Great food! A little spendy so be prepared to spend a little more but completely worth it. This is a great spot to splurge. Cozy and welcoming environment and the staff is friendly and very helpful

Decent rotating sushi place in Clackamas. Sushi was ok. We sat near the conveyor belt so could get things quickly. Not the most attentive staff, which echosnin the reviews. Prior to this we ordered for pick up a couple times. It's ok. Wasn't a disaster like some reviews say. If you're looking for basic sushi, it'll do

We ate dinner here with friends last night. Service was good and the food was tasty. Generous portions resulted in leftovers. The paper sushi menu is the MOST challenging to read. They must use size four font. Try reading that in a dark booth. I was tempted to walk over to the assembly sushi at the counter but I didn't know if that was cool or not. Our waitress told us later it's fine and most people can't read the menu either. Not to owner -- fix it! lol Other than that, overall good experience with easy parking. Will go back, maybe with a magnifying glass, haaaa!

Expect a VERY long wait. I placed an order togo and had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be ready on top of the 1 hour ETA time. Sat there waiting while the workers took in a bunch of customers. The food: We got ordered both sushi and the teppanyaki. The fish quality isn't the best and the rolls weren't that good either. One of the fish used in our rainbow roll tasted kind of fishy. The noodles were average. The protein (we got calamri and chicken) were both really dry. The worst part of the entire meal was the fried rice that comes with the teppanyaki. I'm not sure if this is how teppanyaki fried rice is supposed to taste like, but the rice was very mushy and soft, imagine if sticky rice got way overcooked, and had a weird flavor. I tried really hard to finish it but couldn't. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant because of the long wait and mediocre food especially since it's high priced. Giving it 2 stars with the benefit of the doubt that I should've ordered better sushi rolls.

Great service! Drinks and food were amazing! Everything we had was very fresh! I would recommend it to anyone in the area. Workers were very attentive and funny.

Their generous portions of crab boil--complete with potatoes, corn, sausage, and egg--have always made it feel like a great value, especially compared to other crab boil restaurants. Their Cajun butter sauce remains outstanding and is still one of my favorites. Previously located at the Happy Valley food carts, The Kracked Crab has since moved to a new location. Unfortunately, it's not immediately obvious they're in a food court setting, as the building signage only says "Sunny Sides," which made it a bit difficult to find. This was my first visit to their new location, and while I was genuinely excited to return with my daughter for a pre-movie dinner, the experience fell short of expectations. We already knew what we wanted to order--two #3 Legilicious meals--but upon arrival, there seemed to be confusion at the counter with the two groups ahead of us. The ordering process felt disorganized and lacked a sense of urgency. It appeared that the main staff member was working alone, possibly being trained by a manager or owner who was intermittently present. Our food took over 45 minutes to be prepared, which was surprising given the limited number of customers. This delay caused us to rush through our meal in order to make our movie on time. When the food finally arrived, the presentation and quality were noticeably different from past visits. The crab appeared less fresh, with some pieces looking freezer-burnt, and while the portion seemed large at first glance, much of it consisted of thinner crab legs, and a little watery. That said, the Cajun butter sauce was still excellent--rich, flavorful, and as memorable as always. A small bright spot was the care taken in packing our leftovers. The owner kindly ensured everything was sealed well so the buttery sauce wouldn't spill in the car. I especially appreciate this because I enjoy repurposing the potatoes and sausage the next morning for breakfast. Despite this less-than-stellar experience, The Kracked Crab is still my favorite seafood spot. I sincerely hope they're able to return to their previous standards in both crab quality and service speed. I'll definitely be giving them another chance.

We decided to try them out. We planned on having one to go, so we can enjoy them in the comfort of our home, and take our time. We were lucky we did that! We ordered one Full Catch (2 clusters, 12 shrimp, that includes potatoes, egg, sausage & corn on the cob). It was a perfect combo for two of us! We picked the Garlic Parmesan Drips. It was tasty, from beginning to end. A lot of work! It was messy! It was different and interesting. It was spendy! We've been eating the Oregon Dungeness Crab, but this was so much sweeter, you can really taste the difference! It was PERFECT!

Walked in to a pretty tiny bar with a very few tables. Half a dozen video poker machines. There is a covered patio. It was pretty cold and one table had multiple smokers. Some ganja was being consumed also. Ate inside. Fairly noisy, however it is a small bar. They have daily specials, today being smoked brisket. Meal came. Brisket was pretty good. Tender though not real smoky. Small corn cob was pretty soft from overcooking. Scalloped potatoes were OK. Just seemed like sliced potatoes with cheese melted on them in the microwave. Toast was fine. Extreme small kitchen. Surprised they can put out so much food from such a tiny area. Service was good and friendly. This spot offers an unexpected menu with everything from steaks, seafood, chicken, sandwiches and more. One of my new favorites is their French dip. So good! Everything we've order has been delicious. Everything is flavorful, well prepared, and served fresh and hot. On nights that they offer seafood or other "special" items it's a limited amount so they'll run out of some things pretty early. Get there for an early dinner if you can. Service is a little hit and miss. We've been in on days that our server was amazing and super friendly and other days that a server barely glanced our direction and never even came to our table. I think a couple of them really focus on their known regulars and less on people they don't immediately recognize. It's a very small dining area with limited seating but there are a few tables outside in a covered area as well. Several video poker machines are available if that's your thing. There's lots of parking, just be careful on your stroll to the door along Hwy 224. Cars are moving fast and focused on making the light more than where you might be walking on the side of the road. It's even a little more sketchy when the summer rafter start hitting the area. Overall, excellent food can be found here and is totally worth checking out. They also have a Facebook page, that I just discovered, that highlights their food offering from day to day. Give it a try!

Because the temperature is less than 40 degrees, we hurried up with our order, so she can go back & close the windows, where it's warmer. We both ordered 2-3 fish and chowder. It took about 7 mins. maybe more, for our order to be done. I actually was disappointed: there were two or three (for hubby's order) fish sticks, (and they looked burned). I was hoping for some chips but I guess that was EXTRA, and we didn't order that. Total for mine is $10. The tartar sauce was filled with dill. The chowder (be both agreed), was salty! (We've tasted that SAME chowder elsewhere before). The lemon was fresh! (Probably, the only thing plus the dill, that's fresh there). This is the first time I wanted Fish & Chips, and Chowder, and no chips or fries. Totally my fault! I should have read the menu, and I shouldn't feel sorry for someone who is cold, and try to rush my order, when I only have seconds to pick what I wanted. I SHOULD have spend more time reading everything BEFORE I ordered. (I've ordered them so many times, in my life, I was assuming chips or fries came with the order).
