The wash itself was good, fast of course. Did leave scratches. Isn't the first time from car washes like these. Hoping the vacuums would be decent and their suction wasn't that great. Just for light debris on floor board that's loose. Have to press the button every 4mins for vacuum. Which is annoying mid vacuum. But had a decently clean car. Wish they had a mat cleaner machine for your car mats. read more

I've been going to the highway 99 car wash and I bought a package where it's $38 a month and you get the ultimate and you can get your car washed as many times as you want however, for sometime now not all of their chemicals are working and not all of their sprayers are working and they didn't tell me nor did they refund me any money They just simply tell me every time I ask about those functions not working yeah they're trying to be repaired and it just takes a while. Well, you know what they're still charging me for the ultimate car wash and each time you go there if you want it, they will charge you for the ultimate platinum car wash, but they won't tell you that most of it is not working, this is ridiculous. I'm going to ask for my money back at the end of the month. This is bullshit. read more

Just moved to Oregon from California. Needed my car washed and I came here. The price is pretty good compared to places in California. Unfortunately, part of my paint came off of my car and I wasn't happy about it. Im pretty sure it was the change of weather conditions between states so I'm not too concerned about it now, I'd still want to come here even if this happened. read more

The only reason they got two stars instead of one is the free dash wipe. I use my car for income, so I get it washed frequently. I decided to give them a try because it's close to where I live. The prices are average, the customer service is about what you'd expect. But I left the car wash and my car is still covered in bugs. I had to stop at a gas station to scrub the windshield free of them. They're still all over the front of my car. I don't recommend them and will definitely never be back. read more

I came to this car wash to wash my new car that I hadn't gotten washed yet because my mom takes her Impala there all the time. When I left my car was scratched all down the driver side. I went back to the car wash to show them the damage my car received from their brushes not being cleaned. The manager IVAN showed me video of my car beforehand and you can easily tell there are no scratches on my car. He claimed, "the resolution wasn't high enough to tell" FALSE. then he proceeded to tell me there is no way his car wash could have done this and refused to pay for the damages. He has no integrity and I DO NOT recommend this business. Pathetic excuse for a business and I will be making sure that everyone I come across knows not to go here. I am filing a claim against him to pay for the damages. I hope this review saves someone else from getting their vehicle damaged! read more

A decent and pretty straight-forward car wash. I get the basic "Silver" wash. Combined with the manual rinse and hand-brushing the attendants provide before your car goes through the full wash, the results have always been good. Check 'em out! read more

Great place to go get your car cleaned!!!! Would highly recommend it for their fast friendly service and great clean. I had sap residue as well as some super dried on bird poop splotches on my car and they let me go through again with the same deluxe wash that I originally purchased after scraping the spots of without scratching my car. While I was here I also saw a few fancy taxies cleaning their vehicles out, so this place must be a well liked place for the super car clean freaks as well. Personally I maybe take my car to the wash 2-4 times per year, but it looks good as new!! With the Deluxe $13 clean you also get a %50 off coupon for another deluxe wash within 5 days of your visit. This is great for people with multiple cars or those planning to get their car dirty in a relatively short period of time. Definitely coming here again after I drop off or pick someone up from the airport! Thankfully there is also one closer to downtown Eugene if I ever need it. read more

My wife and I went on Saturday to use the vacuum .We put $1 in and the suction was weak to the extent of not even working .I walked over to the attendant who said before I even got there "Vacuum not working?" I said yes he walked over and just stood and stared at me like I was stupid .He said it sounds like its working to me ! I replied it has no suction. He pulled the vacuum tip off the end off the hose and said he had to go clean it out leaving us there holding the hose full of dirt and nasty crap falling out of it .we pulled the car into another slot and spent another dollar but here is where it gets good when we asked for our money back he said we could have just used the hose without the tip and he was smirking and smiling about it .My wife asked what his name was 3 times and he would not reply .So she asked another worker for his name. read more

Took new car into wash and came out with paint chipped off. Then get told by manager that dead bugs left on the car for less than a week is the reason why the paint is gone. Now I have to go through insurance to get this all fixed. read more
