Wasn't pleased with the work they did - outside of the vehicle was still dirty when I got home and looked it over. It wasn't the drive home that got it dirty either. When you wash a vehicle and don't really scrub it shows... and when you don't hand dry them you will miss a lot of dirt as well. There were many places where the dirt was missed - doors, fenders, side panels front and back... the price was good but I won't be going back. read more

I can't say enough good things about this shop! In my opinion, Extreme Clean should be the only place to get your car detailed and cleaned. Great communication and and managing expectations for my 2001 Corolla. My vehicle I would say was in medium need of detailing, mostly full of autumn and winter debris. When I picked up my car, all the surfaces had been washed or polished. The interior windows and glass were spotless. It must have been an easy job, because she also polished the exterior of my windows. A spot on my dash that previously had a hands-free device glued to it was finally smooth and no longer sticky. Took my car in for a buff and wax. Pretty shoddy work as there are still many areas where oxidation can still be seen and I'm doubtful it was waxed because water is not beading up like it should. They ran a buffer over a decal on the body and removed some of the decal. They asked to keep the car overnight and still couldn't get it done right. Definitely not worth the money. read more

I took my '06 Tahoe in to get detailed and headlights restored. They did a great job getting some of the mold spots in it because it sat for a bit. The headlight restoration was mediocre at best, and there was a lot of details that did not get clean(see photos). I just feel for $400 the level of cleaning detail would have been better. In my opinion if you cannot get the headlights to restore due to the inside, don't charge a customer for a service you are unable to provide. Update: Got a hold of Mike at Extreme Clean and he is having me bring it back in on Tuesday to take care of what was missed free of charge and give me a lift back to my home. Will modify rating and post another update upon completion and inspection. **Update**: Turns out, Mike was not given the correct information when my vehicle was dropped off(I was not present due to work). Mike's team did a great job for what info they had and Mike even went above and beyond to make sure I was overly satisfied. Mike, you were professional and respectful the whole time. I wanted a wash, and full detail inside & out. $372.00. Dropped off Dodge Diesel at 7:30am, went to pick up at 5:00pm, not done, said by 7:30pm. Went back, still finishing up. Looked clean on outside from distance. Got in to drive away after I paid, floor mats in wrong spot, as I drive out, dust all over dash, never cleaned, peeled my buttons off center console, pulled over to check things out, dirt still on seats, under seats, back not vaccines or wiped down. My back round ash tray gone. I could not believe it. I called right away, the wife answered, I explained everything and sent her pictures right then & there. She wanted me to bring back in the next day to make it right. I explained I was leaving for Tennessee in 2 days and needed to get packed with trailer. She assured me they would make it right. And fix my console. They have not done one thing to make it right and never returned my phone calls when I got back. I would never recommend these guys again. read more

We decided to use Extreme Clean to detail our 4runner before we were putting it up for sale, because they seemed like they had the best price for what we were looking to do for the interior. We can satisfactorily wash the vehicle ourselves, but cleaning the inside to make it look nearly new again is not something I enjoy doing. Not to mention, the car had been the main transport for our dogs over the last 12 years and even with our intermittent cleaning, you couldn't get away from the dog hair. When I called, they had an opening later that week and that was great. I hadn't been here before so wasn't sure what to expect but the person who helped me on the phone was nice and helpful, and I asked about a pet hair charge and she said they only charge it if it's really bad. Upon pulling up to the location I'd say the biggest drawback is the location. Great being right on 6th like that, bad because the parking lot is pretty darn tiny. I think maybe 5 cars could fit there? And spots weren't really marked so I was just kind of guessing. Anyway, they said they'd give me a call when it was done that afternoon. By something like 3 o'clock I hadn't heard from them so decided to stop by to check and as luck would have it, they'd just gotten done with it. And even though I was certain it would need it, they did not charge me for the pet hair, thank you! The interior looked great. I had tried to remove all personal items beforehand but I forgot the console so that wasn't cleaned out but that's my fault. The lack of dog hair on every surface was refreshing. And they even got it out of the carpet! I would definitely return for a deep interior clean again. Only thing I noticed a day later was whatever they'd sprayed on something maybe over sprayed? On the glove compartment, just looked a little greasy maybe, but no big deal, the new owners didn't seem to mind. read more

Work at a Toyota dealership in the area and had carpets, seats and side seat cushions sent over for cleaning due to a water leak. They told us to come pick up assemblies including carpet, seats and side seat cushions multiple times but were not ready due to being soaking wet after waiting a week to be able to get the assemblies to them. After waiting 3 days we expected assemblies to be dry and very clean as they normally would in the past. Found this time carpet was damaged due to pressure washing's marks, all components still extremely wet once picked up and all components dirty as if they were not even cleaned. Their excuse was they have new management. Do not waste your time looking for quality service here especially for a overpriced value. read more

So I'll start with the good. Prompt call back, got me in the next day for an interior detail. Friendly, seemed on the ball. Brought in my explorer for an interior detail, recently purchased a smoker car in really nice shape except interior needed renewing. Asked them to focus on smoke smell removal. They had the car all day, when I picked it up it was in the dimly lit parking lot, really wasn't able to inspect as I should have. My bad. Was told how many times they went over it, yada yada. Placed faith in them, paid my $150 and left. At first glance in the morning it looked alright. Definitely cleaner than what I brought in. Still smelled smoky, but was reassured it would take some time for the enzyme cleaners to work and should get better over time. In further inspection basically started to notice that everything was dripping with armour-all, but there was still dust, debris, animal hair in all the crevices, cup holders, etc.... now just soaked in armour-all. It's been 2 weeks now and the smoke smell is literally no better. It may even be worse. Overspray on windows. Normally I'd bring it back, but that whole fool me once thing. If you can't do it right the first time, chances are the second time won't be done any better. read more

I am an Uber/Lyft driver and a rider's cat peed on my back seat. The smell was terrible! I took it here to get it cleaned. They said it would definitely get the smell out as they use cleaners that use enzymes to neutralize the smell. I get the car back and I can only smell strong volatile chemicals. After about a day or 2 the chemical smell went away to be replaced with the cat urine smell, as strong as ever. I went to a pet store and bought the cat urine/upholstery cleaner that has enzymes in it and used that. Took care of the smell completely. read more
