Had to intervene a few times on the rock wall to correct craftsmanship and it still looks horrible. The fact now that it now leaks beneath the wall on all sides is completely unacceptable.

Weekly reports lacked basic chemical breakdowns and only provided a photo of a meter. ​Weeks of Ignored Algae Blooms: Despite multiple messages alerting them to worsening algae over several weeks, proper testing (like CYA) wasn't done until a company leader flagged it when called me after I notified them I was cancelling. ​Offering free service doesn't fix persistent bad service. I had to hire outside help just to restore my pool. Look past the marketing and check their most recent 1-star reviews before hiring them.
