Biff was great initially when I first contacted him about installing Borla exhaust on my new F150. When I showed up the day of the appointment he seemed different. When I came to pick up the truck the exhaust didn't look right. It was hanging low and slanted from side to side. A week later while driving the left side fell completely off! I texted Biff for help and to this day has not bothered to respond. I sent him pictures and asked for a refund on the installation. Nothing. No return call or response. Red Flag! They put 230 miles on my car when they had it. Told me it would take 6-8 weeks. They had the car for about 5 months. Wouldn't answer my calls. Wouldn't call back. Had no idea what they were doing. They cut a hole through my floorboard area under the rear seat to replace a fuel pump that didn't need replaced. They put it in incorrectly so fumes from the gas went into the cab of car. Had to pay another shop $607 to fix it because FTW refused. 2 of my catalytic converters I never got back. My factory exhaust pipes were never given back to me. My wiper fluid reservoir and complete system was removed. I have no wiper fluid anymore. The tune sucks. Complete trash. I paid over $2k for the custom exhaust and you can buy custom exhaust kits for this vehicle for $600-$700. They don't communicate. I had to drive 90 miles over there to see what was going on with my car because no one would tell me. Couldn't even get ahold of them. Gas fumes in my car were unbearable, burned my eyes and lungs and was completely unsafe for me and my child. They stole my catalytic converters that are worth $750 each. The manufacturer wants over $1,000 for each one. The place is complete trash. Didn't have permission to cut a hole in my floorboard, didn't seal the fuel pump properly. That's not the correct way to do that. Instead of dropping the fuel tank, they cut a hole through the cab of vehicle! Never even told me they did it. I removed my back seat and found where the unbearable fumes were coming from. FTW? More like WTF! My oil pan leaks profusely now. The build was $5k more than what I was quoted when I went to pick the vehicle up. That was another surprise from WTF. Completely disgusting, and worse choice I've ever made in 23 years being in the auto industry. Instead of bending the exhaust pipes for my custom exhaust they cut and welded like 20 pieces together and I never got my original exhaust back that was stainless steel and would have lasted forever, or catalytic converters. This place is a complete disgrace. They have no business doing that kind of work and their customer service gets an "F". Hey Biff, you remind me of Back to the Future where Marty has to try and go back in time to fix everything. You should just shut down shop bud. You don't take responsibility for the things you destroy. Quit gaslighting people who you create bad experiences for. Do right the first time, 2nd time or 3rd time. my brother just got his car back from FTW just today. we had to bring his car in by trailer 3x for the same problem and each time it barley made it home before having the original issue occur again. each time they charged him a minimum of $1000 even when it was the same problem unresolved. this last time my dad went with to try to negotiate lowering the price and biff the owner was trying to charge another $1000 for a problem they have still yet to fix after 3 trips and 4 months. He argued that his employees won't get paid for this job if my dad doesn't pay him the full amount and that my dad was threatening him so there was no negotiation that was going to be made. He then proceeded to yell at my dad after 20 minutes of arguing saying it's my brothers fault that the car isn't fixed and refuse to negotiate anything then cursed him out and told him to "pay the fucking bill and get out of here" i would not recommend going here unless you want your bank account to hurt and your car not to be fixed. His car is still leaking oil and engine light is still on after all these trips! poor business skills all around! this business will not go far with your shitty attitude towards customers. read more

BEWARE OF THE NEW OWNERSHIP SINCE 2022. Brought my well maintained and dealership serviced 2015 BRZ in for a pre-dyno inspection and was sold on fixing the oil pan gasket. Less than 70 miles later my oil pickup tube clogged and wiped out my motor. I took it back to see what could be done. They gave me the option to tear it apart to determine fault but that I would be on the hook for labor if they didn't accept liability. I said to not do anything if it meant I would spend more money with them. Instead they pulled my motor anyway and cleaned it out destroying any evidence. I spent a month trying to patiently work out what they would be willing to do and they would deflect to owner/service/tech and never get back to me on a definitive answer. They eventually offered me a "deal" for $8500 replacement engine or that I could take it back with engine out of the car for no charge. Since I dropped the car off run and driving and requested it returned the same way (especially since I didn't approve any additional work) they charged me $850 to have my broken motor put back in... I go through a lot of cars and have used many shops with no issues. No idea what is wrong with these guys but new FTW is as bad as it can possibly get. read more

Too bad I can only give one star. Set up an appointment to get a car tuned on pump and E, Andy told us it would take about 2 hours. Okay no problem. Dropped the car off Thursday to get tuned Friday. 2pm Andy has the car up on the dyno. He told us he didn't have the software to tune the car and that it would take over an hour to install. First you knew a week ago that you would be tuning this car and you still couldn't be prepared with software to do so? Around 3-330 he starts doing pulls, after about 4 pulls he comes over and says this is what it's reading and I don't know why. He goes back to the car to start the E portion of it and he comes back and says I have to send someone to the store because I don't have any E. Waited over 30 minutes for whoever he sent to come back. Here it is 6pm with absolutely no progress and the car still on the dyno. Funny how 2 hours can turn into 4+ hours due to lack of professionalism and actually being prepared to do a job that you knew about a week prior. I highly recommend everyone spend the little extra to go to a tuner who will make their customers a priority and not waste their time. read more

