What he did do, however, is he did do a great diagnosis and then let me know my various options which turned out to be that the best thing I could do was take my bike back to the dealer. To tell my story, I own a Royal Enfield and the bike died on me. I had it towed to the shop and Jerry and his team checked it out. As this is a Royal Enfield, they are fairly rare and parts for them can be pretty hard to come by. After the diagnosis, Jerry took the time to call the various dealers in the area and even check on eBay to see if he could get the part. When he contacted me he informed me that he had no way of knowing where or when he would be able to find that part. Thus, we discussed the matter and it was decided that probably the best thing to do was to take the bike back to the dealership where they have better access to the parts. He held the bike for me for a few days, when it could finally be towed to the dealership. He is a very nice and friendly individual and really knows his stuff. Moreover, he didn't try to charge me an absurd amount of money just to give me a diagnosis and he was very honest about the fact that he would have trouble getting the part. Thus, he is a very trustworthy business owner which I believe you could easily relying on to get your bike fixed correctly.

After a few hour drive, I met the staff who is genuinely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and holds rider safety as a top priority. They never tried to push a sale on me, but instead tried to make sure I purchased something that was right for me...as they say at CA Boss Hoss, "There's an ass for every saddle!" and they are dead set on making a perfect match! We shared many phone conversations and email exchanges. Amazingly, they never seemed to tire of my endless questions and concerns...or they were very good at hiding it (; If they didnt know the answer off hand, they asked who they needed to ask, did their research, and got back to me in a timely manner. I decided on a 2006 Ural and they did so great on this bike that no one believes it isn't new! Don even worked hard to find me a couple Ural accessories I planned on ordering for a better price than I could get ordering on my own. He saved me almost $200. My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!
