Good quality service for a a good price. I had an oil change. Only complaint is the windows sticker is not right. I had full synthetic put in. You don't need an oil change after three thousand miles. It lasts 7500 miles. read more

Hate that this place is closed. Very good service Did not push unwanted services. Would have returned

I've been using Pitstop USA for close to 20 years and have always had great experiences whenever I've used their services and I highly recommend them for all your auto maintenance needs. You won't be disappointed. read more

Efficient and effective staff!!!! Highly recommend and will be our top choice for services.

I will give them 2 starts because the work seems to be done ok. What wasn't ok is when they don't tell you about the extra cost. I have a 2018 Jeep. The list price says $73. When it was $95 I asked why. I was told my car holds an extra quart of oil and has a special filter. I told him "I t would be nice to be told that prior to doing the service". Moral of the story is stay with your dealership oil changes. Cost half as much and doesn't charge you to fill your fluids. Shady business read more

This was my first time getting an oil change in Eugene and my friend recommended this place. When you pull in, there is a garage with two pull-in spots where they do the work they do. You literally just stay in your car and pick a lane. If they are working on other cars, you just get in line. Once a spot is open, you just wait for them to flag you in place. I was asked set questions, like what am I driving and what services I would like. When I asked about cost, they were happy to tell me prior to service. They occasionally asked me questions about what I would like (ie. changing a filter), or letting me know something. I had to wait for one other car, but both my oil change and the car before me took about 10 minutes, so 20 minutes total. I'll probably come back here the next time I need an oil change. It was nice being able to just hang out in the car and check my email. They checked my lights and changed my windshield wiper fluid too. Easy peasy. read more

Very professional and got the job done quickly. We sat in the car while they did the lube, oil filter. We added an extra service. Price was good. Will go back when in the area. read more

I searched for a place in the Eugene/Springfield area and this is the highest rated, deservedly. The man who took care of my car has been working there for 40 years. Knows what he's doing, courteous and educational. I'll be back. read more

I have been going to the 11th & Garfield location for a long time. They always do a good job and they never do anything unless they ask you first. They are fast, and do a good job. I believe you do get your monies worth. read more

The owners helped me and my oil was changed in 10 minutes. Refreshing to have such kind service! Thank you!

I went in for an oil change and it was very efficient and quick. I loved how I wasn't pressured into buying a ton of unnecessary stuff for my car. Great price and good, honest people. read more

heading here today. was about to look up pricing and coupons locally and then I remembered how great the service and team is here also they're timely, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I remember they are competing rly priced but even if they were double the cost, i'd be happy to give my business to them bc of the rare pleasant experience they offer w/ an oil change read more

These guys were great. No sales push to get me to buy things that I don't need. They don't offer coupons but they don't try to talk me into anything I don't need either. If you Google "Jiffy Lube scams" you get to read all sorts of good reasons to go to a local place like Pit Stop. Also, I like it that the guys there were all past their twenties and looked like they had made a career out of the shop instead of a summer job during college! This is the kind of oil change where you drive over the pit and stay in your car while they do the work. Different, but nicer than greasy waiting rooms/ read more

Brought my daughters car in for service while I was in town visiting. Very short wait (for a Saturday), service tech was prompt, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and answered all my questions. Couldn't have been happier and I highly recommend! read more

Excellent. Honest, knowledgable & quick. I'm 100 %, synthetic man. No, Really! Yes, oil. Not character.

I was on my way to a different oil change establishment, while stopped at the light I noticed Pit Stop. I decided to give them a try, I'm so glad I did as it was fabulous! I was in and out in 15-20min, $39.99, checked all my fluids, and a free car wash to boot! Plus it was actually a good wash, my car was pretty dirty an now it looks great! Everyone there was very polite and knowledgeable. This will be my go to place from now on! read more

Pit Stop USA is a refreshing change from the other franchises such as Oil Can Henrys or Jiffy Lube. These people, maybe even the owner, seem to actually care about what they are doing. You don't get 3 human robots staring at a computer screen then looking where to add the steering fluid. They appear to be knowledgeable, honest, and always offer a free car wash. If you want minimum wage kids to yell "full...check...good...100%" and then try to up-sell you air filters and windshield wipers, there are plenty of them in town. Personally I like the attitude and experience of someone who owns his own business. This is what I seem to get at Pit Stop USA. Update: I'm going 5 stars. You get a free car wash too. The guy spent a LOT of time scrubbing all sides of my car plus the top! Then he started the automatic machine. Usually, like at Coburg Rd Car Wash, all they do is spray the front and scrub the front and back. This guy at Pit Stop USA did a superb job...no stuck on bugs anywhere...way better than Coburg Rd Car Wash. read more

