This is always a solid, quick meal spot for us. Tonight we got the nachos with chicken. I would say these were just average. They were advertised at premium nacho's but there wasn't really any chicken on them at all. I would not get these again. To eat we got the inferno burger (my fav!), the works burger, and the kids chicken and french fries. We always get these three items and they never miss. The seasoned fries and the bar with toppings and condiments is a nice touch. They have the freestyle soda machines so you can mix up what flavors you get in your favorite soda. We tried the peppermint milkshake tonight. I thought it was average at best. The milk/ice cream combo tasted almost artificial. Love this Fuddruckers location inside Jordan's furniture and the IMAX theater. It makes the perfect pre-show meal before going to a movie. They always have special milkshakes and sometimes they are even movie related (Avatar blue shakes last year). The burgers are not the best I've ever had but they are solid. They get the job done and there is a huge condiment bar to get even more value and toppings for your burger. I got the Chipotle BBQ burger which was really good. My only complaint is the last time I went, all our burgers were drenched with onions. Maybe skip out on the onions in your order unless you love onions. The food quality is more 3.5/5 but the location and purpose of this particular Fuddruckers is 5/5. read more

This Fuddruckers was not only newly remodeled, but the staff were all friendly, the place was extremely clean, and the food was perfectly prepared. It's nested inside a Jordan's furniture store, and I was so shocked that it was as beautiful and clean as it was. The staff were all extremely nice. Diane, Haley, and Kelly(?) at the front counter were friendly and knowledgeable, and we were so happy that we came. I don't know what it is, but for a fast casual chain......I'd put Fuddruckers at the top of the mountain for affordable and quick burgers that are simply outstanding. The buns are the best in the business, the beef always consistently cooked and a perfect blend. Who doesn't love a toppins' bar where you can choose whatever and however much of multiple items to add to the top. Oh, and there is unlimited cheese sauce for your burger or sides. The space is always super clean, they even bus the tables for you. It's massive, seating area ranges from high top tables to large, comfortable booths. The self service fountain machines are usually up and running, full of all of the flavors you want from those types of LCD screen contraption. I usually get a pound burger, cooked medium....and it's $10 freaking dollars! No, it's not all for me....I share with my wife/kids. Our sons also love the mac and cheese and the occasional grilled cheese. That break on the grilled cheese is mighty tasty. Kudos to them for also throwing in a FULL sliced up apple for the kids, this gets devoured before the sandwiches do. $2.49 upgrade to a full sized milkshake for the kiddos we also all share? Don't mind if I do. If the place had one drawback, it's the option of only steak fries. I put these at the bottom of the crispy (eerr they rarely are) nightshade family. If they made fries that rivaled something like Five Guys, I'd probably eat here more often that we already do. The first time I came here, more than a decade ago, I thought the space was pretty cool. Now that I've visited several other, newer, Fuddruckers in the Northeast, I've drifted a bit towards "Meh, it's decent." The space is huge with lots of seating, though it was mostly tables and chairs suitable for larger groups, or side counters with rows of chairs. Unfortunately, a lot of customers don't clean their tables well, leaving a lot of work for the staff who get around to it as they can, so empty tables might not be clean. The toppings bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. This is one of the things I really like in general about a good Fuddruckers. Orders are processed really quickly, but that doesn't necessarily correlate to how quickly you'll get your meal. Of the 2 burgers in our order, the medium was slightly underdone, and the medium-well was slightly overdone, but otherwise both were okay. The fries are more like small wedges. The Coke machines are fun. You've got several good burger options within a few miles radius, both independent restaurants and chains. I'd put this one about in the middle; I'll almost always be okay going here, but I'll visit other places too. read more

This is a great fast casual choice with decent food that is higher quality than most. I only give it 4 starts for the design, it is LOUD in there. There are lots of kiddos, large family, and people just trying to have a nice burger and it sounds like Gillette Stadium. The staff are usually great, especially the manager with the bald haircut, you can tell he is always on point. Cashiers need some more training, but that comes with time. It's a large menu. The bussers also do a great job, so I am always sure to leave a dollar or two tip for them. Good food! Super nice employees! It was over 90 Fahrenheit and I didn't want my dog Sugar to stay in the car, even with my AC on, during my ToGo order. I asked for permission, and they let Sugar hang out while I ordered. I stayed away from people the best I could, and I saw that nobody was visibly offended by us. In fact, everyone was so kind, and some customers went out of their way to say hi and make her feel comfortable. Sugar is very old--18--and so I'm celebrating her birthday every day all summer. Every day she gets a special treat or special play date. The cashier suggested the "unseasoned" patty for her (which I tasted) and realized I actually prefer because it's less salty. (I will be ordering that the next time.) On the way home, Sugar sat glued to my side with her paw on