After purchasing the bike I asked Angel if he would go through everything external of the motor and replace everything for the most part and what was his best guess on a cost. Angel turned out to be look you In the eyes honest all the way through. No surprises, no added costs. He dipped, stripped flushed found and repaired 90% of the bike. After a few hour drive, I met the staff who is genuinely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and holds rider safety as a top priority. They never tried to push a sale on me, but instead tried to make sure I purchased something that was right for me...as they say at CA Boss Hoss, "There's an ass for every saddle!" and they are dead set on making a perfect match! We shared many phone conversations and email exchanges. Amazingly, they never seemed to tire of my endless questions and concerns...or they were very good at hiding it (; If they didnt know the answer off hand, they asked who they needed to ask, did their research, and got back to me in a timely manner. I decided on a 2006 Ural and they did so great on this bike that no one believes it isn't new! Don even worked hard to find me a couple Ural accessories I planned on ordering for a better price than I could get ordering on my own. He saved me almost $200. My only complaint is that I don't live close enough to visit their garage for future maintenance....I love the staff at CA Boss Hoss (: I could go on and on about how great ALL the staff was to me and how wonderful their business is ran...amazing!

I bought my 2018 Ducati from the dealership a few years ago and had only ever gone to the dealer…read morefor service and repairs, because I was told "that's what you're supposed to do." My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!
