Good ramen and rice options. Portions are big and reasonably priced. Their spicy fried chicken is very good.

Doesn't look much from the outside. It is tucked into the corner of a small shopping area. Parking was pretty packed so I was lucky to find a spot right up front. It's a standard, quaint restaurant. Booths are lined in the side and tables in the center. The service was quick and streamlined. I was quite impressed by the black garlic tonkotsu. Nice portion of pork. Good meat to fat ratio. Egg was cooked to perfection. The broth was super rich and flavorful with the right amount of fat. The spicy paste I got on the side was a lovely addition that gave it just enough kick. I cannot verify how the noodles were since I am currently on keto and gave them all the my kids. Would definitely return again the future. It might look like a generic fast food ramen joint, but do not be fooled because the food is tastier and heartier than most of its competitors.

Average prices, good portion sizes. Average flavor. Very little variety. Good service. Had two types of ramen, tofu had zero flavor and pork very fatty and inedible. The worst part is the restaurant smells of oil. I currently smell like oil and we were only there 30 minutes. My eyes sting. Definitely one and done for us. Nothing witty going back for.

I think this place has potential but unfortunately it missed the mark with us today. We went here on a Saturday evening and they had like 5 tables already being served but plenty of open spots. We got the black garlic tonkotsu and the umami bowl. I thought the black garlic had good flavor, plenty of noodles and the pork was decent, nice and soft. But the umami bowl broth was very bland, and the Karaage had little to no flavor. I did like the bamboo shoots and the portions are good, but the flavor was disappointing. The chili oil adds some flavor but that's not what I came for, I came for a flavorful rich ramen broth. The noodles just aren't quite typical ramen noodles that you would expect, they seem more like the egg noodles in wonton (not a bad thing but just not what we expected). The booth behind us also had a leak from the ceiling and was dripping behind me every few minutes, hopefully they'll fix this sooner than later... The server was nice though! Honestly don't know if I'll come back, but I hope they can make some improvements for the future.

Solid place with good ramen and nice service. We went there yesterday after concerts in the park and I ordered the miso ramen and my friend got the chicken karage ramen. My broth was delicous, excpcially after I added the spicy chili oil in. The egg was cooked a perfect soft boil and there was plenty of noodles. My bowl had 3 thick strips of pork belly and some veggies. Next time I'll order more veggies and toppings to it. My friend liked his ramen, the chicken was delicous and I think it would have been bettered order in the appetizer so it didn't get soggy by the broth, but it was still good. Also he tasted mine and liked my broth better and I agree. Get the miso broth.

I was craving ramen and ordering ramen to go anywhere is not the same like having it serve at a restaurant. So, when I saw that this place was now taking dine in, I had to try it out! I came in and waited 15 minutes before being seated and the menu was very simple and short. They have rice, salad and about seven different ramens to choose from and add on choices as well. My boyfriend got the Umami Bowl and I ordered the Tsukemen. The food came out fairly quick. My boyfriend told me he liked the Umami bowl which came out steaming hot and he was happy about how everything tasted. He told me he liked how the eggs were boiled and I agree. The way the eggs still have a consistency of yolk is perfect! My bowl of Tsukemen which is separated into two bowls: the noodles which is for dipping the second bowl of broth. Unfortunately, I had a different experience than my boyfriend because my broth was lukewarm and not hot. I had Tsukemen before and usually they served it with hot soup. The flavors were there, but having room temperature broth was very unsatisfying to me. Overall my experience here was okay. It was a bit pricey for the portion given, and the egg and flavors were good, but not enough to draw me back in.

I ordered the Dragon Roll and Las Vegas roll. Both were quite tasty. We also ordered the Agedashi Tofu as a starter, a 6 piece of the Oysters, the Salmon Sashimi Flight, and House Tonkotsu Ramen. The oysters were pretty small, but packed with flavor. The Salmon Sashimi tasted very fresh and we loved the assortment of pieces.

