After the initial phone call, I had rational questions about the high price of my used bike. I simply asked for a breakdown of how the owner arrived at the high price of $7500 for a 4 year old bike when others of comparable mileage/year were selling way lower. The owner used a condescending tone, became defensive, and was flat out rude. I still believe I overpaid. Something about the old fart running this joint is just plain untrustworthy. Recently bought a 2024 Zero S from Jay at Fulgora, super friendly and helpful- very good service and support. The Zero is amazing, too! Jay was recommended by a friend, who bought a used Zero from another dealer that had battery issues- but that dealer wouldn't help him out. Jay was incredibly helpful by getting the battery replaced under warranty- no fuss, no problems. Even had it fixed much faster than expected! The best service anyone could ask for- which is important when considering where you buy. Jay even had a great insurance recommendation for me after discussing the quotes I was getting, getting nearly 50% cheaper rate for the same provider (Progressive)! Highly recommended. I've tried ordering parts for my Zero DSR from Fulgora twice now and both times my order was cancelled? No explanation even after I inquired? Just bummed I can't get parts from the closest Zero dealership from my residence. And not sure why they are advertising parts for sale when they are either out of stock or CHOOSING not to fulfill certain orders - regardless, as a consumer this is just a horrible experience and it seems Fulgora has ZERO care for the customer. These parts aren't cheap and I just want this business to WANT my business (I was going to come pick up in person and possibly ask for assistance with installation). So instead of fulfilling my order, showing me how cool this local shop is and very likely creating a long term customer for life - they are forcing me to purchase from another dealer (that is less convenient for me). I've purchased a new TFT Dash for my Zero DSR 2021. I called and chat before placing the order to make sure it fit. The customer service was amazing and I am very please with the communication with the staff. The order arrived a day earlier. The dash looks much better than the last generation. The information presents on the new dash is also much clearer. I installed the unit myself and the installation was straightforward. Since the new dash is a flat design, it leaves a small gap showing the internal cables and the mounting hardware (see pic #2). I guess I can do some 3D printing part to cover the gap. I am not usually a reviewer and I see the other positive reviews, so your experience may very well be different, but I just had to record and share my disappointment with the (mis)treatment I received from this store and Jay. For the past month I have been interested in getting a motorcycle and as a long-time Tesla owner, I will only ride electric. I'm a serious, no b.s., full cash buyer. A weekend ago, I scheduled a test drive of the SR/F and SR/S for this Saturday at 2pm (since apparently showing up in the store the prior Saturday doesn't get you a test drive on the spot). After one wasted Saturday, I was eagerly awaiting this Saturdays experience and went and bought myself a helmet and gloves, since they told me they won't provide me with any gear. I misjudged the traffic (since the restart after the pandemic, traffic in LA has come back with a vengeance) and what should've taken 40 minutes turned into over 1:20 hours (as LA traffic tends to do). I called at 2:15pm to apologize for being late and to let them know that I'm 15-20 minutes away. They appeared to be in the store, but started to tell me that they'll have to reschedule me. I already spent over an hour in brutal traffic, so I told them that I'm just a few minutes away and coming to discuss. I arrived just after 2:30p to find the store closed and nobody picking up the phone. They had jetted off without any care that I'm showing up or letting me know that I will be greeted by a closed door. Traffic back was another 1:30 hours. Another super wasted Saturday! Thanks Zero OC! I'm not sure if they have a line of buyers outside the door eager to buy their $20k+ bikes, but that will be a "no" for me from this store. I will look into the other Zero dealers in the LA area (check Zero's website) to at least get the experience of a Zero bike. My other experience at another brand with an electric motorcycle couldn't have been any more different. Doors and local showroom near me plenty open. Spoke with me extensively. Took me on a test ride on the spot and provided me with gear. Offered me a good discount off of MSPR. And online/magazine reviews of that bike are much, much more positive than Zero's, but I still wanted to give Zero a chance through a test drive. But apparently not at Zero OC and with Jay. Very disappointed with the experience! read more

