Ivan was very flexible and arrived the same day I requested him to come look at the bike. He then saw the condition was pretty bad and towed the bike in 15 mins. He had to work several days to fix the carburetor, oil and the transmission fluid. He looked at each area of the vehicle and resolved it one by one. He asked me to get the tires/battery shipped out to his shop in Irvine. Overall his patience is commendable considering I just Ignored my vehicle for so many years. The fuel tank was closed shut He worked very hard on it to fix it. The bike is good as new now, its just like old times, having fun riding it on socal roads. I didn't hold back--I explained exactly how disappointing my first experience had been. Within minutes, I received a phone call from someone at the store who genuinely wanted to understand what happened. That immediately got my attention. I explained that I had driven over two hours because I had previously made an online purchase that went perfectly, and it gave me enough confidence to visit the store in person. I also shared my concerns about how I was treated by the parts department. He listened, apologized, and told me he would bring the issue to management because he genuinely cared about making things right. To me, that's what great customer service looks like. They use a text and email system for appointments, which makes everything simple and organized. During the job, James even reached out with a question about how I wanted something installed. He sent photos and followed up with a call to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it done--that level of attention is rare. From start to finish, the service was excellent. James and Danielle genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. It was a long story. I've been having trouble for quite a long time (2+ years) and needed help locating a tuning issue. It turned out to be a leaking Intake Manifold gasket as well as an intake air sensor glitch. I could have searched this issue for a long long time but Ed and his crew found and fixed it as well as replaced my front tire and did a tune on my Thundermax ECM in just three days. My bike has never run as well as it is now. I just returned from a week in the Eastern High Sierras and my bike performed (even in high altitude) flawlessly. Thank you so much Ed.
