We had so many bugs on our car and windshield after driving down from Seattle. The guys scrubbed our windshield and exterior with soft brushes and soap before sending us through the tunnel. I wish our tunnels in Seattle had that extra touch. Very pleased. Would recommend. read more

Horrible "cleaning" & horrible service. Took them 5 minutes to do what my 6 year old could have done. Also they clearly can't communicate cause I asked for the inside of my car cleaned specifically and they assumed I wanted the outside also and charged me for it even tho I said 3x I only want the INSIDE done. Then the man brought my money back ($10) for not doing the outside? Why did he charge me in the first place??? Then my car is "done" and they literally missed so many spots. So odd considering they have 6 employees standing around looking at it? They don't offer refunds for their lousy work either. Highly disappointed. The old management did a WAY BETTER JOB. I've visited Wild Willy a couple of times and driven through the automatic wash. An attendant pre-sprays your car prior to entry, and the felt brushes work gently as the various wash, wax and rinse stages progress. There's an electric dryer at the end, so no wiping or wipes/towels provided. You will need to bring your own to wipe door jambs and the interior. The top level wash gets you a wash, wax and tire shine for $18. Vacuums are $1 for 3 minutes self service afterward. It took a couple of rounds to vacuum all of my car, so about $20 all said and done. If you want them to vacuum and wipe your interior, it's about double the cost. They sell wash packages if you plan to be a frequent visitor. Nice folks and a decent car wash. Will visit again. read more

You get what you pay for when it comes to a $39.99 wash and detail. Your car will come out cleaner than it came in and that's what i care about. A few spots were missed, but that will sometimes happen. Just point it out respectively and it'll get fixed! Too expensive. Everything you would normally expect like removing bugs from grill and dog hair is itemized as an extra. The exterior clean was fine but the interior terrible. Dog hair in cup holder and a dirt smear on front passenger seat. To add insult to jury, I had front two floor mats cleaned at an extra 2$ each and they failed to put them in. Now I have to make another trip back and hope they have them! No- car wash has changed hands and I no longer will use it, much less recommend it to others. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! IF I COULD GIVE -10 review I would! I paid for one of thier TOP washing. $38.00. Plus a $5 tip. It took a long time so I ASSUMED it was clean when i loaded my 2 yr old grandson up. This cleaning was supposed to include wiping down the inside panels yadda yadda. Nothing was done on the inside. NO windows. NO dash, NO side panels.. I was leaving the next morning for AZ and just unloaded my van to see how dirty it was and still is. What a waste of money!!! read more

Owner has terrible attitude! I arrived about 10-15 minutes before closing, asked for an exterior and interior clean ($39.99, which is way more than other places). Got a heavy sigh and a big roll of the eyes from the owner. I asked "is that a problem?" to which he replied "it's just been a long day and I'm tired". Great attitude and I'll save you the hassle and go somewhere else the next time. If the clean was exceptional I'd put up with a bad attitude, but it's not worth the extra cost and poor customer treatment. read more

Yes I called here and set up a full detail appointment for my Subaru wagon. I dropped it off the night before so they'd have it first thing in the morning and plenty of time to work on it throughout the day. When I come in and picked it up at the end of the day I almost couldn't believe what they were trying to pass off on me as a clean vehicle. Dust still in the cracks on the dash, dirty black sticky ring still in the cup holders, dirty floor mats, streaky windows and stuff on the door panel I was able to move by wetting my finger that was still there. I brought it to their attention before leaving and showed them what I saw as well as voicing my concerns about the low quality of the work. I left it for them to have it for another day to what they said would make good on cleaning it better. I can hardly tell the difference. I don't think even 2 hours of time was spent on the car. I have to say I really feel ripped off. The work that I got done wasn't even worth a $100 much less $200. I wished I'd have read the recent reviews on here before I went in there if I had I wouldn't have. Even a young kid you gave 20 bucks would do a better job than what I got. Wow! Wild Willy's is a fantastic car wash. Nice number of wash options at reasonable prices. The best part tho is the Elite Wash & Detail. For $40 this is an incredible deal for outside and inside cleaning. The staff work fast and efficiently and tend to all the details excellently. My car was done in less than 20 minutes and was spotless all over. There was only one other car there at the time so it might take a bit longer if it's real busy. But it's definitely worth the wait. read more

