I just left this place, and while it's fresh in my head I just want to say that I'm very pleased with the staff! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a good morning smile and hello! My first time there I had to take a moment to look at the menu, I went with the raspberry blossom and it has to be the best coffee I've had in Garner! Their special bagel of the day was "sweet heat" with egg, and cheese and a jalapeño jam that is very tasty. I noticed there was an upper level where patrons can sit and do work or enjoy their coffee. The coffee was disappointing- the cold brew was fruity but bitter and acidic. The honey vanilla cappuccino was overly sweet with little taste of honey or vanilla. The espresso was overpowering. The BLT is as a bit dry- was looking for each food to be showcased not blend together. The Bacon English Muffin redeemed this place!! Sweet jam with the salty bacon combined with the spice from the egg was great. English muffin was light and fluffy but I missed the signature nooks of a typical English muffin. read more

New(ish) edition to little old downtown Garner, Full Bloom Coffee Roasters sits on the corner of a strip of businesses on Main St. There is a lovely mural on the side of the shop, so you can't miss it. The store has a good amount of seating for its size, so make sure to head upstairs if you don't see anything open outside or downstairs. They offer a selection of your regular cafe bites and coffees...pressed sandwiches, waffles, cold brews, lattes...the store was clean and the staff was on point with welcoming me in and asking if I had been there before or if I needed help. They do have a rewards program you can sign up for online with your phone number and it accrues points with every purchase. I always get the caprese panini which comes with a side of kettle chips. The panini is made well, full of flavor, and the mozzarella always has a great melted cheese pull. I had the lavender latte and thought it had just the right amount of sweetness and it was aromatic. I would definitely get the latter again and have had the caprese panini multiple times (probably should try something new :P ). Definitely recommend if you're wanting to try something local in Garner and looking for a chill vibe. read more

Today I'm here for a quick lunch to go. It's somewhat small downstairs but there are 2 rooms upstairs. They have some games etc like a big checker board that covers a nicE square wood table. Theis 1 table downstairs for those that don't want to make it up the steps. Today I'm having a Spinach and Artichoke Panini (has chicken) on gluten free bread. It comes with chips. Sometimes I choose to have a kale salad as the side. I'm having a Honey Vanilla Cappuccino which is 2 shots, steamed milk, honey, cinnamon and vanilla. I have mine with 1 shot only but it's really good. They just got in a new Haw River Ale which is local and really great brewery. They have 2 from Haw called Cotton Blossom (Haw River). We go on "coffee adventures" a couple times a month and just try to go to a new coffee joint within a 20 minute drive of our house. This place is in what was probably a late 19th century feed store in Garner. The coffe is really good. The menu isn't encyclopedic, but doesn't need to be. The breakfast is limited as well, but very solidly good. Their English muffins are LEGIT. I really like the decor as well. They have local artwork up everywhere. Finally, a great local coffee shop in Garner. We have heard good things from some friends and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. My wife had a panini that was delicious and my daughter enjoyed a chocolate muffin (I may have helped). The coffee is right up there with some of our favorite Raleigh coffee shops. What they have done to this old building is incredible. If Garner truly wants to revitalize their downtown, they should follow Full Bloom's lead. Warm, inviting, chill vibe. Pretty strip next to a railroad. Yummy breakfast Sandwich even though it was not quite what I thought it would be the description said apple so I was expecting thicker crispy slices of apple but I think they used cooked apple which was good in its own right just not what I was expecting. The hot chocolate was velvety, not too sweet perfect drinking temperature in a hand thrown local pottery mug. Be aware that most of the seating is upstairs and if you have any crutches or in ability climb stairs there's only one table downstairs or a couple of tables outside. My bum knee was not happy about it but it was worth the climb as the sitting room upstairs is very lovely and comfortable.I loved hearing the trains race by and my hour and a half flew by as I typed furiously on my laptop. It inspired me to write and I felt as if I was there alone even though it was completely full. Everyone was quiet and enjoying themselves. I think I found my new hang out. read more

Super cute, local, third wave coffee shop in Downtown Garner! Full Bloom is one of those places where you'll often find the owner behind the bar. I LOVE THAT! They roast their own beans and my husband (who is a coffee connoisseur) said it was well roasted and delicious. They also have great specialty drinks. I stumbled upon Full Bloom on a Tuesday morning while googling "coffee near me" after being sick of Starbucks. Upon walking in, the beautiful contemporary decor greets the eye, as well as two smiling faces. Having never been here before, the barista was very knowledgeable and helped me choose my lavender latte (OMG you guys, this is wicked good) and the breakfast panini (equally as amazing- think baconcheesehameggspinach all on a delish toasted English muffin). I ventured upstairs to find two gorgeous sitting rooms with PLENTY of tables, chairs, sofas and a really comfy leather chair. There's also ample counter space up here. Gorgeous exposed brick and large windows. The decor is spot on as well. Come here. Bring a friend. Bring a book. Or your laptop or come alone like I did. You won't be disappointed. This is my favorite coffee shop ever!!! Please try the Honey Vanilla Cappuccino. It is amazing and they make the fancy design with the frothy milk. They have an upstairs seating area with couches and tables. It is very cozy inside and the staff is super friendly. It is located on Main Street in Garner right next to the railroad tracks. It is located in a historical building with a beautiful mural painted outside. Great place for a date.
