    My experience is with the Parts & Service Depts. You know you're going to pay a bit more for parts, but you're getting quality parts, gear, and equipment. You don't want to break down somewhere and push your bike home. For Service, they do very good maintenance and mechanical repairs. A very knowledgeable and helpful team. Nice clean facility that's well laid out. When you visit some other motorcycle shops, everything is tight and cramped (sometimes with too much inventory and not enough floor space). Not here. They have a large parking lot and the sales floor is neatly organized. Same with the Parts and Service counter area. Located right off the 405.

    My buying experience couldn't have been better. They open at 9am. I arrived at 8 as I was in the area. I was sitting in my car in the parking lot eating a brekkie sandwich when a nice older guy walked out and asked if I wanted to come in or just hang out eating. It was 8:15. I said I though you didn't open till 9? He said "If someones here, were open". Great start. I have Harley Road King but wanted something auto shift (arthritis in my hand) so I was there to look at the 1100T. We talked about the bike and he said "you might be a bit to big for it" he showed me a very nice used Goldwing and said "this might be better for you". Then he let me test drive it. If you see my review of Huntington Beach Honda. You'll see that they told me "Honda doesn't allow test drives" When I told Rob that he just shook his head. "yeah they do" he said. I drove the Goldwing, loved it but I really need needed to try the 1100T as that's what I came to look at. He pushed it out said "here ya go, have a ball". I never once felt pressured by anyone there. Bottom line....I bought the Goldwing!. advise....Drive to Carson. These guys are easy as hell to do business with.

    My Honda monkey was having problems starting and keeping idle, called this spot and Fernando answered and told be he could have it checked out and assured me he would be able to fix it. They only had the bike for a couple of days as I just called in but got it back and runs perfect now! Thank you Fernando for being super helpful and direct with the whole process! 10/10

    2023 Honda rebel

    I was helped by Jerry Lowe in buying my Honda rebel 2023. I first went to the dealership having a different bike in mind. I really appreciated how no one was pushing me into getting a motorcycle that day. They were focused on letting me get a feel of exactly what I wanted. Even if it meant not getting a sale. That visit I tried a few bikes and went home. After choosing which one I talked to Jerry and he walked me through the online finance. It saved some time and I did it at the comfort of my house. The day came and all it took was a few signatures and I had my new motorcycle. Jerry did his part on explaining clearly and didn't push with the extended warranty. I'm very happy and enjoyed my experience.

During the whole process he was very helpful and informative and answered any questions I had. We now love our Monkey and Grom and always want to take it out for a ride.     Front wheel damage

    I brought my bike to them on Dec. 7th, after it had been knocked over by a vehicle. I showed Fernando what I had noticed but asked that the bike be checked out to make sure everything is good. Shortly after I got my bike back I went to do an oil change. I began to take photo documentation of the change and noticed a few things. My front rim had damage from the accident. The new one had worse damage from them installing a new tire. I also noticed damage on the back rim from them installing a new tire there. I had to go to them to get a filter for my oil change and told Fernando. He wanted me to speak with the tech. I went home, finished the oil change, and brought my bike back to show the tech. He said he would get back to me after speaking to the manager. I got no call. When I called them Fernando thought I worked something out with the tech. The tech kept asking if I wanted a helmet instead of the rims he damaged. I have the helmet I want. The next week I had noticed they installed my new kickstand wrong. I could drive the motorcycle with the kickstand down. I called Fernando as this is a big safety issue. Again he had me meet with the tech. When I met with the tech on a Saturday morning he accepted responsibility for the front wheel but said he did not do the back wheel and doesn't know. He also wanted to check the kickstand in private. I did not allow that and he had to admit it was installed wrong. He also said they NEVER looked over the bike. They just replaced what I noticed and the insurance covered it. Next, I get a call from Fernando that my rim is in and we'll set up a time to install it. He then said it was only the front wheel. Fernando said he thought I worked something out with the manager this time. Again, no. I hadn't even spoken to the manager. I only sent him an email so he knew the situation. I sent the manager a lengthy email describing everything that happened. I got a reply from him on Feb 13th saying he just skimmed through it but would read it in its entirety shortly. That was it. I have reached back out to the manager several times and still no reply as of Feb. 23rd. It has been 10 days since he said he skimmed through it. These people did not look over my bike that's less than 1 year old. They only swapped parts that I noticed. They ruined the new front wheel that the insurance covered. I thought Casey was doing me a solid by installing my rear tire for free, but the damaged my rear rim also. They not only did not do a full safety check of my bike but installed the kickstand wrong and made it unsafe. Here I am almost 3 months after dropping it off and I am riding around with 2 damaged rims on a bike that was never inspected after it was hit. Thanks, Honda Powersports. Update: After receiving the email from Fernando stating Robert Cavanah approved the rear wheel and it is already ordered I waited patiently. The next correspondence I received was a letter. I was excited until I saw its contents. It was a complete 180°. Robert admits to damaging the brand-new front wheel but brushes it off as very minor scratches. He states my rear wheel damage in the inner lip of the rim is from road wear and the accident. Although it was never mentioned or added to my insurance claim. He falsely accuses me of threatening physical harm to an employee. He states they will never service my motorcycle again and I am no longer allowed on the premises. Then he gets to his true intentions. He offers $300 if I will take down this review. No sir, keep your measly $300. People need to know about this business. I took my less-than-1-year-old motorcycle to them after an accident and got back a motorcycle that was never inspected, less safe, and in worse condition than when I brought it in. I now fear for my life every time I ride until I can get it inspected by real motorcycle technicians. Thanks again SoCal Honda Powersports!

    I've had such a wonderful experience working with the guys at SHP. So much so, I bought from them twice in less than 2 months!! Everyone I worked with were caring, responsive, and easy to work with. Jerry - got me great deals on my ruckus and Rebel. He is the total opposite of salesman and comes from authenticity and care. Fernando - was extremely communicative with service. With me every step of the way. Even though it took a long time to get my Ruckus back, he checked in regularly to keep me updated. Casey - got me everything I needed promptly and correctly. The rest of the staff - so nice and helpful!!

They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!

I've been waiting for my gap check for months. I've gone there multiple times. That's hours there and back yet no answer on when I can get my gap check. It's been a horrible experience dealing with Del Amo Long Beach. I bought two other bikes at two other bike shops and the employees there told me there are many customers that say the same. I would definitely advise you to go somewhere else.

I know they are the only company that import Mikuni carbs into this country, but I would work with one of their vendors before I worked with them again. I wish this was a one time thing, but this keeps happening with this company. It is now at the point where I dread calling them. They've helped me through the many and complex challenges that arise from my compulsive custom carburetor undertakings, and while my questions and favors asked have been plentiful, I've never encountered anything but professionalism and that good ol' can-do attitude seldom found in the corporate world. Out of all the tasks involved in custom motorcycle rebuilds and maintenance, playing around with carburetors has grown to be my favorite part of the process, solely due to the convenience of driving by here to pick up parts and pick the brains of the Sudco crew. Sure beats fiddling around on the interweb dealing with computer generated customer service etc. and waiting around for my parts to be thru-shipped around the nation. Only downside is my gf gets pretty jealous of my absolutely fabulous Mikunis and feels bad about her stock carbs. Wait, that's just another upside.