Took my car to be washed at Wild Willy's on 8th and Chambers. First time I've been there and I've been missing out! The wash was great! What was really awesome though was the Mini Detail,. They cleaned the whole inside of my car, windows gleamed and every piece of my Cocker Spaniels hair was gone. I just wasn't expecting so much for the price. I had a very good experience here earlier today. I paid for the $99 detailing special. The sign said 1hr, but the guy told me up-front that realistically this service could take around 3hrs. Honestly, it's the only reason this place lost a star. It's obvious the sign has been up for a while, but the owner has chosen to not edit it or even just black out the "1 hr" part even though the people who do the actual work know it takes longer... so it feels a little like a bait-and-switch. I do really appreciate the detailer's honesty though. If he didn't say anything, I would've probably just waited there, then been really annoyed when it took as long as it did. Instead, I chose to head home until it was done. That being said, it was actually done in a little under 2hrs (which I was totally happy with), all they guys were very helpful and my car looked great. read more

I recently purchased the unlimited exterior washes from them, everything was great and I loved that they brush down your car before you go into the machine. The only complaint I have is that I wish they dried your car off after the exterior washes because of water spots. Other than that good experience and great nice people who work there! read more

I used to come to this car wash all the time when it was the previous owner. Emerald something car wash. They were the only ones that were able to do inside and outside and they always did a very good job with a reasonable price. I'm trying the new owner today and so far my first impression is not good. They try to charge these up charges for everything. Like when they asked if I wanted the trunk of my car vacuumed and I said of course, and then they charged me four dollars for that. When does the trunk not get vacuumed when you're paying for a car vacuum? It just seems like it's gone very downhill and the new owner may want to look at the staff that they have especially the person that you purchase all of the services with. Just not very friendly at all very frustrated when I had questions about why I'm being up charged for something that normally was always included at any other car wash that I went to that offers the detail inside with the vacuum and all of that. I'm going to wait to see the final product but just that interaction to begin with was not something I'm fond of. After the service was complete, there were still a bunch of dirty water on my car after paying extra for my truck to be vacuumed. They're still a bunch of dirt around the edge of the paint of my car. I got there at 4:30 and the guy told me we close at 5:00. You have to pay extra for every little thing and then they do a terrible job missed half the spots on my seats. They didn't wipe it down. They left water or whatever it was all over the place didn't clean the back didn't vacuum very well didn't even clean out the cupholder. went in earlier today to get the interior and exterior cleaned. before they even started cleaning the interior, they told me I had to pay full price for a service I didn't ask for or really get. as I was helping them clean my truck, the guy I'm assuming is the owner, will, said they had "inherited" bad reviews from the previous ownership/management. upon further inspection, they all look to be from within the past three months, even as recent as a few days ago... and then one of their employees posts a five star review later the same day? hmmm.. I liked the old owners/team. they were all super nice in a very genuine way, worked really fast, and ran a very diverse business. this new team looks like it's run by "good" ol boys who will try to upsell anything and everything, unlike the previous owner. it's fine if you need a rinse off, but always check the receipt before you leave the kiosk to make sure you get what you want! read more

for me the critical part of a car to keep clean is the windshield and the floor. wild willy's did a great job on the exterior and interior- getting rid of a winter's worth of yuk on the outside, and a couple layers of fir needles and winter yuk on the inside! and now i can see out my windows wonderfully! thanks so much! read more

Deserves 0 stars. I paid over $50 for them to clean the inside and outside of my car. I paid $40 for the elite package, they didn't even vacuum or wipe the doors down. There was a ketchup packet sitting on my dash, dust all around it, they didn't wipe it at all. I paid extra for them to wash the mats, they didn't until I pointed it out. I paid extra for an air freshener, they never gave me one. Overall, this was a huge ripoff. I had to come home and it took me 5 minutes to clean what they didn't. i had honestly never thought i would be writing a good review for this car wash. because there aren't many choices for full service washes in the area, i've been going to this place for years. unfortunately i've been going a lot less frequently as the prices have sky rocketed, but the service hasn't gotten any better for the money. yesterday was the 1st time i went there since 'new management' took over, & i was surprised that i was actually paying less than the last time i went there for a wash w/inside vacuuming & windows included. the inside was the cleanest it's ever been from this place. also, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. in the past i was always aggravated at how utterly slow someone could actually work & keep a job. they talked more than they cleaned, & i think a lot of people didn't go there, not only because of the cost, not only because they didn't clean the inside that well, but because they were held captive there so long. this place is finally doing something so basic so right. i would have given another star, but it's still kinda pricey for a senior w/a very small car. at least i won't wait as long between washes now if they can keep up the new standard they set for actually cleaning the inside in a reasonable amount of time. i'll be sure to pass this info on to friends that feel the same. kudos to the new management for providing what this place should have had all along! read more
