Such a beautiful day for a ride get out and enjoy it thank you Tim 2022 Honda ruckus
Dr Nasa D.

I would not have the collection of bikes I have today if it was not for Century motorcycles working with me finding difficult parts and other things for obscure Japanese and German scooters and a couple Italian ones also. I also picked up a brand new Honda Ruckus a few years ago they do the maintenance, I've never had to ever worry about this bike. I take it in once a year for service You would be stupid to go to any other Motorcycle shop give Century motorcycles your business you won't be sorry

Knowledgable, friendly, reasonable prices. Great place to bring or buy a vintage bike. Literally saved my life - long story. This really is the place you've been looking for

Tim's the MAN. First time buyer and happened to have the bike i was interested in. Made a few calls and after some days i had a price i was ohkay with. Pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier. Made sure my bike was good as could be before i left the shop. Tim's the kinda guy you juss ask and whatever he says you agree too. Very knowledgable, kind, and patient owner. Never felt like a business but rather a friendship. Service was so good my brother and I came back few days later and bought one for himself. The Century family is wholesome and gives you those vibes you get when you're around family or friends. I walk in and I feel comfortable with the deal I got, happy to be around good people, and at ease knowing i don't feel scammed. Tim has secured my business and is definitely a location that deserves to be around for as long as they please to. Thanks Century Motorcycles!!!

I've been taking my motorcycles to Tim at Century for several years and I'm always happy. Just had my ZRX1200 in for new tires and fork seals and the work was done quickly, well and the bike looked brand new when I went back to pick it up. Tim gave really good advice on getting the right tires for my bike as I wasn't happy with the old ones. So far they're performing well and I'm pleased with his recommendation. Tim really seems to care about his customers and I like just checking in every now and again just to see some of the classic bikes they have in the shop. Great shop, great team. Thanks, Tim.

My dad purchased a motorcycle from Century Motorcycles. Tim the Owner is so Awesome!!! He is so friendly, very helpful and has great knowledge. He takes the time to listen and get to know you. Tim also helped my dad load and securely strap down the motorcycle in the trailer so it wouldn't fall. Tim went above and beyond! His customer service was Outstanding!!!! I highly recommend this shop! We definitely will be going back here for any repairs or tuneups. The 4 hour travel from where we live to this shop is worth the drive. Tim's a really great person! We are really Grateful and Blessed to have meet you Tim!!! :)

What he did do, however, is he did do a great diagnosis and then let me know my various options which turned out to be that the best thing I could do was take my bike back to the dealer. To tell my story, I own a Royal Enfield and the bike died on me. I had it towed to the shop and Jerry and his team checked it out. As this is a Royal Enfield, they are fairly rare and parts for them can be pretty hard to come by. After the diagnosis, Jerry took the time to call the various dealers in the area and even check on eBay to see if he could get the part. When he contacted me he informed me that he had no way of knowing where or when he would be able to find that part. Thus, we discussed the matter and it was decided that probably the best thing to do was to take the bike back to the dealership where they have better access to the parts. He held the bike for me for a few days, when it could finally be towed to the dealership. He is a very nice and friendly individual and really knows his stuff. Moreover, he didn't try to charge me an absurd amount of money just to give me a diagnosis and he was very honest about the fact that he would have trouble getting the part. Thus, he is a very trustworthy business owner which I believe you could easily relying on to get your bike fixed correctly.

It's one of my dream to really ride a sportbike so I did my research on Youtube to find out what bike will fit to my liking. Well, after 2 months of several reviews provided by few biking enthusiast & bloggers online, I decided to see this Yamaha R7 in person, so schedule an appointment with Del Amo Motorsport here in Long Beach. Met with Juan and we check every single sportbike in this category available in the store and still end up liking this R7. There are lots of choices in the store, however, it may depend on your budget of course, your experience in driving, etc. I told Juan that I just recently purchase an Aprilia Tuono 660 and my wife will be a little bit annoy if she is seeing this new bike in the garage. Anyway, I work hard recently and just want to enjoy the fruit of my labor. Seems reasonable, right? as long as the budget is fine :) Everything went well in this purchase with the help of Juan and Matt. Overall buying experience is nice, no pressure and no hassle. Recommended. Peace brother !

THE LIE THAT GOT MY BUSINESS I was comparing shops and I told them I was going to get it from another store when they offered free powder coating on the wheels to close the deal. When I came back to collect, they said it wasn't in writing so they couldn't honor it. Wtf? That offer was the entire reason I bought from them. Check the other reviews. This pattern isn't new. BAIT-AND-SWITCH PRICING Called for a seat installation quote. Showed up and they doubled the price because they said it would "take longer than expected.". When I said I'd go elsewhere, they suddenly honored the original price. Then made me wait two extra hours from when they said it will be ready. CUSTOMER SERVICE Unless you're actively buying something, you're an inconvenience to them. Every call, every visit -- same attitude. Not once did I leave feeling like a valued customer. Good luck getting a call back too. THE BANK Same energy. Questions get you an hour on hold for a five-minute answer. There are plenty of other shops out there. Don't learn this lesson the hard way. Go somewhere else. Support businesses that actually value customers. You'll regret buying anything from here.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite. They came across as uninterested and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you work in customer service, making customers feel welcome should be part of the job. A few days after my purchase, I received a text asking for feedback about my visit. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. Anyone can make a mistake, but not every business takes the time to listen, follow up, and address a customer's concerns. On top of that, they have competitive prices and a great selection in stock. Because of the way they handled my feedback, I wouldn't hesitate to make the two-hour drive again. Hopefully, the service department improves, because the rest of the experience and especially the way management responded earned my respect.

My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!
