The customer service was great, being able to use the vacuum and compressed air for an unlimited time was worth the cost of the car wash in itself BUT my car was Very Dirty (moss growing around the windows dirty) and the wash didn't get it clean. No problem, they let me go through again. Not much different. If you have a new car with perfect paint, a little dust or mud, go for the cheap wash. At $10 it's a bargain and you'll be pleased and have a clean car in literally a couple of minutes. If your car is really dirty, the wash will get the lumps off and you'll have to do most of the work yourself. But the atmosphere is good and it's a bunch better than struggling with your own vacuum in the driveway. I'll be back--before the moss has had time to grow. read more

I was hesitant to go at first but I'm so glad I did! I got the $18 wash, (which did a good job minus a few scorched summer bugs), and the young guy at the payment machine gave me a couple of dash wipes and an air freshener. The air freshener was great! It wasn't overly powerful and made my car smell good! The think the real winner was the free vaccum and cleaning spray! Oh my! I almost passed it by but decided to stop. Theres plenty of hoses so you should have one for either side of your car and not have to drag one around to the other side. There was a clip to hang my mats and air blow them off which was awesome! And while they were hanging, I vaccumed the floor. The vaccum was powerful and got a lot of the surface dirt and debris out! There was only ~1 cleaning towel per station but whatever the cleaning spray that they offered was, was incredible! I had no streaks when wiping the inside of my windows or display screen and I didn't have to buff the cloth or anything! The microfiber cloth worked great for the glass and dusting my wheel off. I also appreciated that there was a garbage can at the station to throw away any garbage that had piled up in my car. When I finished, I immediately called my parents and my grandparents to tell them how great and experience I had and how convenient and easy it was to use everything! read more

Wow! What an amazing addition to gateway area. At first, I thought why do we need another car wash here? This is better than any other car wash I have been to. First they have wonderful, kind employees. The wash itself got my bug caked car super clean, and lastly the free vacuums and spray and towels are so nice to be able use. You have everything in one place to clean your vehicle. Ultimately I got a monthly membership with Happy's as the value is great and I will 100% be here often. Where I do appreciate the friendly staff at Happy's Carwash, I feel that when they are busy, they should spend less time having conversations and more time keeping the gates moving efficiently. On several occasions my lane was skipped over multiple times because drivers needed assistance completing their transactions but the attendant was locked in on talking to people. read more

The slowest drive through car wash that has ever existed. What is the point of a screen to pick your wash and pay if someone has to come up and help you. Also one guy for 3 lanes, while simultaneously holding an hour long conversation with each car that comes up? If I could get the last 30 minutes of my life back, I'd spend it scooping out my eyes with a melon baller because it would have been better than this experience. read more

I went here today for their free car wash opening weekend. The line was understandably very long but it moved quickly. I think we were in line for 15-20 minutes. They had two lines going at first that then split into three lines. The people directing cars were excellent at their jobs and handled the traffic really well. They were also super nice and friendly. The wash itself was good. My car hadn't been washed since August so it had a good bit of grime on it and it came out sparkling. It was definitely worth the wait and I can see myself randomly getting a wash sometime in the future the next time I need one. It was a little pricey but for something I get maybe once a year I think it's worth it. You get a free vacuum and window cleaning that you can do yourself after the wash too. If you're in the area this weekend, definitely go for a free wash! If you're seeing this after this weekend, it's still definitely worth the money. read more

Happy's pre power washed stuck on bugs. I was a bit hesitant when I saw ttey were taking a high powered power washer. I'm not sure how safe that is for the paint and special coating we had the dealer apply. In the end they did OK getting the car clean. It didn't clean the back of the RAV4 well. I think that is due to the way the rollers go over the top of the car, so it misses the top part of the rear windows and sides. Plus initial wash did not get all the baked on bugs off the front (we had just returned from a summer road trip). BUT... they had a guy walking around over in the vacuum area and he very kindly addressed both issues, cleaning them by hand. I also like that they give you 3 cloths to clean the dash, cubby areas, & doors. They also provide window cleaner & rags to clean the inside of the windows. After I got done vacuuming, & cleaning windows, dash & doors on the inside my car looked better than it has in years! Great service. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that I felt the price was a little high. read more

I don't have a membership to this location so I pay a lot for a single car wash. It's hit and miss and the lines are long and it's backed up. Since lines are long and people are cutting the line once the gates are open so sometimes my $22.00 doesn't give me the tires and the buffer at the end. I do appreciate the vaccines, but there's never clean towels after paying for a single wash. read more

Okay car wash, way overpriced. The people that are supposed to spray your car before hand were spraying somebody's floor mats off to the side so we were left with bugs all over the windshield and the grill of our car. I wouldn't suggest it. read more

The employees have always been kind and friendly, addressing any issues immediately. The other day they went above and beyond though. I got home and realized something fell out of my car while i was cleaning it out. My husband went back right before closing to look for the item and the employees helped my husband search through trash bags until it was found. I was not asked to write this review, and I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it! I cannot stop talking about this car wash to my friends! I want everyone in Eugene/Springfield to come here and experience the joy that I have!! I sound crazy, but as a full-time working mom, having a messy car is just another thing that often feels out of my control, but Happy's Car Wash has made it the easiest one-stop-shop for me to have a clean vehicle inside and out! I got to try the nicest wash option during their free wash event for the grand opening and WOW, the tires were sprayed with that shiny coating and my car looked like it just drove off the lot! Everything in the actual wash is very high end. Here's where I get just floored because no other car wash in town has anything close: free vacuums (high powered and on BOTH sides of your car so you don't have to reach), free air compressor machine that blows away all of the little tiny crumbs and life's little worries away with it, free microfiber cloths (that they wash when you're done) and cleaning spray to clean the inside of your car effortlessly, free mat cleaners (for rubber mats, they'll power wash the mats for you), AND some little cold water bottles for when you get thirsty after some hard work of cleaning. I can get my whole car looking brand new in 10 minutes thanks to you. And the joy that brings me is unparalleled. Thank you Curtis for getting us hooked up with unlimited washes! I thought I would try them a new car wash over in Springfield. I was very disappointed lots of powerful washing as you're going through, but it missed the whole bottom part of my car and did not dry it off. Streaks in the windows mud on the mudflaps by the wheels and tires were dirty. Never go there again. read more

Wow... What a nice car wash! I suspect it will be putting a few of the local Car Washes out of business over time. Easy to enter, cleans the car very well, they have free vacuums, (the vacuums will suck the chrome off a bumper), free microfiber clothes and some sort of spray on window cleaner that won't streak, (even on a 100 degree day in direct sun), and I believe free water if you want it in a refrigerator! It costs a few bucks more than most car washes, but I don't care, my car looks as good as the day I purchased it! They claim they apply a ceramic coating spray as well... The car does look like it has been coated... It really is a nice car wash. read more

I'd heard pretty good things about this wash- it's brand new to the area and looked really nice to begin with. While I was in the wash I had my temperature warning light come on- I'm definitely inexperienced with cars, so I freaked out a little. I pop my hood, working with my mom and roommate to figure out which kind of coolant I needed, if I'd be ok to drive, etc. A man pulled up next to me and offered to help. Thought he was just a Good Samaritan.. turns out he was the owner. He topped off my coolant, and made sure everything was working smoothly before he left. He was so sweet and very patient with my nervousness. The price of the wash was worth it considering all the amenities provided. Great business. Thank you!! read more