If you are familiar…read morewith it, it has the same super upscale, swanky vibe and décor that the previous place had. If you want scenery, Mirakutei is probably unbeatable. When we arrived, the place was completely empty, save for one table. We should have taken this as a warning and left (Clackamas Town Center is ALWAYS crazily busy, and for a fancy restaurant there to be almost empty speaks volumes). Since we chose this place specifically based on the many positive reviews, we figured we'd give it a go. It pains me to write this review, but one star is what Mirakutei earned. The menu is, well, let's just call it "unexpected". I don't know what they're going for, but "pesto" on sushi doesn't seem like a fusion that should exist. We ordered a variety of items, and across the board, they were all terrible. Prices are also REALLY high. The "salmon flight" consisted of four pieces of salmon nigiri, each of a different variety. I don't know what any of them were, but only one of the three had any semblance of flavor, and one was probably the toughest piece of fish I've ever been served. The yellowtail fared slightly better, but it was garnished with what appeared to be off-cuts or scrap that had been chopped to oblivion. This garnish did NOTHING to add to the flavor, texture, or appeal of the nigiri. We also made the mistake of ordering the "Hello Kitty". Don't do this. It is a typical California roll sullied by a pressed patty of, again, what appear to be fish off-cuts that are chopped to oblivion, pressed into a patty shape, overcooked, and draped on top of a cut CA roll with each piece turned on its side. Again, this was just gross. The most egregious foul was the "salmon" that was in one half of one of the rolls. It had spoiled, and literally was a slimy fall-apart mush. There is NO excuse in the world for this, and much shame is due to the chef (or management for forcing the chef to use spoiled items). We pointed this out to our waitress, who was very apologetic, and brought out a complimentary piece of mochi ice cream to us in an impossibly short amount of time. It happened so quickly that it seems to have to be their standard procedure that everybody's at the ready to do ("If a guest calls us out for serving spoiled fish, bring them a piece of mochi ice cream"). We were extremely disappointed, and left with a lot of what we'd ordered uneaten, and both of us feeling queasy. We won't be back.

Anyone looking for hand-pulled noodles: as of May 2025, you will not find them here. They apparently stopped serving them. May return for: Beef In Chili Sauce (cold) - I love this dish and have had it at many other places. Chili oil was delicious; onions and cilantro went well with the thin slices of beef. Would not return for: anything else. Taiwan Beef Brisket Tomato Noodle soup - it was bland broth, unfortunately. Uncooked spinach and tomatoes added on top, very little flavor. Brisket was not very soft. Mongolian Beef Chow Mein - there was a puddle of sauce at the bottom of the bowl, which I would not expect for chow mein. Definitely not cooked in a wok (or done very poorly). Handmade spicy pork wontons - also not flavorful. If they used the chili oil on the Beef in Chili dish, this might taste better. Right off I-205 and just a short cruise up into Happy Valley, this spot feels like the food cart scene finally put on a clean shirt and got its life together. It's modern, it's polished, and it sits in a neighborhood where you don't feel like you need to keep your head on a swivel. No chaos, no nonsense just good eats and a relaxed vibe. What makes this place stand out? Options. A ridiculous amount of them. This isn't a "hope everyone agrees on tacos" situation. This is a "you get what you want, I get what I want, and we all win" kind of place. I've officially made it my mission few days left to try as many carts as humanly possible. Call it a food tour, call it a personal challenge, call it reckless ambition... I'm doing it anyway. We kicked things off at K-Pop Korean Hawaiian BBQ-because when you roll with a buddy from Hawaii, that's basically law. And let me tell you, it delivers. Bold flavors, solid portions, and that perfect fusion vibe that just works. Honestly, it set the bar high and that's saying something, because every cart here seems to bring their A-game. The setup is dialed in too. Covered seating for those rainy Oregon days, indoor space when winter decides to show up with attitude, and open-air areas when you want to sip a little wine or knock back a cold brew like a civilized adult. Surrounded by trees and mountain views, it almost tricks you into thinking you planned something outdoorsy... when really, you just came to eat. And here's the kicker it's clean. Like, noticeably clean. The carts look new, the area is well kept, and the whole place feels intentional. Not slapped together. Not gritty. This is food carting with standards. If you're local, you already know. If you're passing through, put this at the top of your list. And if you're doing a full-on food truck tour? Start here. Set the tone right. Because trust me after this, when you head back downtown and start dodging zombies and chaos... you'll miss this place real quick.