my leg and smiling from ear to ear, and seeing her happiness, I was smiling, too. Thank you Fuddruckers! Now for the food: The self-serve condiments are back again! Like Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally, I like my customizable food. We used to take the kids to Fuddruckers in, if memory serves, Saugus every once in a while. I recall their burgers being good if not necessarily great. But I will tell you that either my memory failed me or they've improved. Because my son and I had lunch here today and the burgers are really outstanding. I get a 1/2 pound beast and you can get one up to a pound! I asked for it medium rare and that's exactly how it came - big, juicy, tasty. I got the Swiss melt (Swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions.) Fries are good, not great. But good. (I actually ordered the sweet potato fries and they screwed up but I didn't care.) It always drives me crazy when people rave about places like In-N-Out or Five Guys. (Five Guys does have good fries.) Those places are good and they serve their purpose but they just do NOT have a great burger. They are not memorable. Don't take my word for it, compare and see for yourself. And it doesn't even have to be Fuddrucker's. Any good pub will often have a better burger. Because it's just some chef back there taking fresh meat, giving you a ton of it and cooking it right. Newly renovated and very cool contemporary rustic feel. This location is packed on the weekend and it can take a while to get your food. Finding a table can also be a challenge during those times. They clear the tables for you when you are done so the thought of just walking out without cleaning up is not a concept I am used to; but a very nice treat. The condiment station is always well stocked and the create your own soda station is great as well. One tip, push the dispense button a few seconds to wash the last selection out of the lines before yours comes through. The burgers and chicken have some sort of seasoning on them so I always ask for non seasoning while I order. The sautéed onions have a lot of pepper in them so be aware of that before ordering. No way to change that because I assume them are prepackaged. I find the burger sizes and chicken sizes to be consistent from visit to visit. I do not find the amount of mushrooms or onions, or fries to be close to consistent. This is my one compliant about this establishment. Love FuddRuckers. I think I remember this franchise way back in CT; they used to be on the highways and had sides of beef hanging in the windows. I don't remember eating in them back then but I stop by from time to time in MA now and they always deliver the goods. Smallish menu which is always a good sign for me...keep it simple, remove variables and excess paths to failure. The burgers are not 'the best in the world' as they say, I think this is because the buns could be of a little better quality. Also, the toppings you get with your order can look a bit sad, but you can more than make up for that at the toppings bar. The burgers we got for a large party of kids were ordered medium rare but were a bit pink down the middle upon delivery: they were really good but it was a bit off-putting to see pure pink. Speaking of which, they don't take reservations but were very insightful on how to seat 14 people. Also, we paid less than $150 to feed the whole party and they didn't care at all that we brought along a cake...they even lent us a knife to cut it. The interiors, especially the one at Jordan's (no surprise, thanks Warren Buffet) are surprisingly cool, fresh and clean. They make the interiors looks effortlessly inviting and efficient but I have a feeling it takes a lot of work to pull off. Though the menu is small, I recall some specials (not sure they have these anymore, or maybe just not at this location) featuring buffalo and elk burgers, which is a neat touch though may only exist at the Route 1 location. At any rate, once you've put you visit the toppings bar you have yourself a top-shelf burger. The onions rings are also really good, though the spicy cheesy fries were on the messy side and I wouldn't rush back to them. Thinking back, I remember the Route 1 location as thematically different but consistent with this and the few other locations we've visited. Consistency and value are where it's at and this place delivers. Go get your Fuddruckers on, and if you haven't gone because the name makes you anxious and uncertain, get over it. Not a huge fan of the word "tasty" but it's definitely the descriptor that comes to mind. It's the other parts that confuse me. How a 1/3lb hamburger (just the meat, ma'am), salad subbed for fries and a drink from a fast food restaurant can come to almost $13? Why do birds.... suddenly appear... every time... you are near? No idea. Also, the display case is totally unnecessary. I'm not picking my own steak or a particularly feisty lobster - it's a friggin' burger. Grab one of those uniform patties and get to sizzling. Finally, the bun. Back in the days of old, the entire cap was brushed with butter and sprinkled with sesame. I visited Fuddruckers last Sunday and didn't really know what to expect, really! Normally, burger places are quite underwhelming to me for a multitude of reasons (pricing is expensive for what you actually get, lack of flavor/bland ingredients) but this was an enjoyable experience. Its menu offered a variety of selections that all sounded quite appealing. Plus, the burgers are pretty stacked! Once you pay for your burger, you can head over to the toppings table to add condiments and other ingredients onto it. I ordered a veggie burger and added shredded lettuce and salsa. Be sure to get the cheese sauce- it's SO good. The honey mustard they have is a bit eh, in my opinion, but the cheese sauce is seriously out of this world.
