Alex and Chandler are wonderful! My stated goal was to upgrade my pump to a variable speed and install a salt chlorine system. Alex came out and gave me a solid overview of my current equipment (2004 vintage), what was possible with the current generation and recommendations. His encyclopedic knowledge and his clear way of explaining the possibilities and changes (based on what I wanted to accomplish and what was possible with my current equipment) was incredibly helpful. Following his visit and an initial quote from Sharon, we clarified what I wanted to accomplish. Sharon's follow-up on my questions about equipment choices (with me, then Alex and back to me) was incredibly timely and helpful. I elected to go with the pump, salt chlorine generator, control board upgrade and new filter, as their quote for purchase and installation was eminently fair and reasonable. Alex and Chandler adjusted their install schedule for my convenience. Once on site, they went above and beyond what was expected. I have had Randy as my pool technician for about 17 years. He has always done an excellent job and managed to keep my old filter going for some years.