Walked in on a Saturday, test rode the Zero SR and the DSR ZF14.4. No pressure, just sincere enthusiasm for the bikes. They have the whole line there for test riding. They let the bike speak for itself. And, wow, it does do that! I bought a DSR right off of the floor. Loved the smoothness and performance! These bikes are NOT toys - tons of torque. They are the real deal, 0-60 in 4 seconds flat. The SR is a perfect L.A. commute bike, and the DSR adds serious shredder capability for fire roads. Great Shop, Great Customer service, 0 pressure environment. If these are the things you look for when shopping for motorcycles or gear then this is definitely the shop to go to. I was just curious about electric motorcycles so I visited the shop on a Demo Day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Alina in particular was the main reason I came back to purchase my Zero the next day. She was awesome explaining all the pros and cons to ownership as well as being a lm invaluable resource throughout the entire process. I'm actually very surprised at how little customer service I received from Jay at the zero motorcycles store in Orange County. I went in to purchase the fxs 2020 I submitted the finance application and was told it would take "a few hours" to check my credit. I put 1000 down. Later was told I was not approved and needed a co signer I then asked what would happen if I put 2500 down and was never contacted back . I then asked what would happen if I put 4000 down and was told I still needed a co signer. I submitted an application at the zero store in Pasadena and was approved with 2500 down. It seemed like there was discrimination based on his clients financial status and picks and chooses who he approves on a personal note . I honestly had much higher expectations from zero and its representatives. read more

On 6/23/18 a mechanic recommended this guy (David) for a $45 tow in the area at this number (949-293-8159). I called him at 2:30pm and he said he could be at the bike by 4:00. I met him at the drop off location which was 3.8 miles away in which he was there early, and had the bike already unloaded. I highly recommend this tow for exceptional towing service. When I asked him the name of his company he said "Zero Motorcycles of Orange County". It seems unlikely that there would be two companies with the same name, so I leave this review here. read more

Super easy buying experience. I came in at the last 30 minutes of their day and they stayed open to let me test ride a few bikes and purchase a new FXS. Hooked me up with a cover and eventually helped me outfit it with a rack when I needed it. Bought my first electric Motorcycle and I LOVE it! it is so much fun! the moment you ride one you will be hooked. I promise. Now I want my husband to get one so we can ride together. What I love almost more than my new bike is Alina. She was so sweet and so helpful and really knows her stuff. You would never think that by looking at her because she is so petite and cute and soft spoken. Not what you expect in a motorcycle store. Jay, the owner was so helpful and super nice too! he really helped us get financing and get a $1500 rebate!! I did not expect that. Apparently, the rebate is til the end of the year. Jay delivered my bike to me the next day! Wow! Was not expecting I would be able to get it that fast either. Anyway, I could not be happier. Came in to get service because my lights were intermittently not working. Also to get the bike checked out and have the firmware updated. Rode in and the place is very clean and spacious. The manager/owner of the place is really nice and low-key. Very low pressure scene there. So, about the service. I told them that my on board charging unit was not working but I did not need to replace it since I have a quick charge unit at home and I can make it to work and back no problem on a charge. They looked into it and managed to get me a good will warranty replacement on it! Amazing! This is not a small cost item and would have ran around $1100 to replace! So cool! So I go on vacation and a couple weeks later came back to pick up the bike. It was pretty filthy when I brought it in but damn if they did not totally detail it for me! Wow! Seriously. The other place I had been going to would have done none of this. So I rode off and unfortunately the issue with the lights happened. I brought it back and they were shocked because the issue did not happen at all while they were working on it. They were able to pin down the issue and it ended up costing a few hundred dollars. Had to go without the bike for another couple weeks for them to get the part and put it in and since I could only make it there on Saturdays. Would have been good for the issue to be resolved the first go-round but I guess there is no diagnostic to test it. I was thinking of taking a star off the rating for this but in the end I got that fixed and the onboard charger replaced for over 65% off so who can have a beef about that? In conclusion, I would say that they are running a totally honest and above-board shop here and are genuinely interested in doing good by their customers. The product they are selling is cutting edge and extremely reliable. I will definitely be going there for now on for those rare occasions when I need service done on my 2015 Zero DS. Hmmmm... Maybe I should trade up to a new DSR? Very tempting. read more