I came with limited knowledge on performance before my tune and bolt on install, but the staff was cool enough to share their knowledge and keep me "in the loop" during the whole process. Worst Glenwood Business, ever. I have repeatedly been ignored by these guys. I have contacted them Multiple times, over the period of several Months. Everytime, they claimed the Person I needed to talk to was not in, and to leave my info, and they would call me back, to help me out. No one ever called. On top of that, I have gone IN to the business (or so it's claimed to be), to speak with someone, and true to fashion, they sya the Person is not there, and to come back later. The guys at the front counter are useless. They never have any info to help customers, nor are they knowledged aboutt he Equipment, to actually Lend a Hand themselves. They have a DYNO, but so what? Long story short in a list. .they had my audi a4 for 8 months .took 8 months to install a plug in play computer and put a complete shit tune on it. .had to park my car a week after getting it back .air/fuel ratio's were completely wrong running lean and rich at certain rpms. .my waste gate was cracked and they didn't offer me to buy a new one or offer to fix it they just worked around it or didn't even know who knows!! Found this out after finding a real audi tuner. .they said they couldn't contact the people that they bought the 1800 dollar maxxecu computer from and I got a hold of them within an hour on a sunday. So they abruptly lied to me. . Andy there tuner, broke my exhaust off driving it onto the dyno and they charged me 275 dollars as soon as I walked in the door(didn't tell me on phone). Welded it on so low to the ground that I could barely make it out the driveway .car was covered in new scratch''s and dings after sitting outside there shop for over a half a year. Car was beautiful before. .I had to bring my car to portland where I found a real audi tuner that had no idea about the after market computer and still managed to make it perfect haha. .I dont recommend this shop at all they suck big kuhunas hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah read more

**BEWARE** Do not let these imbeciles touch your car!! I took my car there for a simple supercharger swap, fuel system, and tune. Should not have taken more than three weeks to complete.. Approximately 244 days later, I FINALLY got my car back, but not without a slew of issues. My car had to be towed back 3 times for fuel system leaks and once because my supercharger melted from the inside due to their inexperience working on cars. My intercooler pump was nonfunctional, which they should have recognized. Instead, Andy insisted on tuning my car in 100 degree weather. It was then my supercharger fried! I didn't get but 10 miles home before check engine lights popped up and coolant sprayed all over my engine. Of course FTW knew they were at fault because they did one thing right, and that was getting my supercharger rebuilt at their expense. I called Kenne Bell, the manufacturer, and they confirmed also that the bypass valve was broken, which also resulted in excess heat! A direct result of their tech puttin on and taking my supercharger off 5 times because he didnt know what he was doing. During this debacle, I was charged an exorbitant amount of money, over 11k dollars, which included excess labor charges and parts they couldn't account for. I personally sat down with Jason, Co owner (I think, that's what he told me his title was), and we itemized my statement, that I had already paid in full. We came to the amount that they OVERCHARGED me by 1,400.00!!!!!!! Based on this theft, and my supercharger malfunctioning due to their error, I demanded they fix and pay me back for the amount they ripped me off for. He agreed and I got my check. Thats the only thing that saved them from seeing me in court. Also, after receiving my car, I later found pictures that surfaced through some local car groups, that FTW had showcased my car in an annual meet, which had approx 150 visitors. My car was displayed with my hood up and WITHOUT my consent. I only found out later by finding pictures of my car, and after further investigating, FTW had also used my car in a REV contest!! Totally unprofessional, dishonest group of liars this place is. I had been lied to so many times about the condition of my car throughout the 10 months it was in their possession. This shop has destroyed my outlook on performance shops, and I will for now on do all of my own repair work. I do not know how they remain in business. The pack 50+ cars in at once and lie to customers about the progress. There's so much more I could add to this but I can't spend all week typing. FTW, more like WTF. read more

I got a 04 Impreza from a car lot who said that most the Subarus they get come from you guys and the spoke highly of your company well when I test drove it the car smoked alittle and I asked the sales man he said that the cat had extensive work done to the engine that its gonna smoke from time to time and not to worry then the car started throwing codes and smoking still like 2 weeks later So I went down to your shop and was trying to fig out who had worked on the car so I could fig out what all work was done to it and I walked in and there's like 5 workers just sitting in the office so I asked for help and one of the workers came out and looked at it he said it looks like there was work done to the engine and not to worry that when you get internal work done that the engine smokes from time to time well I asked if they could hook it up to the machine to check the codes and to check the smoke and make sure that was what it was and he said they were to busy well now I'm sitting here with a blown head gasket and no money to pay a shop to fix it so I have a lawn ornament ... read more

I picked up a totaled Subaru Forester from auction. I got everything back together, got it lowered, got new wheels and tires and I couldn't clear the new tires, and my exhaust scraped everywhere. It was almost not drive-able. I gave Bryan a call and explained what was going on. He asked me to bring my Forester in to have it checked out. He didn't charge me to diagnose anything, he looked at my car and told me exactly what needed to be done and nothing extra. (Like most other shops). I asked when I could get my car in and he told me right then and that he could have it done and ready to pick up by the end of the day. A few hours rolled by and he called me saying it was ready to pick up. I took the car down the road and it drove like a dream! No more rubbing or scraping, it handles tight corners better at higher speeds and feels like a new car! I will always come back to FTW for ANYTHING that needs to be done to my Subaru.