I ordered because I thought the drive shaft came with a yolk so I called in right after and wanted to cancel the order 10 minutes later and they said I couldn't but they would give me a return shipping label lying and they wanted to charge me for shipping and all with an attitude don't do it return policy sucks balls read more

Great service and honest people. Quick and efficient. Local business. I always take all my cars here for oil changes and am always happy with the service. read more

Really nice people but in my opinion, not a good value. Basic oil change but they charge for ither top off services that you normally get free at other places. They ask if you want the fluids topped off but I didn't know it wasn't included so the extra charges surprised me. I wasn't upset but felt a little nickle and dimed. Invoice says wipers checked, they were not. I also selected this location for the free car wash however that wasn't being offered on the day I was there. It's on my invoice that I got it but it was closed so no car wash for me. Again, really nice gentlemen there but I won't be back. read more

The workers here are as friendly as they are knowledgeable and honest. as a young female I often feel like I'm being taken for a ride when it comes to things out of my realm - such as auto care. Not here, never once did I feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me. They were honest with what things should be fixed now and what could wait. They even told me where I could order my own parts and proceeded to show me how I could fix it myself to save some money. I will be coming here from now on. read more

Great service, but super spendy for a simple oil change. Then to be told it's an additional few dollars to top off windshield fluid...seemed like they were nickel and diming you. read more

Came here on a whim before heading out of town. We were en route to Jiffy Lube but opted to turn around and head to Pit Stop because we were so tired of the up-selling at Jiffy and thought maybe it could be a game-changer for us if we just gave it a chance. Very happy we decided to visit Pit Stop. After having such a straight-forward and positive experience, this is now our go-to spot for oil changes. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They changed the oil and replaced a brake light for less than $60, then gave us a free car wash. read more

I was in and out of here for an oil change in 15 minutes! Great service, free car wash, and friendly crew. Highly recommend.

Terry was relaxed and knowledgeable with out being pushy. They have fast service that helped me get on with my road trip! Will go to them again. read more

This is the place to go for an oil change. Fast and reliable. So far Terry is my favorite oil change guy but all of them have been great.

I have been using this service for many years. They are extremely service oriented and will recommend services my car needs but they aren't pushy on trying to up sell every oil change. I moved to Portland two years ago but I still bring my car here whenever I visit my parents because I trust Pit Stop so much! read more

Local business, great service, decent prices. Love it!

Knowledgable, friendly, and fast. The price felt fair. No pushing of extra services, but a quick overall check and a few suggestions. They threw in a free car wash. What's not to like? read more

These guys are great. When I get my oil changed they are professional and don't just tell me, but show me what they have done. Highly recommended. read more

I'm hesitant to post this because I'm sometimes a little greedy about sharing a good thing but this place is great. No ridiculous bells and whistles. Just a straight forward oil change and at a reasonable price. It would be nice if they posted their prices either online or on a sign out in front of their business. read more

I hate going to quick oil change places. My experience today at Pit Stop was therefore a pleasant surprise. It was indeed quick; the technician was efficient and courteous; and I never had to get out of the car. He told me it is locally owned and the second oldest quick oil change place in the country. Good enough for me! read more

Great place to stop for a quick oil change. Good service, honest and knowledgable, no attempts to sell me things I don't need, and fair prices. This is the only place I will go for oil changes. read more

I have had them change my oil and do a few other small maintenance things with my car several times and every single time they have been great! They have done extra things to help and charged very reasonably. Today, they spent extra time fixing my hood, which has not been closing all the way, because they were concerned for my safety. It entailed taking off the grille, messing with the various bent parts -- it took about 10-15 minutes because it was messed up from a minor collision. Four different people helped work on it to get it to open and close correctly. They didn't charge me *anything* for it. I have had several people look at it, some of them friends of mine, some people who work with cars. No one else took the time to fix it and I could not have done it. When I offered to pay, the man said, "I'm not going to charge you for closing your hood," as if no one would do that. As I understand it they did this so that the hood would not fly up while I was on the freeway and I can't even express how grateful I am that someone cared enough to help me with it just because it was the right thing to do. Thank you! read more
