I had a unique situation. My home electrical overheated. It basically fogged my truck in smoldering wires fumes for the last 14 years. I'm very concerned about toxins. Despite my oversharng of ongoing details, he hung in there. He's a fantastic listener, he really focused on me & my needs. He happily drove me home & to my rig, a really nice service. I shared what I had learned about how to resolve this situation. He didn't try to be the arrogant boy who knows more. Nope, he absorbed the information. Then we discussed his process and approach. We came to agreement quickly. Then he performed 100% of what he said he'd do! Not a corner cut, he just invested in the project and got it done. He was a very good communicator and all around nice guy! Because my stuff is toxic, I requested he bag & box it up for hazardous disposal later. He gave it all back fully labeled and organized!! Totally perfect job. I actually really like him, the big gentle giant that he is. Man of his words. He and his crew were fast & good. I now have a much cleaner truck. Lilly is refreshed, clean inside & out. While she's not perfect (we didn't replace anything yet pending insurance) she's much safer to use again. If I could give six stars, I would! Tanner went above and beyond what anyone would expect from the owner of a small business for his service. After calling several companies for a quote on my Dirty car, Tanner was the only one who recognized that as the parent of a small child (he heard the baby in the background). Not only was he quick, friendly, and efficient, he was extremely thoughtful. As this happened at the height of rainy season, my seat was stained from water and floorboard was wet. Tanner promptly Scheduled my Apt ASAP. Furthermore, they also flushed my sunroof drains for free at a later time. This by far is the best detailing company I have been to, they did everything in a timely matter and Deshawn(the gentleman who cleaned my car), did a phenomenal job with all the dog hair and dirt I have from hiking and being in the outdoors. Tanner and his crew did an excellent job. I brought in my Acura TSX for an interior and exterior detail prior to selling it. The car had been well loved for five years and this was the first time I had taken it in to be detailed and was beyond satisfied with the results. My only disappointment was that I sold the car soon after and didn't get a chance to fully enjoy the make-over. I got the 4-hour complete interior detail, and my car looks like new (which is not easy considering I have a dog and a horse and it was filthy.)
